Great hotel. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for 1 of 2 elevators out of order. Being we were on the 8th floor, it made for a few long waits to go down. Definitely not a deal breaker & look forward to staying again. One last thing, although being somewhat of a fitness buff, I didn't make time to use the exercise room. I'm very disappointed I didn't as it's definitely one of the, if not the, nicest hotel fitness room I've encountered. And we've stayed in some very fancy hotels. Thanks Hilton & Doubletree.

AMAZED we got this good of a hotel for less than $200 (months in advanced) for a Packers gameday weekend. Worth every cent. Hot tub is huge. Pool is heated. Drive to Green Bay was easy.

The pool area was unbearably hot. The staff was unresponsive when we brought up the fact of how hot it was, and we weren’t the only family to suggest that. The pool and hot tub was literally the entire reason why we booked the Hilton in the first place. It ruined our stay. We opened the emergency exits to at least get a cross breeze through the pool area to try helping cooling the area down, which helped only the slightest.

Great place to stay ..Pool n Hot tub were awesome. Would definitely recommend staying here and it was very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly n cookies were soooo good! The only downfall was they do not have continental breakfast, but they do have a restaurant on-site you can eat at.

First room we were given smelled of sewage as soon as we opened the door, second room had many things wrong, first off 2 of the pillows had stains on them, one was blood, the desk chair was broken so we couldn't use it, the bathroom door kept coming off the track, and there was peeling paint in multiple spots in room

As we had always had good experiences with the hiltons hotel I was very disappointed and disgusted with the bathroom. My wife went to the bathroom take a shower when she call me over to show me that there was hair in the shower and it look like no one had clean it . My wife had to clean it since we were rushing to get to an event

I’ve stayed before and had good experiences…but this time the room seemed like someone came in and changed the sheets and slapped a band aid on the rest. Hair all over bench and shower walls. Definitely not vacuumed, as soon as the door was open you could see Trash under by the bed. Toilet definitely was not cleaned. Normally I’d deal with a few things but this was up there in one of my top five dirtiest rooms I’ve had. And I travel a lot

For those patrons who are given even numbered rooms, the drone of I-41 traffic could be problematic. Being senior citizens with the very common at home sleep habits referred to as 'sleep divorce', we wear earplugs for personal preference when we are in the same room sleeping. I would recommend getting some engineering input as to how to provide greater sound insulation for the east side windows.

Overall was good, only things were that the booking website said the rooms were soundproof, which is not true. There were multiple occasions where the people next to us or in the hallway were very loud. Also the shampoo, conditioner and body wash they provide smelled really strange, like an old spice cologne maybe? Normally that wouldn't be an issue but we forgot to pack body wash this trip. Otherwise staff were very friendly and the room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, tea and coffee were good.

The room was clean, quiet and temperature was perfect. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. The warm cookies are a plus. We always enjoy our stays at the hotel. The bathroom door looked like it was touched up on both sides with a flat paint that did not match the paint that was on the door which is a very minor issue.

Not very good service. Had to ask for towels 4 times! Would NOT answer the front desk phone! Had to call front desk phone direct! Floor boards in bathroom very dusty and dirty! Resturant and bar closed early! Buffet on Saturday for breakfast up closed at 10am! We were there at 9:30am and would not let us eat! Bar on Friday closed at 9pm! Refused to serve us! I will never stay at this hotel again and I will tell my friends not to stay here too!

We chose our room online and when we arrived they gave us a different room. This wouldn’t have been an issue except that when we walked in the room, someone was already staying in that room. We could have taken anything we wanted and no one would have known. We could have walked in on something that we didn’t want to see. We went back to the front desk and they gave us a different room that was on the opposite end away from the elevator. Finally we got a different room but they acted like it was no big deal that we were given another person’s room. It made us worried that someone could have been given a key to our room. That could be a very dangerous situation

I didn’t like that an unknown male came into my room and started me and my Granddaughter. I screamed and he was still in the room for quite a while, touched my items in my bed but never acknowledged the fact that I was there until my Granddaughter hears me scream took her head from under the covers and then he stated sorry wrong room. The staff was very unconcerned, non empathetic and very nonchalant about what had taken place.

Very nice and fairly priced (when we were here -- do not know about other dates) for our four days Thanksgiving visiting family in Appleton. Room was spacious for three (two adults one child), pool and fitness was great for the price, and the general feel was comfortable. Really enjoyed. Easy access to airport and I 41, but a bit far from downtown.. but that was fine for us.

My opinion and the opinions of others around me during breakfast the first morning was that the buffet breakfast was absolutely terrible, eggs tasted like power, pancakes were very thin and tasteless, the danish was hard. It became a hard bill to pay, but it was our choice to eat there. I truly expecting better quality. All of us went to Dennys the next morning.

My stay at your hotel was to celebrate my friends 75 birthday. We just wanted to relax, swim and enjoy the hot tub. The hot tub was nice and warm but less than half of the jets were working. We attempted to get in the pool but the water was ice cold! So much for swimming. We didn’t want to go anywhere so decided to have dinner in your restaurant. The staff, wait staff, bartenders were very friendly and the service excellent but the food left a lot to be desired. We both ordered fish with drawn butter. The butter was rancid! You have at least 10 popular restaurants within 1 mile of your hotel. I was in the restaurant business for almost 20 years and you need to reinvent your restaurant. Your restaurant is very nice, clean and convenient to the community with plenty of parking. Your hotel was full but the restaurant was empty at 6 pm except for my friend and I and 1 other table. You just need to update your menu or something. As mentioned our room was nice, clean, great beds and a great shower but had a few issues. The TV guide is offered via a QR code. Problem was it said it was not operational. We scanned thru the channels looking for a movie to watch. We found channel after channel of every kind of sport known to man but little else. I know this is just one persons opinion but having been in the business I see great potential with a little inventiveness to make your hotel stand out.

We love staying here!! Beautiful clean hotel with great rooms, pool, and hot tub. Love that they offer water bottle filling water station and ice free for us staying there. Only negative was the breakfast experience. We ordered an omelet and oatmeal and waited like 30 minutes before that came out.
