The hotel needs some major upgrades. It’s old and very worn out. Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Vent fans need to be installed in the bathroom. Floor tile in the elevators were broken and loose. It really needs a major overhaul. For the price I would expect way better.

Great location. Close to the Centennial Park & behind the hotel is a Hop on Hop Off stop. Great restaurants close by & coffee shops. The hotel staff was good & our rooms were clean. We would recommend this hotel.

No trash can in bathroom, wallpaper peeling off. Mattress shot sagged. Toilet barely flushed. Mosquitoes. Worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in! Hilton should be embarrassed!

We checked in at this hotel and about 15 minutes later, we checked out. Or room was dingy, old, and disgusting. Don’t know how old the carpet, furniture, sofa were. But all were old and we were unable to stay even an hour in the room. The bathroom seemed to have been updated except for the bathtub. It was about as old as the other things in this room. And to have to pay for parking was crazy. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if you paid me to.
