Rooms were clean, common areas were not so much. Hotel is on “skid row” lots of homeless, prostitution and drugs all around hotel. McDonald’s next door has bulletproof glass at counter. Parking lot was fenced but still lots of drug use on premises. We were not allowed to check in early at all! Would not stay here again

the staff was very nice, especially considering there was apparently something going on in/around the property that had the staff seemingly concerned. they were very helpful and friendly, though, and they also let us check in about an hour early with no issues. unfortunately, there was information in the room saying that breakfast was available until 10am, but when we went to the main area around 9:15, they informed us breakfast was finished, and we weren't able to eat. the flyer in the room was apparently outdated. i showed the staff the flyer, that stated the wrong breakfast time, and they simply said they were aware of the error, but i guess they don't care enough to re-print or remove the false information from the flyer to prevent guests from being confused and missing breakfast also, i was approached by a man selling his personal shuttle service, which was fine, i took his business card, said thank you, a went on my way. but once i got into the hotel (literally like 30 seconds later) he approached me again, and then a third time. he was polite about it, but also very pushy, which is a little off-putting. overall, i enjoyed my stay here and the hotel was really clean and staff was super helpful

The pool was closed and it was so hot outside. My kids were pretty disappointed. Location is not great. Breakfast was the same everyday. Staff were very nice and helpful. It wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Hotel was clean and the room stayed in was very spacious. The hotel is located right off an interstate exit and is a little further from downtown Nashville so it was easier to avoid a lot of the traffic.
