They gave us a room that was not made up there were no sheets on one bed and all the cleaning supplies were just sitting in the middle of the room. The vending machines are my money, and we had a cockroach in the bathroom thank God we were only there g for one night.

Good location, good room size, close to airport, cleanliness 1 start, walking areas too dirty, I have 7 days today, as nobody came to clean my room, I requested to clean my room and the black lady in the counter said, if we have time we clean tomorrow friday, if not, I have to wait upto Monday so 11 days. Staff 2 stars, the black lady never was friendly or kind with me, property conditions and facilities 3 stars, the machines in laundry room stole my money and the hotel is not the owner of the machines so, you have to call, 15 minutes with the machine on the phone and at the end, thank you for let us know the machine is broken, and my money? Around the property 1 star, too many people smoking on the parking lot, 1 big dog without latch and try to figth with another dog on the parking lot, fortunately no boys in the parking lot at that time.

My room smelled moldy. There was a bit of traffic noise from the nearby freeway. My room key didn't work, so I had to get a new key card 4 times. Other guests had the same problem. Fridge, freezer, electric stove, hood... all worked fine. The room was spacious, but lacked storage space and no hangers. No TV. No ice machine.

TV was set on lowest threshold of 79.So loud couldn’t watch it. Coffee supplies no coffee maker. 2 towels that were as thin as cheesecloth. Floor was dirty. Cabinet almost fell on my head. Parking lot noise. No bathroom floor mat. Absolutely nothing in rooms . Cheap bar of soap. Beds not comfortable. No ice bucket or I guess Ice maker and for over 200 dollars. This kind of room used to cost about 49dollars.

You aren’t allowed to back into your parking spaces, it takes forever to get checked in, no communication between staff. Got called the day after check in telling me that I need to check out even though I paid for the whole weekend…. Issue was fixed but gentleman I spoke to was not kept in the loop and seemed rushed. No smoking on property and security tells you that you can’t be out on the side walk or near your car after 10:00 unless you are leaving or coming in.

I would not recommend this hotel. The environment felt unsafe, especially during the evening hours. The room was awful! Here's the list: Dirty pillow, had to ask for a new one. Wall damage in the bathroom, and front room. Broken TV with no remote. Coffee but no coffee machine. MOLD on the microwave! No working phone or clock. Old soap (used) and dirty wash rag left in the shower.

This was the worst hotel. Roaches everywhere ! Smelled like stale cigarettes. We had no blankets only sheets. No towels no rags had to ask the staff for some. Mold on ac unit. Check-in was great. However the room was horrible. I reserved 1 queen bed but got a room with 2 doubles (those were not queen beds). There was obviously a leak and thw roof was patched horribly. The bathroom!!!!!! The bathroom was horrible. How they called that even slightly clean is beyond me. That bathroom needs to be gutted or resurfaced because that should not look like that. The bathroom door needs to be replaced as there are screws on the back to keep the panels together. The floor looked as though it was mopped with dirty water and thw air in the room is very damp and funky. The ac unit needs to be cleaned as you see a lot of diet build up and probably needs a filter change. The curtain needs to be longer as you can see a bit imsode from outside. The door to enter the room is very dirty as were the other room doors. It was a horrible stay overall and I will not ne staying there again. Only stayed because we were too tired to drive anymore.

Friendly staff and clean room, the stove, TV and fridge worked, but that's all the good I can say. Wi-Fi was out the whole weekend even though they keep saying someone was coming out to fix it. Said they should have towels later, and they didn't. We had three people in our room with just two sets of towels. No trash cans in the room, no microwave. Our keys stopped working every day, and had to go to the office to fix. This place is not on top of things, and I would not recommend.

When I got there they said that they were sold out and had to find a room even though I had a reservation. The a/c filter was old and the air was putrid. The shower curtain rod was broken so the shower liner only laid in the middle. The room looked like every inch has been horribly patched up. The phone didn’t work. The blanket was as thin as the sheet. The key stopped working so I had to get it reprogrammed. Lastly the pillows were awful and I barely could sleep at all thanks to the bedding and the a/c. I will not be returning.

Arrived to check in and no staff in sight. Rang the bell several times and after 15 minutes someone showed up. Got to the room and kids are running around the parking lot in and out of cars. I brought my boat and was afraid a kid would be playing in it. We left immediately and ate the loss of money and booked a different place.

I got yelled at by the lady at the front desk. All I asked was a receipt for the security deposit which was not mentioned nowhere when I was booking the place. I was here for a friend’s wife funeral, first time in Florida. They ruined it. I checked in at 5pm and will checkout at 3am ! Terrible customer service.

Staff definitely seem like they dislike working here. Everyone I spoke with were very lackadaisical. There was always a long line in the office in order to ask a question or check-in. While I was waiting for check-in multiple people were coming back asking for a different room because their room was disgusting and wasn't cleaned. My room the shower rod was coming out of the wall, the tub had horrible stains from lack of cleaning, and even though they say no smoking is allowed, it is apparent it is not highly enforced. The area isn't bad and it's just off the highway.

1st it was 1245pm and I left Hotel 6 in West Palm @ 1030am. I received a business call and had to check in with my service companion due to the 96 degree weather. The front help told me absolutely not before 230pm. We sat in the truck with the ac running and I returned @240pm and the front desk first told me she couldn’t add a day to my reservation and I should do it online. Then she had the audacity to walk me to the back building telling me she cleaned this personally. I accepted and started putting my stuff into the room. I flushed dirt into the toilet and the handle was broke broke. I went to the office the lady told me “I told you we were in a shift change and the next lady on shift would assist me when she was available. Then I was put on the second floor (mobility service companion - 2x knee surgeries in 18months) and the tv wouldn’t work. They offered me a refund and it wasn’t till almost 430pm before I got out of there. Today I see I was charged by that Ft. Pierce location on top of this experience. I now have to make calls tomorrow and sit on hold. Worst experience ever.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. We only had 2 pillows in the room and 1 towel, but he helped us with the additional items and some shampoo bc I forgot mine. The grounds can be kind of sketchy with some prostitution and stuff going on outside in the parking lot, but the rooms were clean and decent.

Never stayed due to the room was already opened and dirty foot prints from front door to bathroom. Felt very unsafe. The hotel said they would return my money after showing them the pictures I took of the room. Then everytime Expedia called them they would immediately put them on hold and never pick back up. The person who checked us in couldn't have been nicer but he had to change our room as the key wouldn't work. There were no towels in the room and we found three roaches running around. There were sketchy people hanging around outside and when we returned from our concert there were two police cars in the lot, one in front and one in back. They have not refunded my security deposit and it's been 3 business days and we certainly did not leave the room a mess. The only good things I can say is that the person who checked us in was very nice and it was a good price, close to the concert venue. Would not stay there again though.

I had a room for Thursday reserved but was not able get there in time to check in . I called and asked if I could have the room the next night and they cancel the first night. I have been charged for 2 nights even though I called and canceled and have my confirmation cancellation. There was a huge problem with my room key and was not able to get into my room until after pm even though I arrived at 4. I have begged for a refund for the night i could not get there but they will not refund my money. I There was black mold in the bathroom and no restaurants close by. There was quite a mix of clientele making one uncomfortable.

The bed did not have a bedspread or blanket, only sheets. There was no shampoo, soap, coffee maker, etc. There was a group of men hanging out under the trees outside of this unit, late into the night. The walls are very thin and someone checked in in the middle of the night and woke me up.
