At The Inn At Tree City, BW Signature Collection, travelers frequently note updated rooms and generally friendly service, alongside ongoing renovations that sometimes affect the pool and breakfast setup and create occasional noise or access inconveniences like a missing elevator.

Many guests highlight strong housekeeping and comfortable beds, but a smaller set report dirty areas, odors, or pests. Nice place, nice clean room, parking was a little tricky. They don't have elevator to get to second floor so I'm guessing not handicap accessible. I'm not sure but they might be building a elevator on corner of building.

Friendly staff and updated rooms. Breakfast was good with a helpful attendant. The pool is out of service due to construction and the gym isn’t much. Not many options in the area so it worked for a place to stay. Also the location in town was convenient.

Underconstruction as putting an elevator in? Carried our luggage to 2nd floor. Ok for over night sleep.Old, fairly clean but ended up killing a cockroach in the bathroom. So for that reason would not go back. Upside though, attached bar very hip hop and worth the stop!

The pool was freezing. We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool because it was raining during our trip but kids couldnt even stand the water for more than a minute. Disappointing. Room was fine found a syringe under AC unit though.

The staff was very unprofessional. I booked there bc of indoor pool and hot tub. Both out of service. They said it needed painting. Would have stayed elsewhere had I known that. The floors were dirty. Cafe was super limited on food items. Spent over $18 for two sm lattes and one cinnamon roll. They didn’t provide Wi-Fi code or any paperwork upon check in. Said they would provide a receipt at check out but could not provide me one then either.

They gave us a key to a room that wasn’t clean. The floors were so dirty and my crawling childs legs were black and the two older kids feet were black. Cob webs in the lamp. They also gave my SIL a room key to our room on accident (thankful it was her not someone else). But the staff was really nice and the breakfast was actually really good.

I do like the way they make the regular Best Western breakfast items feel more like a cafe. The extra for good coffee shop type drinks is a nice touch as well. The room was alright, clean, newer, but very basic. The USB plugs in the lamp didn’t work. The room smelled like someone had been smoking but we realized the ac was pulling smoke in from outside where people stand to smoke near the stairs. Everything was okay though.

Expedia’s booking price was not honored. When I booked, it was 120 including all taxes but when I checked out I was charged 23 some more dollars. Upon questioning and showing a screenshot of Expedia’s booking the hotel receptionist, Kalen, promised to refund the money. But upon calling after a day, she refused and told me to talk to Expedia’s rep. Very unprofessional.

We checked in with the staff at the Best Western Tree City Inn, and it was a very pleasant stay there from day one. The staff was responsive, friendly, and helpful. In just a few moments we had our key and headed to our room. We appreciated the amenities, of our place, and the location near to shopping and dining facilities. The cost was reasonable, and they offered free breakfasts in the morning. When our vacation was over, we didn't want to leave. We'd recommend the Best Western Hotel in McMinnville to anyone. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was a comfortable and clean. The hotel has a coffee shop in the lobby. I feel like this interferes with the service provided for guests. Breakfast is served cafe-style and ordered from a limited menu at the coffee shop. The guest is offered a choice of EITHER a coffee, tea, milk OR juice. You can’t have more than 1 of these choices. Breakfast choices are toast, bagel with cream cheese, waffle OR an egg biscuit. And you have a choice of cold cereal, yogurt or instant oatmeal. Although coffee, egg biscuit and oatmeal made up an adequate breakfast, the limited menu and restrictive choices made the hospitality feel off and the signs asking for tips placed everywhere were offensive. Despite the shortcomings , I would stay here again and I did appreciate the friendliness I found at this hotel.
