It was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT because we had my parents with us who are in their 80’s and my mom Just had knee replacement. The elevator broke and we had to walk her and her luggage and her walker down 3 flights of stairs. We would like too have a response to this complaint please. Positively Cindy Smith

I was a little disappointed, that they nolonger have a pool. This is why I chose this hotel. Other than that. It was a great stay. Staff were very helpful. Please let costumers know. That the pool is not available. Giving them the option. To come or find another hotel. With a pool.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. The hotel was within 5 minutes of my event and close to restaurants and stores. I appreciated the walking trail around the pond, the mini fridge and microwave were perfect for small meals in the evening and I also liked using the treadmill in the fitness area one evening. The pool was small but I also appreciated swimming one night. Thank you for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay!

One of the main reasons why I chose this hotel was the pool so I could let my daughter swim. Unfortunately, the pool has been out of order with a broken heater since the beginning of January.

Came into town for the weekend for a funeral. I checked on friday evening and was greeted by Luis. He was very thorough in explaining all things about my check-in, room, breakfast etc. Also let me know how long he'd be on his shift if I needed anything after check-in. There were about 3 ppl in line and he even apologized for the short wait. Overall the room was decent. There were definitely some noticeable cosmetic upgrades that are needed. The biggest downfall of the property is the parking... all parking is located in the rear of the hotel with main door accessibility only in the front. This made it inconvenient, and even felt unsafe when returning at night. Though i did not experience any mishaps and lighting was decent, it still felt uneasy. Overall my stay was good and I will return again when I am back in town.

This property is clearly the least expensive option of 8 surrounding hotels. It has good size clean rooms.Open pool, exercise room with complimentary breakfast. Two dine in restaurants within a half a block. Plenty of fast food restaurants within a block. A gas station convenience store 24 hours with alcohol. The staff is great.

I was forced to leave in the middle of the night due to a horrendous bed bug infestation. I have had to throw out hundred of dollars of clothes, my suitcase, and did not even get to use the hotel both nights. And the night I did stay there, I was being bitten and crawled on.

At first everything was good until I entered the room and the room did not smell fresh. The carpet needs to be cleaned ir replaced! Then in the morning I had red bumps all over my Arms Back and Legs! Yes BED BUGS were biting me while I slept!! I reported this to the frong desk and all I got was Im so sorry! I asked to speak to the manager or owner abd was told to leave them a voice mail and they will call me back! Well I have not received a call back yet and its been 2 days! They held $100 incident fee on my Credit card which I feel I should have been given $100 for the Bed Bugs bitting me or refund that I paid for my nights stay!! I have stayed at this hotel a msny of times and have never experienced this I am very disappointed and will not stay here again!! I would add pictures of my bites on my body but that would be a violation of my body!!

Probably the loudest hotel I stayed at. Not the guests but the AC unit. It woke me up constantly. And at one point I think I heard drumming from outside. This hotel is also a total dead zone and their WiFi is not great. I have AT&T so maybe other services work better. At one point the WiFi refused to kick in so I had to drive away to make a call. Otherwise, I got what I paid for. But that was the first and last time I will stay at a comfort inn.

Coffee pot in the room didn’t work so I took it to front desk to ask for another one. Guy said they don’t keep extra - seriously? Said he’d try to check an empty room for one - never heard from him. Came in late that night and got coffee from the carafe in the lobby - it was cold. Little things matter when your ttl with tax is $255 for one night.

There was no couch in the suite (as pictured when booked) so we could not use the other room of the suite at all and had to sit on the beds. There were stains on the mattress and overall old and dirty. Coat WAY too much for what we had. Says sleeps 5- where would a 5th possibly sleep?

Breakfast ends early at 9am. I wish it would have been until 10 am. It just gives the hotel guests time to sleep in. So we missed breakfast when we stayed there. The phone is broken, we are unable to hear anything when I tried to call the front desk. It rings and all and the volume is up. Just an outdated phone with no loud soeaker option too. Beddings a little rough and pillows aren't so comfortable.

If you are looking for a place to stay for a concert, this is convenient. The rooms seemed to be clean but hard to get passed the long water stain on the ceiling, the musty smell in the room (luckily I had air freshener) the cracked and splitting bathroom door, the stains on the front of the tub, and the shower curtain that doesn't stay closed because the holder is broken. Did I complain to management, no. These things were nothing that could have been changed during my stay, but this hotel needs a major overhaul.

All in all a great stay. Was only overnight but the room was clean and comfortable. We were two people in a king room and I will say the bathroom was a bit small. With the door swinging open, it just cleared the space between the doorway and the toilet. I can see it potentially being inconvenient for family stays. Now the bathroom size could differ between types of rooms, but I wouldnt be able to confirm that.

The worse customers service I have ever experienced. We travel a lot and take flights and everything and I have been treated better by airport security. We had two service animals with the proper documentation and the guy stated that it was not accurate. These are the same documents I have used to stay in other hotels and to take them on flights and have never had an issue. I asked him for an example of what their hotel needed and he never answered my question but instead he belittled me. The front desk staff are super rude and I recommend staying anywhere but here. Then with the same documents I stayed in a hotel down the road. The cleanliness was also poor. The worse part is when I tried to get my refund, they refused to give it to me even though they denied my stay because of my service animals. I am currently going up the latter to try and get my full refund. This is by far my worse experience

When I checked into a dirty room and then went to talk to the the front desk she was rude and told me she wasn’t changing her dirty linen but I could. I the. Asked to speak to manager she refused that as well. Staff then states how do I know that you didn’t dirty the room, then continue to stay. There is nothing she could do about my reservation because I booked it through Expedia I said so it’s Expedia problem that your housekeeping didn’t clean a room. Then she proceeded to tell me that she’s 50 years old and she doesn’t need to deal with this. By far the worst service I’ve seen anywhere based on that I will never stay at another comfort Inn.

Late after a concert, our Second night in room 201, I saw and killed 2 dark 1/2" bugs crawling on the floor between the 2 beds. I told this to the very cold and rude desk attendant when i wrnt to check out, i asked for a reciept she argued with me saying she won't print one, that I'll get an email. I demanded one and she printed a blank receipt- gave it to me , i told her her room was filthy and our health is not their priority. I don't sleep with bug infestations and never again in indian run hotels or Comfort Inn. The " breakfast " looked like re- gurgatated yuk.. the hitel industry really should crack down on indian run facilities.
