Heavenly Valley Estate

The property was everything advertised. Super large house, everything was in great shape, and right there next to South Lake Tahoe. Property management team was helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was by far the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed in, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we wanted to do.The open-concept kitchen and living room were huge and provided the perfect gathering space for our family. Whether we were cooking meals, playing games, or just relaxing together, the layout made it easy for everyone to spend time together.Overall, this was an ideal home for a family trip, and we would definitely stay here again. The only minor drawback was that the beds were a bit firmer than we prefer, but that didn't take away from the experience.

Property was exactly what we expected. We had a great weekend and enjoyed all the amenities!

Absolutely amazing stay with R&R Vacation Rentals! The home was spotless, spacious, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect South Lake Tahoe location — close to the beach and main strip while still feeling peaceful and secluded in the trees. The layout was perfect for large groups, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities like the hot tub, game loft, double-island kitchen, and dog-friendly touches made it feel like a luxury home away from home. We celebrated birthdays and anniversaries here and truly made unforgettable memories. We will absolutely be booking with R&R Vacation Rentals again!

Great house, the group really enjoyed our stay. I wish the hot tub hours were later considering you’re paying for the whole property it would be nice to use
