The pool area is noted as clean and pleasant, though a few guests saw inconveniences like the ice machine not working or delays when the pool was being treated, and one mentioned no elevator with worn stairs. Service feedback also notes recurring issues with an unattended front desk, slow responses to requests, and difficulty reaching someone by phone. My room was not ready. Overbooked. But ready soon after. Nice room no elevator and stairs a a bit sketchy...need to be renovated. The stairs. The rooms have been upgraded. I found a full set of clothing in my room. I am assuming hotel staff did not do a great job of cleaning. Blankets very thin..need thicker comforters. Or just comforters.

This was an excellent value and a great place to get a good night's sleep. The gentleman that assisted me at check-in was friendly and welcoming. He told me about the hotel, and he told me to let him know there was anything that I needed. The property was reasonably well maintained, and the parking was convenient. My room was clean and fully functional, and the bed was comfortable. The restroom fixtures were clean and functional, and the shower was nice. I went into the visit with subdued expectations due to the price that I paid, and I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and quality of the room.

The pool and outside area was super cute, but they are in the middle of a remodel so some things are out dated a bit. There wasn’t a fridge in the room, the sink was leaking from the pipe on the bottom and the restroom did have a door. Only had rooms on the second floor. But you get what you pay for and it was pretty reasonable

I arrived on the property but no avail at service desk. Moments later, an unknown male subject came from the outside after being there for a while. The room had no toilet paper with no extra to fill. Also counted at least 4 dead black crickets in the room. Last, the room was never serviced for change of towel, bed sheets, and nor trash taken out. Is there a negative rating? For sure!!!!

The staff was super nice but there was bugs all over the room, we bought bug spray and sprayed the room. We upgraded to a kitchenette, which just meant a broken hot plate but no other items that a usual kitchenette has (plates, pans, etc). We have stayed here before without issues however this trip will be our last time. I hesitated leaving this review because the staff were and have always been so nice.

First room had no fridge and it was supposed to be a kitchenette room. Then it wasn't clean so I was given a double bed room it had a fridge but it didn't work so they replaced it. I tried to use the stove with a pan I had to buy because there is no kitchen utensils it wouldn't work when I asked the front desk he said that it only will work with certain kind of pans

The most important thing I liked (and required) was a safe, quiet place where I could get a good night's sleep, which I did. There were a couple holes in the drywall in the bathroom and the bathroom sink outlets didn't work but I could live with that. Staff needs to answer their phone when customers call, as they told me to call them to open the door at 7am so I could check out and I wasn't able to, after calling them six times in a row and they never answered. So I just left my room keycard slipped in the doorjamb hoping they would get it (which they did).
