This Property was perfect for my family and I. It was 3 teens and 2 adults it was more than enough space for us. The pool, was nice the game room was a little small and the games needed repairing. They were out of service.

This place was nice and clean beautiful inside and had plenty to do . I came with my 5 kids ages 13-21 and they all had fun between playing basketball volleyball swimming and brought their Xbox’s to chill at night even played around in the little game room . Was a very nice stay. Only thing I really could complain about is not long enough . Paid for the weekend was almost $400 and check in is at 4 on Friday and checkout on Sunday was 10am so really only had like a day and a half to enjoy .

Had a very pleasant stay. The grounds were very nice. Pool and fitness center clean and welcoming. The room was very clean and decently appointed. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The price was right.

My family of 6 enjoyed every moment there. The beds were comfortable, wash cloths & towels were VERY good quality & it felt like home! The kitchen had everything I needed but having plastic bowls for cereal would have been better for my small children. The bonus for me was the ability to use gas or charcoal grills at the pool area…. Having different activities offered at the property each day was top tier. Loved that!! We all agreed that we’re going back next summer bcus it’s was amazing!

My only complaint was not having a lifeguard at the pool. A resort and pool of this size needs supervision. So many children doing very unsafe activities. Many children needed to be supervised.

Overall, nice property. Great outdoor pool. Gas grills barely work!!! I tried (2) separate grills. Both had low flames and only (2) burners working. Game room/arcade was a huge disappointment. Kids were very upset!!! Other amenities were great!!! Room was very spacious. Nice patio area as well. A/c is the greatest ever!!! We had to cut it off, it was so cold in our room. Only issue with the room, was the hot tub. They jets and knobs had like black rings around them. Clearly, they need to be replaced and a good cleaning.Close to everything and pretty quiet. Overall, we would stay here again!!!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was so nice and clean. The places are well kept and nicely set up. Staff friendly and attentive. We will most definitely book here again. They have great amenities too. We really enjoyed the list of events happening in the area too, if it didn’t rain a bunch during our stay we would have done more.

First night was given room I did not pay for. Second day, went to front desk regarding incorrect room, was switched to a different room. Second room looks like a rush job was done cleaning wise. Room was infested with ants, trash was left between sofa bed and under room bad. Every time I went to the lobby I was told a manager was not on property at the time and a message was going to be out for the manager to call me. Last day when checking out, I was asked if I wanted to talk to house keeping, I said no due to at that point I was checking out. Asked for management again no manager in property. Have been given the run around since.

This property is actually extremely nice and clean outside, which makes it SUCH a shame that the actual rental units are so filthy dirty. Thank goodness I carry cleaning supplies on me when using a hotel/rental, and take pictures. The good thing about these units are that the prices are incredible and the space of each unit is downright amazing. However, its all overshadowed by the filth...you don't want to use the garden tub because you can see the dirt ring from the previous occupant, pubic hairs on the shower floor, puddles of sticky mess on the floors. You begin to wonder if the towels are even clean or if the cleaning person was so lazy that they simply put back whatever towel "looked" clean. I would love to recommend this place but I honestly can't, in good conscious, do so. I used a whole bottle of sanitizer and ruined 1/2 sponges just to make it clean enough for my family and I to use for 2 days.

The room appeared not been vacuumed and the soap in the bathroom was opened and used. There were bottle caps and a hair brush under the furniture and trash already in the trash can. I stepped on a dry piece of pasta beside the bed. There were also no sheets for the pull out sofa. If I had not had kids who were totally exhausted and it was late I would have called and made them come fix it.

Room want cleaned thoroughly, found beer bottles under furniture and spiders under the duvet and everything is coated in fine layer of dust. The room wasn’t properly stocked, no linens were stocked for the pull-out sofa. Service was immediate to correct these things but first impression was not good.

The place was not clean. The carpets old and smells bad. Sheets had spots. Pool was not clean, and pool towels were very poor quality. In the apartment, there were lots of ants everywhere, even on the bed. Not worth the money we spent.

Property overall outdated, bath tub visibly dirty, Cobb webs everywhere in unit, requires you to clean unit (take out trash ash dishes prior to leaving) never been anywhere that required that…online states checkout at 11 when arriving to property checkout is at 10. Staff very friendly and personable pool area beautiful. Would give it a rating of 5/10. Equivalent to a Super 8 hotel as far as unit goes

Initially checked in late at night to be given a dirty room that hadn’t been cleaned (see below) The night manager gave us a new room. The stairs to the upper condos are very noisy. If you were a light sleeper, I recommend requesting an upper room because the floor is very noisy and we got complaints from the people downstairs the next morning. They basically asked us to not be so heavy footed, which was a first for me. Parking is a little limited you might have to park a little walk away from your actual building. But this looks like a very nice quaint neighborhood.

Room was very large and clean. Hot tub fixtures were a little corroded. Biggest issue was the bed and the tv in the master bedroom. Tv was so small you could barely read the guide. Kinda ridiculous that such a nice place would skimp on something simple like a television.

The property overall was good. It’s easy to get to it. There’s tons of food options in the area. There is some room for improvement. The beds were okay could be better. The internet access was horrible. I had class two of the days while on vacation but I was unable to for one of the two days because of the internet access. This needs to be improved. The rooms are outdated, they could use an upgrade, there should be washers and dryers in all units instead of shared between units like it is with most properties. Also maybe add a few more activities to the resort too that aren’t so much of a cost. Other than that, I like Vacation Village Williamsburg

Loved that the unit had 2 separate bedrooms as well as 2 separate bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms very very clean. However, it could stand some updating. It has a 1990’s early 2000’s look. Loved the option of the in door and outdoor pools. Staff could have been a little more friendlier. Overall, I would recommend this place for a nice getaway.

We LOVED our stay and excited to visit again. I think we found our home away from home. It was very clean and felt very safe. My only complaint would be that the doors were hard to get to lock properly. We were happy to have triple locks but our actual apartment room could easily be pushed open if we didn't pull it hard and latch the top safety latch from the inside.

I waited close to 2 hours to check in which is absolutely unacceptable for any establishment like this. I got in line at 7pm, with my 4 year old daughter in the car with my husband, and I had the keys about 5 minutes before 9pm. The hotel should have made it up to us in some way even if small. They also do parking passes by having you then wait in a line at guest services, thankfully I hit that line at the right time as I saw some people have to wait 30 minutes in that line while the woman gave a speech to those who had time shared already. I don’t think I even received an apology. When a woman in front of me spoke up saying she’d been waiting for an hour and a half, she was told my a man at the front desk that she needed to be patient. I would have cancelled, but 1 I would have had zero refund, and there wasn’t a chance I could call to speak to anyone, because the front desks phones rang almost nonstop while I waited in line which just added to all the noise in the room as they ignored them, which well, they couldn’t answer when they couldn’t even take care of the line. They let current guests check in and skip the line as well.

Enjoyed the stay! Great facilities!! We’ve been many times and will surely return HOWEVER on this last trip we did have an issue with housekeeping- upon arrival our door to the unit was wide open- we notified the front desk and were told housekeeping does that sometimes. Strange. Then, on our last day- beginning at 8am, they began ringing our doorbell. Each time we’d look out the window to see housekeeping just standing there. We walked down the second time it rang and spoke to the housekeepers who were still standing there, however they said they hadn’t rung bell- not sure who else it could have possibly been though, given we could see them out the window immediately after each ring. Checkout mind you wasn’t until 10. In fact I began getting so anxious about it that I ended up calling the front desk to inquire- they apologized for housekeeping, assuring me they were not supposed to do that. However, the doorbell was still rung one more time before we managed to check out at 10… didn’t make for a a nice last morning there….

Stayed here while visiting attractions in the area. Front desk personnel weren’t friendly. While they weren’t rude a smile goes a long way to welcoming guest spending their money to stay. Also I requested towels at guest services and was told they would send them. Never got any. Also called for maintained to fix the tv they had no signal was told someone was coming stayed up for hours and no one ever came. The bed also was not comfortable and the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable as well.

we were given a room key for an occupied room. We entered the room and thankfully no one was home at the time. Then we were given the wrong room key again which the manager caught before we left. Our unit had a half full bottle of lemonade on my night stand. We had no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pullout sofa. It took someone almost an hour to bring them then we only received sheets. I had to ask for pillows and a blanket. We went to put the blanket on the queen sofa bed and it was for a twin. Had to call them back for the correct size blanket. Our vent in the bathroom is missing a screw and hanging down.

It took me one hour in line at guest registration to get a room that was given to another guest which to find out was occupied by another guest. Interrupted my sleep at 2:00 Am with either by another guest or facility personnel attempting to gain access to unit. My wife freaks out. No attempt to apologize or call the room to see if someone had been assigned to that unit. You did not tell me about a deposit until I booked and payed for my reservation. Doing business with you in the future is totally out of the question.

Overall the property was good! The pools were warm and there were activities to entertain the kids. Our room was spacious and clean. Check in was a nightmare- very long lines, even at 8 at night. They said it was because 2 of the 3 employees doing check in were training. Weird to pick a holiday weekend to do that but the bigger problem was people waiting an hour and a half to check in. I’d like to hope this isn’t the norm here.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom with kitchenette. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and the unit was extremely clean. Check in with super easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. It was close to Jamestown and colonial Williamsburg. We also did a trip to Yorktown while we were there and that wasn’t too far (under 30 minutes). We were in the upstairs unit and the people below us we could hear when they would go in and out. It wasn’t bad, but if noise bothers you, it might be an issue. We will definitely be back. We had a great time.

Enjoyed ourselves!! We enjoyed Williamsburg and the surrounding area! We purchased the weekly mini-golf and had our own tournament, downtown. The resort has the best coffee in the lobby! All you need to cook and a washer/dryer unit for washing clothes. You do have to share with the other unit but that was no problem. The only issue was the main door didnt have a delay stop so it SLAMMED uncontrollably! The internet went off daily around 12:30 a.m. without reason.

Family of 5. The 2 bdrm has 2 bathroom, kitchenette, and washer/dryer. Perfectly met our wishws and needs to have time together "at home" after long funfilled days at local parks. Enjoyed eating together, games around the dining table, and homemade meals and snacks to save $$$ and time in restaurant lines for every meal. Totally comfortable for our needs. Nothing fanct needed and met all pfnour needs. Never made it to the pool or lo cc al activities on the premises but would definitely do so if we had more time! Thank you!

While the property is old, it is definitely cleaner than expected. The room had everything we needed from the hot pot to mixing bowls. I appreciate the free towels at the pool. May not stay again but its everything described and very reasonably priced.

This was the best place for my family! We all slept comfortable! I have four children plus my godchild, and and for the the price and all the amenities plus I could cook a meal for them was a plus! It was very clean and a great location near a gas station and food lion and 10 minutes from Busch Gardens! It’s was super convenient! The staff was very polite! I definitely will be back! I highly recommend this stay definitely if you have a big family like mines!
