Hotel is fairly clean and staff seemed friendly however very short with us. We were told that the pool and hot tub were closed even though this was not listed on their website. We were told by David at check in that our price was almost $40 dollars less, when checking out another woman said that he shouldn’t have told me that because he is wrong.

Pretty average corporate hotel; clean and quiet. Had wanted to use the hot tub but the jets were not working. When I told the desk clerk he said "oh, yeah, sorry about that" but did not offer any more, even though I had booked this particular place because it had a hot tub. Sheraton needs a better policy when an advertised feature is not functional. Maybe a free breakfast? I'm so done with corporate hotels but there's often not a lot of other options.

For the price I wasn't overly impressed. The gym equipment, treadmill, elliptical and bike all need to be updated. Touchscreens were rendered useless and there's no way to just hop on and go besides they all were very worn. The pool is very small.

Cons: Spa is cold and pool is ice cold which left all relaxation to be undesired. Breakfast option for buffet was $14.00 which is small, save money and go elsewhere. Ice machines out of order (2nd floor) and all water fountain also out of order. Pros: Room and hotel were clean and right next to mall.

This hotel advertised a restaurant but there is no restaurant. Nice bar with JoJo as bartender. The “pantry” wasn’t stocked so no food available. They should offer transport to the airport. Used the gym and it was adequate for workout.

Was upset that the shower was cold. When you turned it to hot it got colder. Had to leave it only turned on just a little to feel any warm water. It was time to hurry to go so I did not call front desk. Hot tub was out of order as well. Chairs tied together so u can’t get in. They leave a card for complimentary water but it was none there. Other than that everything was else was good.

The bottom of the bathroom door in room 153 has water damage and mold growing on it. The tub does not drain when the shower is in use. was disappointed to find no maid service on sunday when we came back after being gone all day. At check in there was confusion on which card reader i was to use then the computer had to be re-booted took along time to check in.

Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Only thing we didn’t like was the room was remodeled, but the toilet was so low to the ground and bathroom door on the bottom was peeling so that wasn’t replaced. Not sure why you would spend good money to remodel and not put in a new door or refinish the existing door and get up to date toilets that feel like low for a child.

Stayed here with a friend overnight and while the hotel wasn’t terrible our room when we arrived half an hour after check in began wasn’t ready, there was rust on the door frame, and often you could hear what was going on in other rooms. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I won’t be doing so again if I can help it.

I had booked my room 4 days prior to coming in, and didn’t get the room that I originally booked. I booked a room with 1 king bed, and got a room with 2 queens, and they told me that they had “ran out of rooms with kings.” The room itself was nice, except for the shower door that wouldn’t stay shut by itself, and there weren’t any garbage bags in the garbages.

The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to watch TV much less get a good nights sleep. Another noise maker in the room was the refrigerator that vibrated the microwave above it to a point were I had to put a towel under it to stop the insane rattling. We complained and then they did comp us the $14 per person breakfast.

It was okay. The front desk was friendly. The shower in my room wasn’t working and when I called it seemed like it was supposed to be fixed already but wasn’t. They offered to switch rooms but I was leaving for an early flight and didn’t feel like bothering with it. Room was clean and check in was easy.

Room was ok, nothing exceptional. To use the internet you have to either be a Bonvoy member or create a Bonvoy account. TV did not work. Disappointed that the clerk did not even ask how the stay was during checkout. Found multiple charges directly from the hotel to my credit card for my stay. After multiple phone call attempts I found someone who attempted to straighten it out. Currently I am waiting to see if that gets resolved.

We have stayed here a few times before and were always really happy with our stay. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are updated. This time however we were very disappointed quiet hours were not enforced. There was a loud group drinking in the lobby until 2 AM. We called several times asking the group be told to quiet down but they continued on for hours well past midnight. We then woke up in the morning to a fire alarm blaring. Overall a pretty disappointing stay. We are very tired.

Above average service. Two guys who ran the weekend breakfast were great, as were the front desk personnel. Room was very well designed and maintained, and it was comfortable. Location was great for shopping and restaurants. We loved staying there. Worth the price.

Overall the stay was good other than the shower was cold and the drain did not drain the water. I did not know the breakfast was not included and then we were charged 15.00 for an average breakfast that I could have got at any other hotel for free. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall the stay was pretty good.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean. The pool and hot tub are very small, not even 10 feet wide I would say but they were clean. The bar was closed because they weren't allowed to sell alcohol. Would have been 5 stars if they had a few more perks like to go coffee cups in the morning and if the breakfast buffet wasn't $15 per person.

The man running the breakfast buffet was all by himself. They ran out of stuff because he was alone. He was having to cook food and was also supposed to keep everything else stocked and clean tables. The gal from the front desk did come to help but was still disorganized. Our stay otherwise was excellent. Great room. Clean and priced affordable. Front desk gal at check in was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was great. Very clean & decent refrigerator & microwave. The front desk service was very poor. The breakfast buffet was $12 - there was not a price listed anywhere. The plates, silverware, eggs & coffee ran out by 9:00 am. The gentleman cooking the food made sure that our table was charged before worrying about being out more food or plates.
