When we entered our room had stains of dirt or other substance. I cleaned it up with Clorox wipes and informed the front desk clerk. She advised to speak with the manager the next morning when we check out. However, we were in a hurry to leave and did not have a chance to ask and speak with the manager.

This hotel displayed a lack in concern for guest security and privacy. I was assigned a room that had a guest already checked into it. I was shocked when I opened the door and a man was inside. The front desk attendant alerted me that they no longer had the room type that I booked available and I was given a room with a smaller bed. I notified the general manager about the issue and never received a reply.

The staff, hotel, cleanliness was amazing. The only unfortunate event was that we were staying on the second level above the loading dock and the loader came at 5 am to unload and was very load. He woke me up multiple times by dropping the dolly on the metal platform, being on the phone the whole time speaking very loud and dropping boxes. I didn't like the fact that he wasn't conscious of people sleeping, was this Hilton's fault? Not so much but they should let the vendors know if they come to unload that early they should be respectful of the guests who are sleeping. Other than that I would stay here again, just nowhere near the loading area.
