Terrible customer service. When arriving the room had no towels, no utensils, glasses, cups, cooking pans, and the room was reeking with tobacco smell. Was ignored when requesting to get a different room.

The receptionist was rude and impolite to guest. The kitchen utensils and drawers were not clean, sofa were old and not so clean. Bathroom not flushing properly and the room itself was not fully made(notowels and bathroom. rugs and toiletries! They are not allowing guest to visit.
