Stayed 3 nights

It was just sad. I used to stay here a lot back in the day. This was a lesson of sometimes things should be left in the past. A lot of items were just broken in our rooms. One room the toilet flapper valve was broken making the toilet run the whole time. Our room had a kitchen. Needed a real deep cleaning. The fire extinguisher in the room hasn’t been serviced in 3 years. If the mandatory stuff is not done, what else is skipped over. Repairs are very poor. The other room had broken fixtures all over the room. Both rooms ac were too small for the room making them useless. The property is poorly maintained and falling apart. Our sheets and pillow cases were stained from the get go with yellow spots. Staff left bags of trash out after cleaning the rooms on the balcony. Later in the evening raccoon came and started scattering the bags of trash that should have been put away. It is really too bad. This hotel used to be cheap but clean and maintained. It’s only 2-3 min walk from the casinos. 5-7 min walk from the gondola. Very nice location near a lot. But I would not stay again.

I can't say anything positive about this property other than the location. Location is great. It was dirty, and everything was either broken, stained or a joke...like the towels (which I had to buy in town). Walls are also paper thin. The ridiculous high price I paid for my two night stay made me feel foolish and taken.

The pictures of the room and the pool on web site don't match the actual hotel. The pool is in disrepair, with crumbling tile. Our room had a moldy atmosphere. Wires were running across the walls. The bathroom was serviceable, but old and out dated. I really would not mind if I knew what I was getting into. But the photos do not reflect reality. They are false advertising. Finally, the walls were very thin and we could hear everything and had to knock on the wall late at night so that the conversation could be dialed down, especially since we came with three children who needed to sleep. On the positive side, I asked for an extra pillow and the staff quickly found a new one without hesitation. Also, the location is perfect - the hotel is across the street from Heavenly.
