Booked through Expedia - and on the afternoon of the arrival, the hotel cancelled our confirmed booking including telling that they where totally sold out. One room was on the other cancelled. First the hotel told : totally sold out no rooms available. After some negotiations suddenly a room was found, but the “re-instatement” of the original booking was costing extra! Ok we finally got our rooms. Be aware that the airconditions in the room are very very noisy ! We booked including breakfast which seemed to be a bigger problem for the staff - Which first send us to the second floor (which was closed) for then sending us down again. At the breakfast insisted that our booking was including breakfast, which took the staff some time to settle and accept. In total I will not recommend this hotel to anyone - having travelled many years to many countries the experience visiting this hotel rates to the absolute bottom of my list.

Meh. It was an okay stay, but a little underwhelming for a Marriott. The walls were thin, so we could hear everything going on next door and in the hallway. Unfortunately, we were right next door to a loud family with small kids. The water pressure was low, and the hot water was only "warm" at best. There was an additional charge for daily parking, and breakfast was not included. Although a breakfast buffet was included as an amenity on the TV's list as an option you could pay for, it was not being offered. When I asked about it, I was told it was discontinued over a month ago. So, we paid for overpriced breakfast inside one of the hotel's restaurants instead. We stayed for two nights, but our room never received a housekeeping visit. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and the facilities were clean. There is also a decent fitness room, and the location is convenient. The front desk staff was also friendly.
