I wont say its the worst I've ever stayed at, but if you are just looking for a place to lay your head for a night, then this is the place for you. While the beds appeared to be very clean, the floors and other surfaces werent clean at all. Could have used 1 more pillow per bed but the beds were pretty comfy....I'd say 7.5-8 out of 10. Also, the pool was soooooooo freezing cold.

The hotel looks a little ran down on the outside. Inside is not horrible but could use some TLC. rooms are fairly decent. Pool is not heated. And if you need extra blankets be sure you ask the cleaning lady because they don’t keep them at the front desk.

My primary issue was that the fitness room was a disaster. Both treadmills were broken, the stepper machine and reclining bike were broken. The dumbbell selection only included heavier weights and they were rusty. Other than that the property was fine and if the fitness room is not a need, then I would recommend this hotel to others.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The hallway carpets were filthy/dark with dirt. The pool was cold and the hot tub was closed and covered/make unuseful. The only thing offered for breakfast was coffee or tea. The only good think I can say is that the bed & pillows were comfortable.

It was not good at all, very dirty, hair was all over the floors and beds, there was a used q-tip laying on the floor, food on the floor, the bathroom was very dirty. Hair, dirty sink, dirty toilet, everything. Do not stay here if you want your car windows busted!!!! We got up to leave and there was 6 broken windows of different cars!!

There was a total of 5 cars including mine broken into just my car alone was 2400 dollars in damage i called the hotel and pretty much isnt there fault the police said it happens alot at the hotel beware and choose a better place

This was the worst hotel stay ever. The outside of the building is so old and worn down it looks like you’re trying to stay I am abandoned, haunted building. The lobby looked like it was cool, in its prime and when it was kept up. The elevator and hallways were nasty, it smelled. Our room stunk like mildew, lights didn’t work, the garbage in the bathroom was never emptied. There was black mold all along the ceiling of the bathroom. There was a big black mark on the mirror. The bottom of the tub was black. And if all that wasn’t bad enough, my son found a bed bug on his bed (yes, I have a pic) and couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. When I tried to speak to the front desk about it, all I got was a “yeah” then a pause and a “want a receipt?” Trying to get a refund now. Highly, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Room was so dirty. I was there for 3 nights and knew what this hotel is like as I stayed there less than a year ago. I can deal with beat up furniture and oldness, but this time my room was not clean. Hair and filth on floors. I scooted my clean feet around on a towel and the bottom of the towel was black from floors. Mold and red stains in tub. Dirty sink with stains. Hand prints on mirror. Towels on rack dirty (got replacements from front counter that were clean, but they are old and rough.) Burns in bed covers. As soon as we got to the room we went back to counter and asked for a new room and were told, “all the rooms are in the same condition.” My frustration with grossness built and I went to counter on day 3 shared pictures of room with person working who at least heard me out and offered a room change but we were leaving in the morning and didn’t want to move everything. Just wanted time to pass to get out of there. This hotel is on its last leg. All of the “good” rooms that overlook what used to be a fabulous atrium are not in service and it is a ghost town in the atrium where there used to be a big restaurant and other amenities. Oh and there is no breakfast as advertised. This hotel is no longer worth the decent price. Beware! Scary dirty rooms!

This hotel was in such terrible shape. There were dead bugs, mold and a live cockroach in our fridge. The mattress had mold on it and the other had stains all over it. The ceiling in the bathroom was actively leaking. The wall behind the toilet was breaking off. We ended up checking out in the morning. The hotel staff was understanding and refunded us our whole trip.

For the price this was the best hotel around. It looks deceiving from the outside. The lobby opens into a gigantic public area with a 80° pool and gym, and tons of real greenery and trees. The rooms aren't high quality in terms of finish quality but everything was clean and neat.

Service was fine. Front desk was professional and helpful. Morning breakfast ended VERY early. No juice and barely any coffee when we went down at 9:30. Fridge in room wasn’t cold. Windows were dirty. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom desperately needs updated.

This hotel is exactly what you pay for. The hotel is in a great location next to John Glenn International Airport and they have shuttles to the airport. The hotel is very old and renovations are really needed on this hotel. You can tell it is from the 70s or 80s. I wasn’t super comfortable walking around the hotel in my free time, but the room was in decent condition. My room was clean and I had no issues with the room I stayed in. Again, you get what you pay for with this hotel. If you aren’t going to be comfortable staying in a more rundown hotel with okay hotel rooms then I wouldn’t stay here. If you want a cheap hotel for the night then this is the place for you. If I could summarize this hotel in one word it would be It is “Meh”

It is nice and quiet. It is also very big. The buildings are divided by A, B & C, connected by hallways, they each have their own elevator. The indoor pool is always ready for swimmers. A decent gym that I can't wait to make use of. Downside is they offer no breakfast. restaurant And bar are closed. Only have tea n coffee on the counter. The WiFi signal is weak and has a lot of dead zones. They have the worst cable direct tv it's cuts out all the time

Great place to stay if you want to feel like you are in The Overlook Hotel from The Shinning. The hotel itself has beautiful bones and was probably grand in its hayday which has long past. The lobby is spectacular yet gives you an erie feeling with it's dim lighting and complete silence. The rooms are have seen some major wear and tare but are clean and smell very nice. The hotel staff are very kind and accommodating. There is NO BREAKFAST, the website says there is but they only serve limited coffee and juice, no food. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel but overall it's an okay place to stay for cheap.

Was there for the music festival Sonic Temple 2025. Picked it for the price and location. Only complaint I have is no one cleaned the room the 4 days I was there. Again no only needed the room to sleep and shower for but no one came by when I was out. Not really a big deal but fresh towels would’ve been a plus. Other than that, it was a quite stay great front desk staff. Check in/out was simple no hassle.

The night I got there, I was in my room relaxing and next thing I know a couple had opened my door and entered my room and scared the s--t out of me, I thought I was getting robbed. I guess management assigned my room to someone else. Also washer dosen't work it soaks your colthes but dosen't wash. I got a "No Smoking" room but the hallway is penetranted with cigarette smoke and marijuana smell. And last but not least on the website it says free breakfast but they dont serve breakfast I was surprised. Staff said only coffee. Only positive for me was the airport shuttle it was very convenient.

Had trouble checking in for over an hour. Used my card at the hotel for what I thought was a security deposit but then they said they had an error on their end. Swiped a card again and got both cards charged on top of paying already on Expedia. Check in was a mess and paid over $200 for an $80 room.

Room was so cold when I got there that I had to stay in my coat! You shouldn't ever turn the heat completely off in the winter! Front desk staff was friendly. Nearly missed my flight because my wake up call didn't "take" in the system. Driver is available from 0400-2400. The friendly driver is in fact an employee not Uber.

The room was dirty the shower looked like it hasnt been cleaned in a while. The pool was freezing cold it says it was heated but we couldnt really even swim it was freezing cold. The only friendly one was the receptionist and even then she wasnt really friendly. There was no breakfast which we were promised there would be. Disappointed

The check in staff was in no hurry to get us checked in.The hallways smelled like stale hot air. The furniture and carpet was stained and worn. The channel guide for the tv did not match the channels on the tv. There was no breakfast, as advertised ,in the large wasted space area where there were tables and chairs,large plants and a small pool.

Not as bad as the other reviews said. Few fruit flies in the bathroom, and the pictures are prettier than in person. Shower was rusty and overall just probably needs tile replaced. Beds were fine most towels and such had a couple small random stains. No bed bugs or roaches. Free breakfast is advertised but untrue. There’s a coffee pot and creamer, the juice machine doesn’t work and there’s no food provided. We went to Dunkin. Lobby area was pretty Overall it was decent for a night but if you want somewhere very clean and up to date you should splurge a little.

Honestly, it was a cheap stay, but it wasn't the best kept, out room smelled like smoke, there was still trash in the room when we got there, and they claimed to have a breakfast on the website. There definitely was not one when we were there.

Does not have a restaurant anymore. They have a brochure for food delivery. We had a car so didn't need it. Pool was nice and open until 10pm.Atrium was pretty. Old hotel but clean. Free coffee and tea 24 hrs a day. Very friendly staff. Did not clean room during stay but I am ok with that. The front desk gave us extra towels, to,shampoo,conditioner, and lotion.
