Lift chairs for disabled did not work near the pool which I feel should be worked on for the disabled community. The treadmill in the gym was not functioning. Rooms could be cleaned a little better because there was an empty soap bar box under the vanity in restroom and one of our rooms didn’t have enough towels. Other than the small things, everything was good. The staff was friendly and helpful which always makes up for the small issues.

Property looks very nice on the outside and the lobby looks good. I liked the washer and dryer. However, the rooms were dirty. I was given room #210 and immediately noticed that there were stains on the sheets and the top drawer to the dresser would not close. The front desk apologized and immediately moved me to Room #208. The sheets in #208 were clean, however there is mold in the shower and floors were dirty.

The first thing I look for is a comfortable bed. I slept well with no aches in the morning. Both the fridge and microwave came in handy. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with a walk in shower. It had a grab bar as well. They still use the tiny toiletries (Dove brand) which I hope they will eventually phase out in favor of a more eco-friendly option. The hot breakfast was plentiful and filling. I went with the sausage and egg scramble with a bit of picante sauce and the breakfast potatoes. I also got a yogurt and a pastry. They had cereal, waffle maker, oatmeal, bread, bananas and more. I went out to enjoy the pool at dusk. It was nice and warm. They also have a shop with snacks, drinks, food, ice cream, and other incidentals.

The pool area was really lacking in shade, and can use more covered tables, umbrellas. It would have been nice to have more options for food/dining but the food station by the front desk was a nice back up.

Stay was great. Room was great. Service was great. Area to walk dogs was over grown and in need of landscape service. A guest had his dog off of its lease and when I went outside I had to stop and go back in as he was running out way.

Place is disgusting. Just downright nasty. 1st room wasn't clean, second room wasn't clean, lobby isn't clean. There's a little placard in the room saying it was sanitized but i found dried sauce on the back of it. There's stains on all the chairs when you walk in. It's clear that they just don't care about your health.

The Internet service for where we were in the hotel was terrible, I had hours of work to do and had to use my phone's hotspot. I was able to get limited service in the hotel lobby, but it was too slow there to work also. The clerk on duty was not able to offer us any solutions, so that was really frustrating. The breakfast was so-so, the scrambled eggs were a little dry. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the bathroom door would not stay open.

We had a problem with our windows on the car opening during the night and it poured down rain. The staff were incredible, brought towels and wiped down the car as best as could be done. My husband had a cushion which was soaking wet, they dried it. Referred us to a business to try to get more of the water out of the car. They all went above what was needed to help us. We would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Beeville, Texas

When you walk in the entrance it smelled musty. There were no doggy poop bags provided for the guests or a place to dispose of them. The free hot breakfast was not great. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs and were very dry. The sausage and French toast sticks were dry as well. I recommend you remove all the carpet in the hotel and replace with vinyl or tile for sanitary purposes; especially since this is a pet friendly hotel where pet accidents are guaranteed to happen.

Although the staff was efficient, worked hard and friendly, the room was subpar. The moment we walked in the building, I detected a strong mildew odor. The door lock does not work for room 206. The shower faucet was difficult to turn. There is no soap or shampoo holder in the shower. These items had to be placed on the ground which made showering a challenge. I was disappointed to find out there was no coffee at 10 a.m. Personally ending breakfast at 9 a.m. on a Sunday morning is too early.

Not are first stay that’s why we there but differently are last. Please remember your people inside were great. Only the Corporation I gave a bad rating to. Just plan laziness on there part by the way the building was kept. I have 1440 acres and 16 buildings I part of taking are of and I believe it’s out of the local workers hand for what needs to be done
