Place needs some major upgrades the TV didn’t even have closed captions. There was a lot of scuffs, dents and stains on the walls. But overall My biggest problem was the other person staying in the room with me showed up before I did. The reservation was in my name and she waited in the lobby for an hour for me to get there. When I showed up and and asked the person at the front desk why she couldn’t get the keys, even though I had pre-checked in online and there wasn’t an option to add her name in it she said because that was policy and I asked her why this would happen because it’s never happened before and she told me that I could have called and given permission. She had not said this to my friend that has sat there waiting for me and did not offer any other help. If the hotel isn’t going to allow people to check in when they have confirmation numbers and all that information because they’re not under the reservation, they should be able to have a place where you can add in other people on to the reservation, where they should be handing out help to the people that are there. I’m not sure why I had the option to do a pre-check-in and still have to go through all of this as well.. I am a frequent flyer with hotels in the area and unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

EWE ended up here after spending one hour at the Super 8 across the street. (That was a disgusting horror show! ) This Holiday Inn was great except for the semi trucks idling outside our room until at least 11:30 pm.
