Stayed 3 nights

Honestly, it’s not as nice as advertised. The rooms are very average, and besides the glass shower nothing really jumps out. Our hotel room door stuck badly, we had to heave it open and force it closed. Sometimes we’d forget to huff it closed and find it open a few minutes later, forgetting it didn’t close on its own. The bridge over King Street was closed while we were there. I don’t remember the website disclosing that, but you have to use the next bridge over to walk, drive, etc. Traffic was backed up because of the bridge closure. Thankfully, they did comp our parking because of it, but i feel like they should tell guests before booking. There is a nice bar area and the pool area/patio is very nice. Good views, lots of seating. I will say that the service is amazing. Every person we met at the desk was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. They allowed me to use their freezer space for the duration of our stay, they offered and brought us water bottles both days, and gave us recommendations. They did offer to switch rooms because of the door problem which we didn’t do since it would have been more of a hassle. But amazing service, Heather and Benjamin and John at the desk, and the older (Italian??) gentleman at the valet was great. Unfortunately we would probably look for another place to stay if we come back.
