It was very basic, everything is old. price is high for what you get but what topped it off what having to call the cops at 2 am from some drugged out guy freaking out and breaking glass. Not a good experience

This is an old building with minimum maintenance. Just bandaids to keep it livable. It is however inexpensive and very near the SeaTac Airport. I'll stay there again needed.

The staff member who checked me in was very nice and let me check in early, no questions asked. The room was dated but clean. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was bad enough that I feel I need to share it. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling alone. Even before the major incident, I didn't feel particularly safe outside my room. I went out just to ask for utensils and felt uncomfortable enough with the activity and people around the property that I wanted to get back inside quickly. Shortly after I arrived, there was screaming, fighting and breaking glass directly outside my room, followed by multiple police cars, an ambulance and a fire truck. I understand the hotel can't control individual guests, but as a woman traveling alone, it was frightening enough that I locked myself in my room and hid in the bathroom. Once it quieted down, I still barely slept. The soundproofing was terrible and I could hear every step from the room above me throughout the night. Even the bed itself was extremely noisy. Then around 7:30 AM, workers began loudly repairing the window damaged during the fight right near my room. I came here exhausted and needing a safe, quiet night of sleep. Instead, I left even more exhausted after one of the most stressful hotel stays I've ever had. I would not stay here again.
