This hotel was amazing. Staff was professional and friendly. They have the best breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel. Our room was very clean, and organized to maximize functionality. Our favorite service was the shuttle. The employees were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning for our next stay!!

Arrived to find out the bar was under construction and the gym facilities were also not available. Just a heads up parking is also $50 but they do offer a free shuttle to downtown which is a plus

The reception staff was amazing. There was some confusion about my reservation and they worked diligently to get it cleared up. Housekeeping staff was not the best. We were there four nights and only got the room cleaned once had to request clean towels several nights.

Lovely hotel in midtown with lots of restaurants walking distance. Room very clean and recently renovated, lobby bar still being renovated when we were there so not open but can see itll be lovely. Breakfast excellent as always at embassy suites, and enjoyed social hour 2 drinks, nachos, salsa, cheese, biscuits, nuts. I was a bit concerned about the renovations and had messaged in advance, jamie the manager reassured me and added special requests to my booking. I usually email any requests etc to Hilton directly. Jamie is the only manager who has responded within 24 hours and answered my questions. Will return as loved nashville we did 3 days midtown then 4 days downtown and feel we did loads of sightseeing of both areas by doing this.
