Ramada by Wyndham DFW Airport

the property was immaculate! cleanest hostel i’ve been in; in a while. the room service was outstanding! Adriana crew where very respectful of privacy and always provided clean towels and waters. whatever we needed they were there to accommodate! my favorite was the heated pool, this hotel is a gem and I’m headed back to it next trip to Dallas. it’s worth the extra drive to have amenities. Sauna Hot Tub Heated Pool Ping pong air hockey live size chest! So many amenities! I give a 10 out of 10!

The gym facility was good!

When I booked they said they had a movie theater and there was none it was a storage the pool was very cloudy not cleaned the restaurant was ok food was good and the bar tender was very polite the vending machines didn’t work and I found a large cockroach on the hallway I had to go to the front and informed them because I saw it two days in a row on the same spot.

I loved all of the amenities this hotel offered. I also enjoyed the fitness center and that it had a couple of in-house restaurants

The hotels.com website had this listed as a 4 star hotel, but it is not. The air conditioning did not seem to be working throughout the hotel. It was very muggy and warm in our room. I think the worst part of our experience was the fact that when we went down to the pool there was a very large human turd/poop/excrement floating in it. My husband alerted the front desk staff. They sent someone to remove the poop, but they never closed down the pool for cleaning/shocking. So when we saw other people swimming in the pool an hour later we were shocked. I would not recommend this place and we won’t be staying there again.

Pools 1 in , 1 put , sauna hot tub in , excetcise room

Very huge lobby and the pool and games in the middle of the hotel. Very unique place to stay and very good breakfast layout.

The design was unique, the staff were very nice, the only complaint was the hot tub jets were not all working and it was more of bathtub than a hot tub, no bubbles so i was very disappointed because that was one selling point for me booking this hotel

The circles themed were everywhere and very fun. The activities were good, hot tub has no bubbles. Rooms were comfortable and the beds were great. The Downey spray in one of the elevators was overwhelming.

Nice on the inside however they need to clean the pool and hot tub area.

Room was clean, Price was good!

breaking needs more carb free options, also, variety would be good, not the same every day; i asked for housekeeping service at 7am and when i returned at 630p no one had cleaned my room, it was a major inconvenience as i needed to get ready for my work event; cleanliness might be a concern, i saw a dead cockroach outside of the breakfast area

The first rm smelled of dog pee. Then I was moved to a rm that bathroom flooded. And there were cockroaches or waterbugs everywhere. One of the saunas didn't work. Amenities closed at 9p. Front desk were rude about helping with towels for the floors in the bathroom. And we were getting bit up in the beds. Asked them to change the bedding but they never did.

It smells. My room smelt of damp and was not clean at all with long hair everywhere. This hotel seriously needs a deep clean. Breakfast was so poor I ended up not eating anything and going out for breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Very clean room. Clean facility. The lobby is a very grand lobby for the hotel and check in was easy.

The live cockroaches were a deal breaker. Management was called to my room who killed cockroaches, apologized and took pictures to give to maintenance because there was open wiring coming from a hole in the wall/ceiling where it was obvious was the cockroach entrance. No compensation was offered.

The place is gorgeous, clean, etc--but the room we stayed in had such a terrible smell of moldy or wet or animal--it was horrible--but so late at night we just dealt with it--that ruined the stay honestly.

Eh. Like a 6 out of 10. I wouldn’t stay there again. It wasn’t TERRIBLE but it definitely wasn’t some fantastic stay. The room had a weird like old wet towels that have been left out smell. It was like clean but still felt dirty. The pools were not appealing. The breakfast wasn’t bad, probably the best thing. The shower was nice too. If they just like modernized it I think they would be fine, but it just isn’t there yet.

The lobby is beautiful which makes it misleading for the state of the rooms. The pillows STINK. They smell of body oil and sweat. Our room had an odder we could not pin point. I thought it was the ac but my daughter thought it was the bedding. The room was clean but outdated. The bathroom floors were very dirty. There were crumbs of dried up chocolate cake or brownies all over. We didn't walk around the room without socks. Would not stay here again.

Like the property just not the lighting in the rooms. Too sterile and white… needs to be a little warmer for settling in at night. The recessed lights should a least be dimming.

The WiFi at this property is incredibly bad. Even basic web browsing was nearly impossible. Bring a hotspot if you plan to stay here and need to do any remote work.

Hotel interior is dated with some loud decor. Hard to describe, but has a cheap feel to it. Our room needed some maintenance. The shower head leaked out the sides as much as it sprayed out. There were several lights flickering. Random popping noise coming from the wall behind our bed.

Everything was clean, except we had a flickering light in restroom And the latch on the door had loose screws.

Great airport hotel. Clean room with comfortable bed & pillows. Nice bar & Resturant. The shuttle van was a super “bumpy” ride tho.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is renovated but still is older. It’s alright, the staff is nice. There was often a stench in the hallways and the elevators were scary. The elevator doors took forever to open felt like you were trapped and always hot. The AC in the rooms doesn’t work that well.

The room was great. There were just 3 things. If you are on the first floor, be prepared to hear everything that’s going on in the hallway and lobby. If you’re a light sleeper, maybe request a higher floor. There’s a light in the coat closet that wouldn’t turn off after just walking by it. It was opposite from one of the beds, so just getting into bed from one side would set it off. Last thing was the “room checks” they were doing on the morning of check out to make sure you were leaving. That was the first time I’ve seen that, but it could be a problem if people are sleeping. Overall, it was a decent experience.

I didn't like the fact that we didn't have a outside window The room was placed on the inner part of the building so the window was facing the inside of the building

Clean and relatively quiet, the plastic covers on the beds are fairly uncomfortable though

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are very nice and worth the price. Felt great with the stay. Definitely will be looking to stay here again!!!

The nicest part of the stay was the young ladies that clean the rooms. If you let them work at the front counter, I would’ve rated this a five super respectable super accommodating young ladies did a great job on cleaning your room treated us very well as opposed to the front desk.

Easy pre-check in. Clean room. Quiet. Only complaint was the airport shuttle took about 40 minutes.

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. They made us feel appreciated & valued.

There was an emergency alarm with an evacuation of the hotel with alarms and continuous announcements. We were never notified that the emergency was really nothing and had been cleared. We had to stop the bartender to ask if it was okay to go back inside. I then took a shower with no hot Water. I tried to call the front desk many times without getting any one to answer. The next morning my husband took a cold shower and we complained to the person on duty. He said we should have notified him last night.

Shuttle driver was very helpful and Check in was awesome. Best service in quite some time. Thank you so much.

After my recent checkout, I realized I had left my flip-flops in the room. I called the front desk multiple times within just a few hours, but no one ever returned my calls. When I finally spoke with someone after my 8th attempt, I was told housekeeping did not find them. As a repeat guest who has already booked another stay next week, I’m disappointed such a simple request wasn’t handled with more care. I hope this feedback helps improve your lost-and-found process.

Staff and front desk do not have good communication! I stayed 2 extra nights and had went downstairs to do so, while I’m in the room housekeeping had tried to come in twice!! I let the first know so I was annoyed by the second time! Also on my last day they did the exact same thing! FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING SHOULD HAVE BETTER COMMUNICATION WITH ROOMS OCCUPIED AND NONE OCCUPIED

The check in process was kind of a disaster.I checked in online, per the text message they sent and We arrived a little after 3 pm (check in was at 3). I stood in line for about 30 minutes, they finally told us that double rooms would not be available for another hour. We checked for an update about 30 minutes after that and they said at that time it would be an hour and a half. We were in town for a concert so I spoke with the front desk manager to cancel our reservation and get a refund. He was able to immediately put us in a king room, with a couch, which worked for our family. I don't know why the front desk clerk wasn't able to offer that from the beginning. After that everything was good. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was excellent!

What a great staff at this place ! Front desk was awesome helping me with my reservation and check inbecause of a airline delay . The Free breakfast is top notch . Airport shuttle and the drivers are super !

Nice hotel but shuttle pickup needs work. Waited an hour

Shuttle service from & to DFW was very good & helpful.

Great food options and shopping. Close to the airport and the hotel provides transportation to and from the airport.

The property was adequate and quiet. I liked the free breakfast buffet , the vending machine, the parking and the neighborhood. The transport didn’t pick me up at airport.

I was not a fan. The property wasn't in a great location, and the first thing I noticed were signs in the parking lot warning of the danger of keeping valuables in the car, which didn't make me feel safe, especially as I am moving and had a car full of stuff. Automatic unease. The layout of the hotel wasn't ideal; the courtyard style with the interior balconies looking out into the lobby - why? The lobby was all marble/tile, which made the entire place an echo chamber. As I was "upgraded" to one of those balcony rooms, I got no sleep all night, as I could hear everything in the lobby, including whole groups of people milling about for a party and everything the people at the lobby bar were saying. The printed-out signs around the property indicating where things were didn't give a four-star feel at all, the amenities were tiny, no recycling bin in the room, there was no live television programming. I was hoping for a good night's sleep, and it felt more like a casino hotel with a lot of noise and activity. Disappointing. Between that and the unease about the parking lot, I checked out at 2 a.m. and just hit the road. It was surprising, what with all the glowing reviews - I did not enjoy my time there. The staff was helpful and friendly, but that's about it. Would not go back.

the property is clean. the breakfast in the morning is wonderful. the hotel is close to the airport. I appreciated the map at check in. the layout is unique, but once you figure it out; it is great. the pools are nice. small pool towels are provided. We enjoyed our stay! we didn't get to go to the garden. it was locked up. I would come back if we visit Dallas again. the staff are very helpful.

Very nice hotel within short uber rides to shopping malls and great restaurants all around.

Great property, very comfortable, super close to the airport. No dining or things to do in the area, however that’s to be expected

This hotel was walking distance to Walmart and a few other stores and restaurants. I came in town for the Eagles game and enjoyed every moment here. I will return to this hotel when I’m in Dallas again.

Good location near the airport they provide a shuttle bus from the AP to the hotel. If your hungry and you have a late check in there are no food options in this area.

The location was perfect in correlation with the airport. The layout of the property is odd because the lobby area is huge and at least 5 different elevators at the hotel.

Breakfast is awesome! Restaurant on site is really good Beds are comfy and clean

I like how despite it not having high quality furniture, what they chose made it look fancier and gave it an elegant look. Unfortunately, i wasn't very pleased with the breakfast options. I would have liked several more options to select from.

Customer service and staff are excellent, very helpful. Front Desk staff very cordial and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is amongst the best in hotels. Restaurant dining menu is great, with numerous options. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, housekeeping is always responsive. Definitely one of the best locations to stay in the DFW Airport area.

hotel was nice, staff was courteous and helpful , restaurant was over priced and breakfast was terrible, pre made pancakes and french toast sticks were spongy, the oatmeal was soup, definitely looked questionable , coffee was limited , had to repeatedly request coffee be made, eggs were under cooked and color was way off , would recommend different mix of eggs , weekend options were the same as daily breakfast , no bacon , no biscuits or gravy ,ive stayed at many wyndham hotels and this is the first that never served biscuts or gravy or bacon , however there is a I-hop less than a mile down the road , hotel was beautiful, staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable , restaurant needs a overhaul , chicken looked like dark turkey , fried rice with meat is over 30 $ , hot wings looked nice till you looked inside , ive never seen chicken look like that ,

The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The hotel is beautiful. The only thing that was missing was some kind of meat with the breakfast (bacon or sausage).

Breakfast was weak … need more options but other than that 👍👍👍👍👍 need I say more

Not worth the price. Food is terrible. Rooms are average (not worth the cost). Shuttle service is to/from DFW ONLY- no other locations. Should have stayed at the hotel next door, would’ve had better food and better service for the same price

The pool area was quite lovely. Best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel.

You should not have to request bacon for breakfast. It should come automatically.

Dated and the restaurant was similar to fast food. We selected a local dining option that was fantastic.
