This hotel is absolutely NOT worth the price tag AT ALL. Especially the Lanai rooms, they are HOT. The air conditioning could not keep up. Staff was incredibly rude and LOUD. The beds are on some kind of metal frame, so anytime you move or sit it BANGS. The walls are paper thin. We heard every single word our neighbors said. Then around 8am the doors started slamming by housekeepers. The only good thing was the shuttle. We will never return to this hotel. We will stay at the Hilton next time we come to Universal City. Keep in mind, if you are looking for a good nights rest after a long day at the park.. this is not the hotel for you. Save some money and stay somewhere else.

Stayed here as was going to Universal for family trip. Didn’t eat at the hotel as was cheaper to just take the shuttle to Universal City walk and get something there. Didn’t like the fact there weren’t much outlets in the room for charging. As well as dusting could have been a little better but guess kind of hard to get behind tables. Enjoyed them making the bed and giving new towels every day!

Great experience overall. Hotel was conveniently close to Universal. Walk is about 10-15 minutes or take the free shuttle. Room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.
