The staff were helpful. I really like this hotel, but my last stay in Vegas was very disappointing. The bathroom was abandoned. Dirty, with hair on the tube, spots on the curtain and toilet, and he sink was clogged. Was very tired to complain and ask for change rooms. Not the service I was expecting.
