Stayed 3 nights

This is the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed in. Everything under construction, dust everywhere, water shut off during our stay, pools closed during the hottest time of the year. Wet paint smell, elevators are barely hanging on. They only had one side running so the wait was ridiculous. The one side of the elevator that did work stopped working during our stay so we had to take the stairs. The bathroom door locks but still pops right open. Front desk directs us to the 3rd and 5th floor for ice and neither floor has ice. One had a machine but not operating and in the mist disgusting trash shoot that was about 120 degrees . I was disappointed and honestly never want to stay at a Hyatt again. It was that bad.

Stayed 5 nights

Stayed for 5 nights. At checkin we were told rooms were made up every second day. We never saw a cleaner until the fourth day. An old man knocked on the door and offered towels. He couldn't speak english and using a translator app asked for the room to be cleaned. When we returned that night nothing had been done. We had to change rooms because tv didn't work. Only 1 elevator was working and it broke down our last night so everyone had to use the stairs. The next morning it was working but was extremely slow. The pool was closed even though it was in the 90s and the other 2 hotels on either side had theirs open. It appears that for most of the day the entire 5 story hotel is managed by 1 staff person at the desk. On the plus side the front desk staff were very friendly. There are 2 hotels next door that I would recommend.

Wet carpet from the air conditioner and the pool was advertised as being open and it wasn’t. That was the only reason I booked this hotel. Bathroom (toilet and shower) is extremely tight!
