This motel is in need of some basic cosmetic upgrades. In particular, the bathroom grab bar was loose, tiles and grout missing, rattling, loose exhaust fan. It was an accident in waiting. Also, don't advertise a continental breakfast when coffee was the only offering. Very sad that the ownership does not care.

Staff was friendly at check-in, but everything else was substandard. The room smelled of chlorine or some other chemical. The tv remote did not work. The swimming pool was broken. The room needed a bit more TLC, with some new paint and furniture. I guess you get what you pay for

Nice staff. TV quit working, desk advised it was their 3rd party cable provider. Why use them if they don’t work? Took 3-4 tries to unlock room door. Apparently lock needed battery changed. Put us between 2 rooms of late night noisy guys who talked and carried on outside our room.

The building should be demolished. The door closes in such a way there’s a gap, which allows in noise from every vehicle on I-95. It was impossible to get much sleep. Also still waiting for my $50 room deposit to be refunded. Was not told about that during booking. The name, Wyndham should be removed from this property.

Keycard did not work.. when I asked for replacement, the clerk just asked me if I could deal with one card..we were a party of 4.. When I requested more towels..there weren't any, I was told. Lock to restroom did not work. Bulb in restroom burnt out. Odor in room air conditioner made a lot of noise and did not work well. We were very tired so we just went to sleep.. but I hope I remember not to go to a Days Inn so fast again.. The entire place needs a major overhaul!!

Old neglected motel. Middle of June and 90 degrees and the pool not open. Continental breakfast consists of coffee and tea. No creamer. Do not stay here.

They recently renovated but when I say renovated, they basically just slapped a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom was pretty pathetic with a half empty shampoo/conditioner bottle. I found a pile that the housekeeper swept near the door that had a cockroach in it. The bed was made well and clean, however. It’s cheap but still not really worth the price in my opinion.

Room was nasty,mattress and pillow should br in the dumpster. NO COFFEE MAKER..Noise that was reported to front desk was ignored . Picture's on website are misleading..Place should be shut down. SO BAD I didnt stay second night. Ill never use your facility again and I wil not recommend it to anyone.

There was hair & dental floss on the bathroom floor. Also dust behind the ironing board & furniture needed a good dusting! Like it had not been occupied or checked in a while! The rest was fine, but I also know how quickly dark furniture can get dusty!

The room hasn't been updated or maintained well at all. They clearly don't have cleanliness at the top of thwir list at this location. We didn't even stay the night. My wife and I left after coming back from a wedding and finding dead bugs and hair in the bathroom and LIVE bugs in the front room. This was a terrible experience and I'm expecting a refund due to these conditions.

I will say the staff so nice but the room. When you walk in aweful moldey, musky smell, don't wear your white socks because they will be black. Tub did not drain,sink took 15 minutes to drain. Had to go buy towels because there's stunk so bad. Was cheap but never again will I stay here But staff was friendly.

My room was absolutely filthy. Throw up all in the toilet, some white splatters dripping down the mirror I don't even want to know what it was, dirty linens, hair in tub... One of the dirtiest rooms I've seen in a long time. When I called reception for house keeping she said theh were gone for the evening and she didn't know when they wouldbbe back even the next day. I asked for cleaning supplies so I could do it myself which she refused to provide. I even asked if there was a store nearby (the area is middle of nowhere and NIT convenient to Raleigh if you're using Uber/Lyft; it took me 3 hours to get a ride back on a Saturday night and had to pay $150 one way) and was told there were no stores with cleaning supplies nearby. Would NOT recommend unless there's absolutely nothing else available for a 20 mile radius as was the case for me.

It's a good location right off the highway. However, the highway noise is extremely loud in the room and the building is very poorly maintained. It's fine if you need a cheap place to crash in the middle of a drive but I certainly wouldn't recommend it if you plan on hanging around in your room or the area for very long

The ladies at the front desk/check-in were absolutely the nicest and friendliest..Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the room :-(..The hotel needs a complete overhaul, no painting over will do..I had bugs(live) as well as discovered a dead cockroach near the heating/AC unit..There is a gap at the bottom of the door(I was in room 127)and had to roll a towel up and place it there so the cool overnite air wouldn't come in..Also, I'd advise not advertising a breakfast since there isn't one, however they did have coffee and breakfast bars available..There is a mini-fridge, microwave and simple coffee maker in the room which was nice..My sheets and linens were clean and very nicely folded-though there was no lotion supplied(I did bring my own), there was shampoo & soap for the shower..I feel the owners may just be slum lords which is unfortunate b/c it's such an easy on and off of 95 and could be a wonderful convenient experience for travelers..

It’s a dated place. I stayed there with my buddy when we attended the PDRA drag race at GALOT Motorsport Park and it was perfect location that was great for us. Good place to crash. I absolutely would not bring my wife here but it certainly serves its purpose for a comfortable bed and hot shower. Will stay again the next race weekend

Arrived to the hotel after a long day on the road! Was awoke at 1230 am by our neighbors in the next room over having a party ! The front desk was able to move us to a different room. The new room was quiet but had no hot water in the shower!

Hello. Today is Feb 12th and I am sitting outside @430 pm of Days Inn by Wyndham in Benson NC. Check in is supposedly 3 pm. But this place looks and smells like a dump and rat trap. I went in @20 mins ago and was told no rooms are ready. I called your customer service trying to cancel a few mins ago. I was on hold so I walk back up to registration door and it is locked. Customer service comes back on to tell me no one answered. This is ridiculous!! It\'s 5:20 p and I am still waiting in lobby ( being told just minutes ago that someone is cleaning a room just for me as I sit here and a white guy is being checked in) which by the way is also customer no service as bathroom has \'out of order\' sign on it. Oh and When I was sitting in lobby I asked Associate why the white man got to check in and go to his room immediately she said I couldnt get one of the rooms that were ready because I wasnt from \'out of town\' I said, "I dont live in this town" She must have meant out of stsmaye but thats prejudice. No batteries in tv remote. Maid not finish cleaning and crying the blues how somebody done her wrong. She gets 3 dols a room and have to do 30? Rooms on and on. Half done clean with bits of trash every where. Including empty plastic bottle. I picked up some. Phone not working. Etc like a horror show. Wyndham name got me to register but they should disassociate themselves.

I wish I could get my money back from this stay. The location of this Days Inn was next to the highway so I heard every single car pass by at night. I felt unsafe and it was shady, especially since I’m a woman. The room wasn’t terribly dirty but it also wasn’t the cleanest hotel. Cleanliness could improve. Also toilet of my bathroom was loose.

It’s a dated place. I stayed there with my buddy when we attended the PDRA drag race at GALOT Motorsport Park and it was perfect location that was great for us. Good place to crash. The road noise was extremely loud. We could hear it over the tv. Couldn't sleep. No breakfast. Juice machines were broken. And the lobby was very cigarette smoky. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

It's a cheap Interstate hotel. I felt it was safe and clean for what it was. The Mexican restaurant next the lobby was fantastic, though. Homemade chips and well-prepared dishes, including mole enchiladas and quesobirria.
