Staff was very friendly and informative. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Parking is an additional $40.00, not impressed with that, no place else to park.

When we first went to check in, there was a sign at the front desk stating the attendant is away, please take a seat and wait- there was a whole waiting room full of people. When we came back, the front desk attendant was helping a gentleman in front of me because they were charging him double what his email confirmation said. After waiting for almost 10 minutes behind him, she finally stepped over to the other computer to help me. She said "do you really need 2 queen beds?" I said, yes- that's what I booked because there is 3 adults. She responded that they sold out of their 2 bed rooms, even though I had booked that as my room a month in advance. She said there was nothing they could do, so we got one king bed. Luckily I was able to sleep on the sofa. Then, however, she warned me "There's probably not any parking spots left up there." The parking is TERRIBLE- if you have anything bigger than a car, you will have a hard time parking in their parking garage. In their restaurant for breakfast, the waitress was exteremely slow, and then proceeded to give our order to the people who ordered after us- didn't go to check on them for at least 15 minutes, so our food sat at their table to get cold before they could tell her it was wrong. She proceeded to pick up my mom's food off their table, and bring it to ours, telling us "they didn't touch it, and if the kitchen has to remake it, it will be awhile!" Then we waited another 25 minutes for my food that I ordered! Awful.
