Generally the property was about what I expected, but the security gate was left open a lot of the time, which made me wonder what the point was. Parking was terrible, out of the 4 nights we stayed, we got to park near our unit ONE night. Walking a block in the rain to my car was not what I expect from this tilype of resort. There are plenty more in the are so research. This did NOT at all feel like a Hilton property.

The rooms were clean and spacious but that is where the compliments end. The hot tub was useless and not relaxing at all. We waited until 9pm in the hopes of relaxing for a bit and were unfortunately unable to. About 2 dozen children were using the indoor pool which was absolutely fine except that the parents were allowing them to use the hot tub as an extra pool for jumping in despite adults trying to soak quietly. We even mentioned it to the front desk and were told Security would be down to fix the situation. Security waited 45 minutes until 9:55 and simply told every one including us that it was time to leave as the pool closes at 10. Upon returning to our rooms, we were greeted to the sound of screaming children and stomping both in the room beside and above us until well after 11. If you are looking to have a relaxing hotel, this is probably not the best option.

Nice big territory, good looking buildings and apartments. Although, you can hear neighbors from upstairs how they walk in their bedroom. The most unpleasant thing is the Hilton welcome pack in form of $56 for amenities, which in other places included by default. The pool is good, they also have saunas, but separate man and woman’s in respective bathrooms. The woman’s was closed, btw. I would definitely recommend this place if they charge honestly from the beginning. Hidden fees is never a good marketing tactic.

This property was fantastic!!! They will try and convince you to attend a presentation for their timeshare opportunity. We took them up on and it and received some nice goodies in exchange-but it is optional and not required if you book through third party. The property is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We opted to stay close to the pool and swam every single night after spending our days at various parks, museums, etc.

Great place for families, lots of activities, beautiful pool. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The kitchen could use a cutting board and some mitts and they need to restock glasses and cups to at least 6. Be sure to bring your own laundry soap. Not thrilled about the extra charge for amenities….is this something new, as I have never paid it before?

We had a fabulous stay. The pool and fitness areas etc. are beautiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed the stay. Only thing that isn't great is the playground...wouldn't trust that one.

We were assigned a different style of room than booked. We booked a two bedroom one king and a queen. But got a two bed one king and two twins. The king bed was hard and you could fill the springs. The bathtub in the master was dirty and had visible soap scum. The jacuzzi tub that was advertised as one of the features had no jets. The water for that tub would start out coming out hot the go straight to cold you could only get about 1 1/2 inches of hot water for the large tub. The stove, no matter what you cooked would set off the fire alarm just opening the oven door after being turned on would set it off. Went to request to have the bathtub cleaned after bringing all my stuff into the room and was told it could not be done until the next day. Staff came to fix the hot water heater, but did not fix it because it is the temperature valve in the tub not the hot water heater that needed to be fixed but did not speak English. Towels were rough and small. Try to speak to management but never received a return phone call from them. Moral of my stay is I would not recommend this place to anyone. Automated text messages after 9 o’clock stating you could not have visitors after 10 PM. Again would not recommend this resort. Indoor pool was also cloudy. The chemicals were obviously not right in the heated pool.

Room was dirty, hair in tub and marks in tub food crumbs still left on chair in dining area. Check in was at 4pm we were told before arrival early check in would be available between the hours of 1:30-2pm. We did not check in our room until 5pm because they said it was sold out the night before and had to do a deep clean on the rooms——- the deep clean couldn’t have been that extreme for our check in to be a hour later with a STILL dirty room…. Would not recommend, you get what you pay for will never return.

When we arrived in the room, we found a bunch of dead bees on the bathroom floor and window sea. There werealso dead bugs in the middle of the kitchen floor. We called for maintenance to find out how these bees got it the room, maintenance arrived with a can of spray. The room was extremely dusty as we had to wioe things down in the room as well as the bathrooms before we could relax. It was as if the room had not been occipied or cleaned, dusted in somwtime. We were vlvery disappointed.

We stayed in a 2BR on the bottom floor. All night long we could hear the people above walking around. It was so loud we could not sleep. If you are to stay here make sure you get a third floor room to ensure you do not suffer as we did listening to people walking around above all night long.

Great air conditioning however toilet in both our rooms ran and pool cabana was not staffed. Clean overall and staff replied quickly to text messages. No smart tvs so could not connect to Netflix, streaming services etc. Our preferences not met at first so had to change both rooms the next day. Convenient location to all historic sites and lots of restaurants to choose from locally. Lots of spiders at night.

I especially loved our mini apartment that had a pull out couch, two bedrooms and two bedrooms. One bedroom had two twin beds and one king size bed. A kitchen with supplies, there was a local Publix/Wal-Mart and other stores nearby which made it so much easier to cook instead of buying. Busch Gardens was maybe 15 mins from this location which was convenient. Overall it was a great experience! Planning on returning in the Fall.

This is well situated and a spacious accommodation. My unit had two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen; two bathrooms, decently equipped kitchen, formal dining room, living room, balcony and washer dryer. The biggest issue was the unit was at the highest level of the building, requiring one to climb 29 steps. There is no elevator.

We visited during the offseason and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were great, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly and quiet. My son especially loved the mini golf and the pool before he got sick. I really want to give special kudos to the staff. I was traveling solo with my son, and he became ill overnight. We did our best to clean everything up, but it was a stressful situation — including one last incident outside as we were leaving. I let the front desk know what happened when I checked out, and later that day the maintenance manager personally called to make sure we made it home safely and that my little guy was doing okay. That level of care and kindness meant so much to me. We truly appreciated the compassion and professionalism, and we will absolutely be back!

I found the front desk staff to be less than friendly. When I walked up to the counter, the person just stared at me, didn’t say a word. If you're an avid golfer, this property is ideal. It has lovely greens, grounds and trails. Although the rooms are clean, they're in need of serious updating. Many of the fixtures and other items must be the originals! The room also had a strange odor, almost musty. Sorry but would not stay at this property again.

It was an awful experience l. They mixed up our reservations with another one. They demanded I call the other person who had my reservations. Conveniently for them it was my sister who has a completely different name. When I tried to get accommodations they gave me an attitude. When we checked out they checked my sister out and. Not us. I have never had such an awful experience checking in, took nearly 45 minutes. The kitchen was not stocked with basic cooking items. Unit was filthy. We were loading our car at checkout and were locked out of the room at precisely checkout time and we had to find someone to let us back into the property so we could finish gathering our items from the unit. Just overall exceptionally poor Customer Service! AVOID!!!

This is my second time staying at this property in the last year, and I will certainly be coming back. The rooms are spacious and very nice. I love the peacefulness of the balcony and convenience of having a kitchen with everything needed already supplied. The location is very convenient with regard to Busch Gardens and the historic area of Williamsburg, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Can’t wait for the next trip!

The location is ideal. One has access to almost everything. For instance, shopping, dinning, historical sites as well as amusement parks. Moreover, the resort offers all types of amenities which makes one stay indeed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to future guests.

Nice area but no close restaurants. Our condo was nice but we had a dead bolt that was not secure and we did report it for repair. Our room needed some wall art but the amenities were very nice. Loved sitting on the back patio and watching the sunset on the golf course. Definitely needs more outside lighting at night. All in all, we had a great stay!

Resort is nice and clean. So many activities to choose. It’s quiet, safe as gate community and very isolated. Not many restaurants near by. However plenty of restaurants 5 miles away. Over all, very nice resort and we enjoyed the place very much. Thanks.

Family friendly, beautiful grounds and pool. It was a bit away from historic area but wonderful services about 2 mikes away. It was a car dependent resort so you need a car to do activities beyond the resort.

A lot of fun and the activities and pool were a blast. The rooms are a little dated and we had some loud younger guests above us the first night. But we had a great stay overall! We did wish there was a little cafe on site for breakfast, lunch and coffee.

I have been coming to this resort for 12 years. It has not recovered from Covid. The cabana is not open. They don’t have any food it snack options on the resort at all. A lot of bugs in the rooms. Mold on toilet paperwork

Room was updated, spacious and very clean! Pool was nice but a bit boring! Front desk was accommodating to our requests. Close to stores and food. Overall, great resort for the price. Only downfall is no room service, so we had to wash towels during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
