Clean and amazing pool and hot tub

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Only 15 minutes away. Has a nice pool and hot tub, room was clean and roomy. Bed was comfy. I would stay here again.

Lady at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Pool towels should be at pool not at front desk. Need to have housekeeping more often. Breakfast was bery good. Pool was awesome.

The facility was clean. Pool and hot were perfect temps.

This property is a hidden gem. I was concern the pool water was cloudy and my Granddaughter couldn't see her pool gems playing in the pool. I've never seen pool water that cloudy and I asked other guests and they said, there was too much chlorine in the water. I informed the front desk of the pool water and maybe they should test the water because if someone was laying at the bottom of the pool, they wouldn't be seen. Also, the hot tub was wonderful! The water was hot and clear. It would have been nice if the pool water was as clear as the water in the hot tub.

The hotel was in a convenient location for a variety of Columbus area attractions and right off both RT 70 and a convenient road for any food or shop you could think of. The breakfasts and rooms were stellar especially for the reasonable rate. The pool area was in great shape, but the hot tub was not working but without any signage.

Was disappointed that the hot tub was cold and the pool was very cloudy, my room was handicapped and it smelled like mold.The breakfest was good had a variety of breakfast items. The last day the kids wanted to go swimming and they closed the pool down but for 2 days it was cloudy.

We didn’t get any clean towels when room service came into the room, they didn’t take any trash, we paid for the pool and hot tub BOTH were out of service. The pool was open for one day. The hottub wasn’t available at all. I will not come back here and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The room was smaller, but they had a great breakfast. BUT, the main issue: bed bugs. We thought we had a bunch of mosquito bites, except we had not been around mosquitos, and the bites were after we slept and many in places mosquitos would have no access to. After a couple of days, we hit the internet and sure enough, the look of the bites, the itch, and how they have been since . . . bedbugs. So customer beware. It can be a real challenge for hotels because once there, they are hard to get rid of because of the number of places they can infest. Sigh. It was a great place otherwise.

Quick overnight to break up a long road trip. Checked in after 9pm and given room 124. Room smelled musty. As we were about to settle in, daughter found mold growing on the wall. Front desk was accommodating and switched us to room 128. Room was also very musty smelling but at least no mold to be seen. However she sprayed an unknown cleaner (not an aerosol) to try to cover up the smell. Now it smelled musty and like cleaner, and all the surfaces (floor, table, etc) were covered in a think layer of cleaner. This made the floor feel like an ice rink. Glad this was just an in and out.

It was an average hotel room. Service was normal, nothing bad or exceptionally good. Cleanliness was a little bad - dried liquid something on the walls near the desk and carpet, bathroom had some hairs around toilet and sink.

The room seemed fairly clean, amenities were nice, HOWEVER, I woke up with a huge bedbug on my hoodie and bites on my neck. I proceeded to develop an itchy rash on the back of my neck as well. I alerted the lady at the front desk and she said someone would be in touch. I was NEVER contacted after that and did not receive a refund. I do not recommend here!!!

Room was infested with cockroaches. The minute the lights went out, they were crawling all over the floor, walls, bathroom, and bed. I left within 3 hours of checking in and told the owners at the front desk. Owner only refunded ONE of THREE nights. I've already contacted my attorneys and will be broadcasting my full experience on various podcasts and social media sites.

We enjoyed our stay at the best western , comfortable connecting rooms we enjoyed the pool and breakfast was very good with so many options . Our only complaint is that we were barefoot in the rooms and our feet got very dirty , everything else was clean in the rooms but the floor was dirty

Hair in the bathroom sink and tub, upon arrival. Small amount of toilet paper on roll; no spares. Food crumbs and other dirt around baseboards. Hard mattress with thin pillowtop on top; uncomfortable; sore back after two nights. Coffee machine in the breakfast area broken, both mornings of our stay; had to return to room to make a weak cup of coffee. Elevator and halways reaked of marijuana smoke.

After checking in, we found mouse p-o-o-p in one of the beds. I contacted Hotels.com, who contacted the hotels management. The Best Western management denied allowing us to cancel the stay, or any type of refund / reimbursement. The hotel was dated and nasty. Paint peeling off of everything, the doors were sticky, then to top it off, mouse p00p in the bed. Needless to say, we would not return.

Rooms are so so. You can see the place is in need of a remodel. Electronics worked. Big tub in the room was actually clean(whole room was, too). 8/10

Room was clean and very spacious!

Clean, but by the pictures and price we expected much more… and the bed was so hard neither of us slept much and woke up with terrible back aches The only thing worth the night was the jet tub! Give it 5 stars

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We had a king. Nice big TV. Check in was easy. Breakfast was okay the girls kept refilling and was very clean. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

The pictures do not show the actual rooms. They’re much much smaller in real life. The toilet is so low to the ground and the cramped bathroom supposedly in a suite. The rooms haven’t been updated. The lighting is dark and depressing and for the price the breakfast ended before we even knew it started ! I do not recommend BW rooms. I also do not believe any reviews on this site because the rooms are always gross. Also you can see through the main door!

Just a basic room for a quick overnight stay. It was a little strange that there was no carpet in the room. And the coffee maker was in the bathroom which was an odd placement. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good!

Swimming pool was so warm Hot Tub was amazing and what a great breakfast. Rooms are good size and beds are comfortable

Nice property. Only complaint was the noise of the exterior door to parking lot, which was very loud each time it closed. Since people go out that door to smoke, it was slamming in the night and early morning.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was updated and clean.

pros : location, it's in a decent area near other shopping and right off the highway . clean,- the hotel lobby, parking lot and rooms were all very clean. the bed was comfy enough. I was able to park right outside my rooms window and accessed the outdoors via a nearby door just down hall. I got a room with a jetted tub and it was great. the main reason I stayed here lol. I only used it once though cons: noise. I forgot to bring a fan of my own. I tried using the fan in the room, on heater setting and on just "fan" setting... both were unbearable . sounded like a UFO descending ! just a weird squeaky sounds. the air systems in the rooms are clearly pretty old and noisy And should be replaced. I could not sleep with the fan on. I had to turn them off and turn on some "white noise" on YouTube on my phone. another con: more noise : I was woken up bright and early to banging noises on the second floor above me at 8am. the same repeated noises. slamming doors , people in the hall, the rooms aren't sound proof. I know that's to be expected in a hotel but this was bad. I could see a clear gap under the main door to my room so yeah I could hear all hall sounds and the smell of the breakfast at 8am was meh breakfast wasn't too great. wish I had stayed on the following day when they were gonna have the cheese omelets and sausage patties haha. the hot food I had was ok . but there wasn't a ton of variety . I'd stay again If I had my own loud fan to drown out loud noise .

I had an excellent stay at Best Western while in the area for a medical procedure. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with kindness and efficiency. Their hospitality truly made a difference during my visit. The breakfast was fantastic, and all the services provided were among the best I’ve experienced—and I travel quite often! I will definitely be returning and am happy to do so. Highly recommend!

First shout to Margaret, she is awesome! She was always smiling and extremely pleasant. Even when we had questions she was always smiling and gave us help. The hotel is clean inside the lobby and the rooms. The pool was nice my two son's used it. Housekeeping was super, we told them we just needed a few towels and they needed not to clean, they came in and clean anyway. I would of not came in but they are on top of it. All staff was great everyone acknowledge you with a hi and a smile. Didn't like the construction but it's everywhere and not their fault. Would definitely stay when I'm back in the area! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Every staff member was top-notch! I called the property prior to arrival to ask a question. This prompted Samir to place a note in our record that just provided an extra level of customer service upon check-in. Heather was just as fabulous in the check-in process! Breakfast was well-stocked and had plenty of options. My only complaint was a smell of mustiness in the room. The staff attributed it to the humidity outside. I attribute it to a desperate need for an update to the HVAC system on the property. Running the fan on high in the room seemed to help. If you're looking for a place to be perfectly updated, this is not your hotel. If you are looking for a stay in Columbus in a safe, convenient location, where the staff does an excellent job with both cleanliness and customer attentiveness, give them a try! It was so refreshing to be somewhere that seems to pride itself on the pre-pandemic levels of customer service we were used to in hotels. Well done, management, on excellent hiring!

Do Not stay at this hotel. It is dirty and run down!!! A waste of $210!! I booked this hotel based on past experiences at Best Western hotels. I was looking for a relaxing evening of swimming and hot tub relaxing after the State Track Meet.. Roughly an hour after check in, myself and my teenage daughters tried to go use the pool and hot tub. It was taped off and empty and the pool was so cloudy I could barely see the first rung of the ladder under the water. The floor around the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month.. dirt everywhere. The lady at the front desk told me it wasn’t her fault it was not working and that the pump was broken. I inquired as to why I was not told upon check in .. at least a sign stating the hot tub was broken..I also inquired as to a refund to go elsewhere or money off since the amenities were useless. She again said it was not her fault and that the only thing she could do is call the owner. I asked her keep me informed of what the owner said. No one ever spoke to me again. At breakfast a couple others were commenting on different things that were broken or not working right in the hotel. I understand things happen but to treat a customer as though their money and satisfaction is worthless is not a successful business model. Will not go back.. EVER!!

Most staff were super friendly. Breakfast was attended to and clean and fresh and hot. Room was dirty. Needed swept mopped and the toilet was recently used before we checked into the room. Check in staff seemed annoyed with my request for towels and it was put in prior to verbally requesting.

Good location but major road construction and lack of traffic light onto the feeder road made it very challenging to get to and from during heavy commuter times.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Had an amazing breakfast buffet that lasted until 10am on weekends. And the pool is open 8am-10pm which was perfect for the kids! I will definitely return with my group.

The breakfast was actually pretty well seasoned. Not blad like other hotel I've had. Rooms were really clean and so was the entire hotel. Parking was great with spots all the way around the building. Only complaint was the beds were a little hard but i sleep on pillow tops at home. I always trust bw to be clean and dependable.

I enjoyed my room with the jacuzzi tub. Breakfast did not disappoint. I loved the variety of options. I also loved that they offered almond milk.

Staff at check in provided all needed info up front (pool hours, breakfast hours, locations, etc). Free "hot" breakfast was great and delicious.

Stayed for a quick night. Comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff. Nice little pool. My only complaint is that we needed to leave early and breakfast didn’t start until 7, which usually I’ve been able to go down at 6. Otherwise a good nights stay, many food options around for convenience, easy access off highway for west side of Columbus.

breakfast was one of the better set ups. 2 waffle irons, so you could make small or large, sausage and eggs (tasted like rubber, but i am not a fan of scrambled eggs to begin with) the room is very spacious and clean
