The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Every area of the resort was very clean. The pools were all great and we never had an issue finding pool chairs or shade. The beach was kept very clean. The staff was incredible. From the "Experience Makers" working so hard to make our stay wonderful, the front desk staff was so pleasant and check in was very quick. The pool and beach servers were always available and always checking if we needed refills. The wait staff in the restaurants were all so fantastic. We even had one of the chefs come out and speak with my husband (who is vegetarian) to create a meal specific for him. The entertainment was amazing. The aqua lights show and Mexican night were very entertaining, with great performances. The resort itself is older, and could use some updates. Some of the tiles in our room were broken, there was noticable salt corrosion on a lot of the chrome finishes, and there are still old signs from the previous hotel (restaurant names mostly) which made the first few days confusing trying to find anything. The food was all very good, but the vegetarian options are extremely limited, so we had to do some deep searching to find food for my husband to eat. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this resort to our friends.

The hotel was very safe, and the staff was always very friendly. The only complaints I have are that the lounge chairs in the beach area were very old/dirty, and that the restaurants only opened on certain days. But even with all that, our experience was very pleasant. El hotel muy seguro, el personal muy amable siempre, las únicas quejas que tengo es que los camastros en el área de playa estaban muy viejos/sucios y el hecho de que los restaurante solo abrían determinados días. Pero con todo y eso nuestra experiencia fue muy placentera.

First of all they did a cute towel cake with flowers on the bed for my boyfriend’s birthday. Originally I had booked a restaurant off site for his birthday but the food was actually so good that we just ate at the restaurants at the all inclusive. There was also a jacuzzi on the balcony which we weren’t sure was included with all bookings but we were super happy to have it. The pools are very clean and maintained well - lots of employees walking around cleaning and checking for cleanliness. All the people working there were friendly and really helpful and happy. We tipped about 20 MXN to employees there. The pools were so relaxing and I honestly have a hard time saying anything negative. We’ll definitely be coming back. I also heard that management switched recently so older reviews may be reflecting the old management? Overall, super impressed.

We visited from Dec 30th to Jan 1st. Most of the staff was courteous and eager to be of service. Special recognition to Ildahir at the beach, who truly goes above and beyond. The resort seemed a little understaffed, probably due to the holiday dates. The NYE party was a blast! I have to say the hotel doesn’t entirely feel like a beach resort, mainly because facilities are shared with an apartment complex; therefore, pool service is almost nonexistent at the two pools closest to the beach. We waited almost two hours to be seated at the Steakhouse. Ordered a Rib-Eye and a New York Strip, but both were dry and tough as shoe leather. Also, the hostess was somewhat rude (understandable, given the complaints from guests waiting so long). We reserved a Fiesta Club room and received only a few perks compared to other Club levels at similar hotels. A few inexpensive changes I would recommend to improve the customer experience: - Reserved beach and pool chairs, cushioned, for Club guests - Beach towel stations closer to the beach - More waiters at the beach and pool - Pagers for restaurants, so guests don’t have to wait at the door - More beach chairs (there's an entire unused area at the beach) - Since we all use bracelets, waiters and bartenders could offer premium liquor to Club-level guests

It was a good experience overall.Food quality was ok but could be a lot better. For example, coffee was very bad . From a more positive perspective, it was clean, quiet, convenient, and the staff were hospitable. This hotel really deserves a better gym though! There were not a single treadmill in the whole property!

Excelente hotel! Nos gustó mucho! Las albercas están padrísimas y las habitaciones amplias y las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio, comida rica, todo el personal muy amable especialmente las chicas que nos atendieron en todo momento en la alberca Alejandra y Magdalena se llevan un 10!!! Y también el chico que prepara los omelets en los desayunos que siempre está sonriendo, lo recomendamos 100% y volveremos pronto!

Room service times were excessive. Up to an hour. Even for just coffee. Left early for the day arrived back at 315 pm. Room not cleaned. Had to make several requests as we were told 10 minutes each time. A room clean by 5 pm is just too late. Would not allow us to checkout as my wife went shopping and when I checked out, they would not allow a checkout as her bracelet was required. Waited 20 minutes to checkout as the focus was early check in customers. Staff in pool area and restaurants were great. Food was good. I understand Fiesta Americana is implementing changes as they recent acquired this Wyndham hotel. Overall friendly but no interest or sense of urgency to their areas of opportunity.

Chose to pay extra for upgraded room with veiw and A/C did not work. Food was subpar did not taste like the dishes they where offering i.e. sushi, argentian steak, mediterranian. Overall disappointed we paid almost 400 a night for all inclusive experience. We ended up leaving a day early and booking into a different hotel to salvage vacation.

Rooms were older, didn’t quite look like the photos. Staff was amazing. Biggest complaint was check in was a mess, tons of people trying to check in and only 3 people/desks.

The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Every area of the resort was very clean. The pools were all great and we never had an issue finding pool chairs or shade. The beach was kept very clean. The staff was incredible. From the "Experience Makers" working so hard to make our stay wonderful, the front desk staff was so pleasant and check in was very quick. The pool and beach servers were always available and always checking if we needed refills. The wait staff in the restaurants were all so fantastic. We even had one of the chefs come out and speak with my husband (who is vegetarian) to create a meal specific for him. The entertainment was amazing. The aqua lights show and Mexican night were very entertaining, with great performances. The resort itself is older, and could use some updates. Some of the tiles in our room were broken, there was noticable salt corrosion on a lot of the chrome finishes, and there are still old signs from the previous hotel (restaurant names mostly) which made the first few days confusing trying to find anything. The food was all very good, but the vegetarian options are extremely limited, so we had to do some deep searching to find food for my husband to eat. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this resort to our friends.

Pésimo servicio de las hostess, no tienen la capacidad de atender a tantos huéspedes, el tiempo de espera es demasiado, la recepción es insuficuente para tantos huéspedes, en mi estadía, todos los días hubo quejas para el gerente, no solo mías. No regresaría a ese hotel, lástima de la cadena que es.

Room service times were excessive. Up to an hour. Even for just coffee. Left early for the day arrived back at 315 pm. Room not cleaned. Had to make several requests as we were told 10 minutes each time. A room clean by 5 pm is just too late. Would not allow us to checkout as my wife went shopping and when I checked out, they would not allow a checkout as her bracelet was required. Waited 20 minutes to checkout as the focus was early check in customers. Staff in pool area and restaurants were great. Food was good. I understand Fiesta Americana is implementing changes as they recent acquired this Wyndham hotel. Overall friendly but no interest or sense of urgency to their areas of opportunity.

We visited from Dec 30th to Jan 1st. Most of the staff was courteous and eager to be of service. Special recognition to Ildahir at the beach, who truly goes above and beyond. The resort seemed a little understaffed, probably due to the holiday dates. The NYE party was a blast! I have to say the hotel doesn’t entirely feel like a beach resort, mainly because facilities are shared with an apartment complex; therefore, pool service is almost nonexistent at the two pools closest to the beach. We waited almost two hours to be seated at the Steakhouse. Ordered a Rib-Eye and a New York Strip, but both were dry and tough as shoe leather. Also, the hostess was somewhat rude (understandable, given the complaints from guests waiting so long). We reserved a Fiesta Club room and received only a few perks compared to other Club levels at similar hotels. A few inexpensive changes I would recommend to improve the customer experience: - Reserved beach and pool chairs, cushioned, for Club guests - Beach towel stations closer to the beach - More waiters at the beach and pool - Pagers for restaurants, so guests don’t have to wait at the door - More beach chairs (there's an entire unused area at the beach) - Since we all use bracelets, waiters and bartenders could offer premium liquor to Club-level guests

Excelente hotel! Nos gustó mucho! Las albercas están padrísimas y las habitaciones amplias y las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio, comida rica, todo el personal muy amable especialmente las chicas que nos atendieron en todo momento en la alberca Alejandra y Magdalena se llevan un 10!!! Y también el chico que prepara los omelets en los desayunos que siempre está sonriendo, lo recomendamos 100% y volveremos pronto!

La atención del personal en cualquier zona del hotel es muy buena, son muy atentos, están pendientes de lo que puedes necesitar . Las instalaciones son buenas, quizá un poquito de mantenimiento a las habitaciones les vendría muy bien pero nada que afecte la estadía, está situado en una zona donde la playa está muy linda y segura para toda la familia. The only complaints I have are that the lounge chairs in the beach area were very old/dirty, and that the restaurants only opened on certain days. But even with all that, our experience was very pleasant. El hotel muy seguro, el personal muy amable siempre, las únicas quejas que tengo es que los camastros en el área de playa estaban muy viejos/sucios y el hecho de que los restaurante solo abrían determinados días. It was a good experience overall.Food quality was ok but could be a lot better. For example, coffee was very bad . From a more positive perspective, it was clean, quiet, convenient, and the staff were hospitable. This hotel really deserves a better gym though! There were not a single treadmill in the whole property!

The property is pretty. However the services were sub-par. The hotel jacuzzi didnt work. Only 2 of the restaurants and buffet were open during my 4 night stay. The room service did not answer the phone when we called at least 5 different time. The "security manager" was disgustingly rude to me. The best part of the hotel was the bartenders, they were nice.

An excellent all inclusive resort with excellent service. The buffet and the Italian restaurant were the best of the restaurants. Room service included was nice touch. Great pools and beach area. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Muchos aspectos están bien. Pero hay cosas donde deberían mejorar mucho: el restaurant en el buffette continuamente se quedaba sin comida y tardaban mucho en volver a servir los platillos. En la cafetería, continuamente se quedaban sin insumos. En el room service, tardaban hasta 24 horas en llevarse los platillos sucios, los dejaban afuera del cuarto y aunque 2 veces les pedimos que pasaran por ellos, ahí se quedaban. En la playa no hay control en las palapas, se queda mucha gente que no es huésped del hotel haciendo muy difícil encontrar palapas disponibles. En general está bien el hotel, pero le faltan muchas cosas para ser 5 estrellas.

The hotel was great Sandra was very helpful at check-in. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We met the kitchen manager Bertha who went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience and never failed to ask if we ever needed anything. She has a great attitude and nice personality and knew how to accommodate our needs. We ate at the Rosata restaurant the beef and the margherita pizza were excellent. The cevecheria was also another great lunch spot by the beach. The steak restaurant in the evening was also pretty tasty. The buffet had a great variety every day I really enjoyed it. The drinks were quite delicious and not watered down (piña coladas and Palomas were good). Overall, for the price and what it had to offer it was great. The only thing to note is that they close the restaurants at certain hours to switch foods daily, but they do offer 24hr room service.
The hotel was great Sandra was very helpful at check-in. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We met the kitchen manager Bertha who went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience and never failed to ask if we ever needed anything. She has a great attitude and nice personality and knew how to accommodate our needs. We ate at the Rosata restaurant the beef and the margherita pizza were excellent. The cevecheria was also another great lunch spot by the beach. The steak restaurant in the evening was also pretty tasty. The buffet had a great variety every day I really enjoyed it.
