Nice location. Everything was secured and well lighted. Skipped the pool was a bit dirty. Jake’s was amazing answering all my questions. Breakfast was not bad. Had coffee, cereal, toast, waffle, and that’s all. Could do a bit better with juice and other food options but other wise it was ok.

It was handy to where I was going. they take good care of you while there. The but otherwise it was a good stay.breakfast is a little lacking and the hot tub was shut down . It was a good stay.

Overall everything was great but the jacuzzi did not have a tub stopper so there was no way to use it.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great. Two hot items for breakfast but I didnt eat any. Waffle machine didn’t cook evenly and they were still gooy inside. Gym had basic equipment treadmill, bicycle, etc. Pool was heated.

It's an old hotel close to the airport. Small pool and hot tub, snack area, laundry, overall decent. There's an old smell to it, but beds were comfy. Bring quarters for laundry there's no change machine and guy at desk doesn't have quarters. The hot tub was probably 80 degrees but I was glad because it was so hot out that I found it quiet refreshing. Staff there really great and friendly!

Beds were extremely comfortable. Downsides were gym, no towels, water cooler available , but EMPTY. Also no towels in gym & eliptical kept stopping after 30 seconds? Front desk

My wife stayed there while I was having surgery. She didn’t like the parking and didn’t feel safe. The lighting was very poor.

Me and my family stayed here to visit six flags fiesta, and we were all comfortable, the pool and hot tub was fun, no noise from other rooms. Very pleasant stay!

Was ok but limited hours for self laundry

Since the day we arrive to check in the room smelled really bad requested another room and it was the sameness. We had to check out at the middle of the night due to bed bug, my husband got bites all around the leg, the shower was full of moe everywhere. Honestly don’t understand how this hotel can still operate with all these very unsanitary conditions. Its very sad you get fooled by the pictures online and arrive and its a very different place. Don’t stay at this place.

Got charged a $4 “traveling fee” when checking in. Did not know that was a thing. Mold in shower, Loud noise when we turned on bathroom fan, could’ve done a better job at cleaning room. Would not recommend this place.

RUN! This place is riddled with mold. See photos. I checked in and after sorting through the Destination Fee, I when for a shower. I immediately noticed the shower was riddled with mold. I asked for a room change and they moved me after showing photos. That room had mold, and the next, and the next. Mold in the shower and the AC unit. That was my biggest concern. I don't want to be breathing in mold all night while the AC is running. I tried to ask for a refund but they said no. I said either give me a room without mold or give me my money back. It wasn't until the fifth room that it was not in the AC unit, and the shower still had some mold. The front desk person said no one else complained about the mold before, which was wild. He seemed confused as to what the big deal was and was pretty irritated that I would not a room that was mold free. I should have known that something was off when I had an issue with the Destination Fee. The staff charged a higher Destination Fee than what was stated by Travelocity. It was not much, however it is dishonest and the staff could not explain what it was or why it was higher than what Travelocity stated. So please do yourself a favor and just find a different spot, unless you like breathing in mold.

Front desk gentleman was very nice. Easy to check-in and out. Room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Would definitely book again!

There were stains all over the blankets and sheets. We did switch one out only to realize all the other ones were completely dirty, blood on bed shirt make up in the sheets. Ac was not working well room was warm. Breakfast is not ideal well the drinks the food was ok. Staff was ok as well.

Entrance and exit to hotel are very steep(on hill) and parking lot had trash. Check in was easy and fast. Back entrance was not locked when meant to floor security. Inside of hotel seems old and needs maintenance. Our room had a dirty shower and old residue on fixtures, stained towel and shower curtain was stained. Bugs found in the corners of restroom. Sofa had stains. Bed seemed ok but then we saw all the handprints and marks on the backboard. Outlets on lamp didn't work. Clock was all chipped think it was broken. Carpet was not cleaned, we could tell from the nail clippings we found. We only went in to change and leave during check in so when we returned we saw it all. Always do a room check right away if you can we learned that this trip. Couldn't get a refund to go somewhere else or any other accomodations not even someone to at least clean up was offered. Scared to try the breakfast, we just left. As gross as it was we left without showering and sucked it up until we got home 4 hours away! Never again will we go here definitely do NOT recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was average. The bathrooms were kind of gross. But over all it was a good stay.

Staff are great, friendly, helpful. Room bed was comfy, clean, quite. The only down side to our stay was when we went to get breakfast I was about to get coffee and I saw a german roach walking all around the coffee cups and lid. My husband took a video of this.

My first night at the stay, the hotel room I was provided was not at all cleaned before I checked in. I have proof that there was still hair in the shower tub from what I'm assuming was the previous guest Much of the room had objects that were damaged, for example the TV remote, light switches, bulbs that did not work, AC vent was partly open.

Nice property and short distance to the Airport. The room looked neat, but there was no plates nor cups to use, cabinets were all barred and shut. And the sofa was very old and uncomfortable, needs upgrading. Staff service was good.

Room (324) was super hot on entry and the a/c didn't ever cool it down like it should've. Towels weren't the cleanest and neither was the room. Pretty outdated place The hotel was quiet for a saturday night. A little modernization and attention to detail would do wonders.

Petty 4 dollar fee at check in for destination. Very petty. Countertop in room broken in half. Beds are super small and not comfortable. Back hurt sleeping.

The staff had towels on their cart and they told me just wait till they get there. Well i waited didnt show up. I had went down the hallway and asked them again and they said go downstairs. Went downstairs they just had one towel. Went back upstairs head toward to the staff and i started snatching towels. I wont ever go back there again. And the pictures are false advertising they make the pool seems bigger but when you get there it looks like a kiddie pool

Shower head fell off and hit me, hotel staff was terribly rude and not willing to help. The male in the morning even yelled at me!

It has been quite a while since I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, but I chose it because of the immaculate cleanliness, courteous staff treatment, clean swimming pool and the help that I needed from the front desk to access all of my needs for the stay. I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed in what I found at this location. The person at the front desk began literally hollering at me stating that I did not have a reservation. I showed him my reservation confirmation on my iPhone but he said he could not do anything about it, nor would he help me until he had received the reservation. He said I needed to go online to contact Expedia and to call them and get it cleared. I did not have a phone number for Expedia and asked him, Jakes Parbhu, what their Phone number is. He repeated it to me, continuing to holler at me, and told me to call them at - 1-888-397-1786. After waiting about 10 minutes, while he repeatedly continued to holler at me, I spoke with the Expedia Agent Mr. Avxinau, whom I could hardly understand because of his very broken english, I discovered that my reservation was for the following day. I asked him if he would kindly change it to begin on the day of my arrival October 14, 2024. After about 15 minutes he finally made the change, but the desk Manager, Mr Jake Parbhu said he could not check me in until he had received the confirmation on his front desk app. So, I continued to wait until he finally hollered at me that he had received it.

They requested me to pay $25 cash deposit so when I checked out they never got my money back then I call back to tell them to send the money back to me they told me they could not send the money back to me to me that's a scam if I pay cash or other method of payment I expect for you to give me my money back I've been trying to talk to the manager but they've been giving me the runaround so I'm really disappointed with this location I never got my $25 back.

The property is not high end but has a decent weigh room and pool, is centrally located next to the airport with no airplane noise, stay out of the staircase if you don't like insects, breakfast was cold one morning but they fixed that, there was no printed TV channel listing, the curtains in my room need to be repaired, the alarm clock was an issue, considering the price I got this met my needs, this was an adequate average property.

Poor quality bath towels. Breakfast very minimal.

Their breakfast was completely watered down. The juice bar was completely gross. The food they served was completely gross.

The hotel was awesome, the breakfast was not, eggs were not eggs, tasted like rubber, sausage was tasteless, orange juice was brown, apples were brown inside. Pool needed cleaned.

Property is definitely in need of some upgrades but overall it was a good hotel for the price. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Beds were comfy, pillows were soft. The cleaning staff failed in this particular room tho. There was a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain rod. There was a wrapper from the bar soap in the corner on the ground. The shower has a little mold in it. Let’s talk about breakfast…horrible. There was an empty warmer with water, no food tho. I ate at 6:45am, surely they didn’t run out that fast. The cereal was mislabeled. I turned the know where the Frosted Flakes were (labeled special k red berries) and Honey Nut Cheerios came out. I guess nobody cleans them out. The waffles were burnt and had a sour taste. Needless to say, we didn’t eat after all. It was very close to the airport and good dining options.

While the price on a hotel of this quality and location was unbeatable, the hidden cost was that they skimped on breakfast. Even then, I could have been satisfied with a bagel, but they did not have proper cream cheese--only strawberry flavored. The orange juice from concentrate had not been reconstituted, so that it poured out thick and nasty. I'd suggest that they offer bananas.

Went right at 6am for food to have fresh warm food and it was cold. Only had pork as an option for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Kids seemed to enjoy the food but could have had more of a variety!

For one thing the breakfast was unattended juices were empty and the tray were filled with fluids and overflowing on floor and counter, egg tray was empty no eggs no Sudafed and under cooked. Other than that nice people.

Good and clean place, just the breakfast was without enough food, they don't refill the trays when they are empty, we had to take breakfast at another place. They charged me another 8 USD because "the reservation was made through a third-party"

Above average for a Quality Inn. Nice, quiet area, easy access, near airport. My only ding is that there were no eggs or meat items for breakfast and the juice dispenser produce watery juice. Breakfast was mostly toast, cereal, and waffles.
