Chose this hotel specifically for the large pool. Planned a family pool getaway . Didn’t get access to room until way after check in time so not much time the first day to enjoy the pool. On the second day I get a message saying the pool would be closed till 6 pm. Found things to do waiting for pool to open, even called the front desk to verify it would be open at 6. Was told yes it would be open. We all get our suits on and head to the pool. Sign on pool that the pool was closed for the remainder of the day. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew we wouldn’t be able to use the pool. Will never return here. Also way over priced for the size and condition of the place. No blankets for the beds, no garbage disposal in the sink. Dishwasher not secured in the cabinet so it tipped over when the door was open. One tv didn’t work at all.

I was very disappointed with the pool maintenance. The water was cloudy and did not look clean at all. During our travels, we stayed at two other places, and this was the only one where the pool fell short. In a city like Vegas, where the weather is perfect for a pool day, guests should be able to expect a clean and well-maintained area ready for use.

I didn't even realize all of the things that you could do till I got there. I was just expecting a swimming pool and a hot tub but they also had ping pong, mini golf, basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and a fitness room. It made for a fun trip!

We have mixed reviews on our place. Positives + Close to the strip, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle + Driving distance to Freemont street and downtown LV + Villas include washer and dryer and is family friendly + Spacious, apartment feel but still feels like a resort with the amenities + Communication through text was cool + gated and secured entry and exit made sure that no one who shouldn't be on the property is allowed in Negatives - Roaches seen around the outside - small roaches inside our villa (we went to target to buy pest spray to use during the duration of our visit) - Linen service not provided (we requested it twice and they never came) - Only gave us one roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 for the entire stay (That is 4 days, 3 nights) - The pool area plays loud music NON-STOP from 8AM to 11PM. Our villa directly face the pool, which was frustrating because we couldn't sleep in or put the kids to sleep at their regular bedtime due to the noise. I think the purpose behind it was to give it a resort/Las Vegas feel ... but for a family looking for a mellow weekend in between tournament games, this was not exactly what we wanted - They charged me a "Late Check-In Fee" of $104 that they didn't inform me about ... that makes no sense since we checked in late night rather than 3pm check in. Why would there be a late check-in fee if we have already paid for the night? - The sofa bed was very hard

We liked the layout of the resort, the kitchen and the Jacuzzi. We felt scared and uncomfortable the 2nd night because we saw a scorpion on the floor of the bathroom. Service was called and came to the room to fumigate. We had to sleep with lots of chemicals around us.

The first night I checked in there was ants in the room that came out about 2 AM in the morning. I was bitten in multiple places in the bed. They were in the bathroom, the laundry room, the kitchen and it was a very unpleasant experience. They did move me to another room However I felt it was an inconvenience for them. In the next room, they move me to the dining room table was dirty sticky. The furniture had drinks spilled on the side of it. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, and the hot water was not adequate enough to fill the spa tub in the bedroom. I have previously stayed at this resort and it was wonderful. I was thoroughly happy in my previous visit and this time I was very disappointed. The manager did return the resort fee however I felt it could have been much more, especially since I missed family opportunities because I needed to be moved to another room The management did not come forward and make the suggestion of the resort fee being removed or discounting for a day since the ants in their facility was negligence on their part.

Great property for a long weekend stay! Staff was very friendly & courteous, and sought ways to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in an updated 2 bed villa, and found everything to be of great quality and very clean. The pool area was just what was needed for a recharge day after a night on the strip. And speaking of the strip, even with the busiest of traffic, it was just a 10 minute personalcar or Uber ride away. Thanks for the great accomodations! We will be back!

This is such a lovely and quiet hidden gem. The many amenities from the free shuttles to the strip, Walmart, and other locations as well as the fun activities scheduled daily are pleasant & very well incorporated. The permanent food truck strategically placed on the property offered delicious food and a wonderful cook making for a very pleasant experience. Inside my newly renovated suite, I was extremely pleased with how immaculately clean it was. Jacuzzi, fireplace, washer and dryer, this was better than home.

Overall it was GREAT. Front desk super friendly, easy check in and check out. The room was fantastic. The ladies at the market place were super nice. The only complaint I had was the floor in our room was so dirty that our feet turned so dark walking around barefoot. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay and to enjoy vacation in Vegas away from strip. Definitely going back.

Had an amazing stay at Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort! I liked how management/staff texted me daily through out our stay to see if we needed anything. I also liked how they offered a free shuttle to the strip and Walmart. Having the marketplace on site was super convenient for our girls trip! Only cons: housekeeping does not come everyday unless requested, and there were a few minor broke things upon arrival. Otherwise no other issues. I would stay again!

This place is like a mini condo! It has a great kitchen, washer/dryer, and fireplace. I enjoyed the free, easy parking and the convenience of everything around. The pipes above are a bit noisy, but other than that, everything was enjoyable.

Condo was excellent…. very spacious and well done modern new finishes really truly amazing was quite surprised. King size bed great bathroom. The staff is truly unbelievable. We travel a pretty good amount. They were just on point with everything. Surrounding area wasn’t somewhere I needed to hang out necessarily, but the property made up for it.

Villa amenities were good but the sofa bed in 1515 was terrible ! This needs to be changed otherwise do not advertise it. Villa was not soundproof - loud noises from unit above and you can hear everyone passing by.

we stayed at the hotel on our way to the Grand Canyon. we didn't want to go to the strip with the kids. everything was great. remote quiet location, large room with living room and kitchen. pool. we loved it! Highly recomend for familys and people ho dont want to stay in the main street.

The property was a nice alternative to the usual Vegas fare. The room I was in was run down though. There was chipped paint, paint ripped off of (improperly primed doors), the fireplace did not work, the TV on the living area was stuck on one channel and would give and error when trying to do anything else, and the bath tub had missing fixtures. The front desk staff were pretty unpleasant and seemed bothered when they needed to do anything relating to guest service.

We booked here last minute after a terrible Airbnb experience and it was exactly what we needed. The service is impeccable-texts were responded to immediately, questions answered super kindly, and they were so accommodating for letting us in early and checking out late. We were there for a soccer tournament and this place is perfection. So comfortable and clean! The location is amazing too. Easy to get everywhere we needed to go and with a complimentary shuttle to go with it. I will never stay anywhere else when we go to Vegas again. The property was clean, safe, and efficient. The only issue is the front security upon entry. If you booked through a third-party administrator, they will make you wait on the side of the road and continuously call the front desk until the front desk calls the security guard and clears you to come through the gate. This does not make sense. The security should be calling the front desk. You are the guest.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was impeccable. If you book dont worry about using the resort shuttle, just take the 202 bus into town. A 24 hr pass is $5 and can be used for all of the city busses including the deuce on the strip. The 202 is very nice, clean, and cool. And it runs every 15 mins rather than every hour like the resort shuttle.

This property is a great alternative while in Vegas. Although I travel to Vegas 2x monthly, I had never stayed at this property. My experience started with John at the front desk. He is extremely welcoming, positive, and represents the property well! John then led me over to the concierge (I don't remember her name). She thoroughly explained all of the property amenities to me. The rooms are huge - separate sitting, dining, kitchen, bath and bedrooms. Everything you need is right there in the room. The fitness room is small (only one treadmill), but I got lucky and had the room basically to myself during each workout. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The location is not bad - the only real issue is a lack of any nice restaurants near the property - you have to drive 10-15 minutes to get to a nice sit-down place. I travel quite often with my dog, but most likely would not stay at this property with him due to the pricey pet fee ($150/stay). Other than that, this is an outstanding property with amazingly helpful staff. I will return!

It was my second time staying here. It’s always comfortable, clean, it fills my needs during my stay. The parking but most of all for me I feel safe when traveling solo. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The pool area is nice and relaxing. I had one issue and it was handle quickly. I would recommend.

Just a weekend getaway but this place was very reasonably priced and for families, had everything you could possibly need. The a/c was excellent!! Loved that it's off the strip and away from all that smoke in the casino hotels.

It is a gated resort located away from the strip or busy street. It is more quiet but with a few restaurants near by. It is an easy 20 mins walk to Spring Mountain Road where you find more restaurants and near the Asian communities. Bus runs on Spring Mountain to Chinatown and to the strip if you prefer public transportation and not messed around with parking around the Casino. The room is roomy but don't assume you will have a DVD player or safe deposit box. At least, my room does not. Otherwise, it is a nice place with a full kitchen and to relax with a family. I would stay there again with my family.

This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. its away from the strip so its quiet but they are close enough that you can still drive to the strip. they also have shuttles if you dont want to drive. theyre pretty close to a good dispensary if youre so inclined. staff is nice and professional and the grounds are always well kept.

Randomly picked this hotel for a work trip. I wanted somewhere that wasn’t far from the strip but wasn’t close ether. This location was prefect, the property is gated and quiet. I didn’t like the resort fee but I guess that’s common around this area. Finding the rooms is a little hard at first but once you get it, it’s no problem. I loved that my room had a full kitchen with appliances, dishes silverware also a fire place and a hot tub, felt like I had everything from home with me

We were in the Las Vegas area to get married at Nelson’s Ghost Town! (46 miles south of LV) We chose The Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort because it wasn’t on the LV Strip, though had a convenient shuttle to & from there, non-smoking, no resort fee & had excellent reviews! Our stay was absolutely perfect for us & just what we wanted! There is a convenient “Marketplace” on site that serves Starbucks & a few grab ‘n go items, and some highly recommended restaurants very nearby! The bed & pillows in our cozy one bedroom unit were the very best we have ever slept on!! The customer service provided by the front desk Adrienne & especially Urszula, was absolutely above & beyond!! We highly recommend staying here, especially if you desire a clean, quiet, well maintained “residence feel” resort off the Strip!!

This property is situated in an ideal location for guests who don’t want to be too near the strip but still have access to the strip. They have a regular bus shuttle that will take you to The Strip, casinos, Fremont and Walmart. There are fast food restaurants within walking distance and 2 amazing restaurants we ate from Blueberry Hill and Nora’s Italian Now with that said, this location desperately needs renovation and appliance upgrades. Our Saturday checkin was smooth. We were directed to the villa only to discover that the villa which had a portable ac unit right next to the bed. We immediately returned to guest services and everyone acted oblivious to the fact that a noisy portable unit was cooling down the bedroom. They tried to tell us that they didn’t have anymore 1 bedroom villas as they were completely booked. They suggested we sleep in it for the night then return in the morning to see if a villa becomes available. I responded absolutely not and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a washer and dryer. The washer needs the springs changed as it bangs as soon as it starts. The dishwasher had stagnant water in it. So we never used it. I was there for 6 days but house keeping never came. I am not sure if this is the norm or not. I’ve visited the Orlando Westgate property and I must say this one can be just as nice with a few minor repairs and upgrades.

I loved our stay at Westgate. Our room was perfect for our family of 5. With a living room and kitchenette, and bedrooms apart we felt at home. Also enjoyed having a food truck available on the premises. Their food was delicious, a lil expensive but convenient. We spent maybe as much as we would have at a restraunt, so overall it was fine. We would definitely stay again. Oh rooms were clean and spacious!!!
