I didn’t stay. First off, how are there two floors but no elevator. When I checked in, my first room was not clean. The bathroom was filthy and still had used soap and shampoo bottles on the little stand. I complained to the front desk. They changed my room. That room was worst than the first room. The water in to tub would not turn off and the tub was very rusty. The room again was filthy and uncomfortable. And not to mention, the second room was on the second floor. I had a lot of luggage and two small kids. But there wasn’t an elevator. So several trips had to be made just for my bags. Up and down stairs. I had to get my money back and booked a room somewhere else. I will never stay nor recommend this place. I’ve Never experienced anything like this.

Room was cold when arrived. 2 towels for a room with 3 beds. Hallways smelled bad of smoking. No extra pillows. Breakfast was done too early at 9am on a Sunday. Food was poor and barely any options. One of the worst continental breakfast I’ve seen ever. Parking was fine. Staff were nice.

Motel has been under repairs forever. Walls and stairwell being painted no signs up when we entered. Asked for non smoking room walked into room smelled like smokehouse. They did move us. Ended up in a non efficiency room but no biggie.

The property is nice but it need to upgrade there exercise room. And get there tv cable together

Great place to stay if you are budget conscience. The parking lot needs a bit of attention other than that the property was great for what I needed it for, to sleep and to sleep safely.

No elevator, kitchen floor was sticky, area was sketchy, double charged me for my room, also takes a week for the deposit to drop off

Matter had stained blood on it and mattress cover was never washed also stained with blood. Sleep in chair

I stayed in Room 111 for just one night, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years. The lobby and check-in were decent, but the moment I entered my room, I was disgusted. The door creaked loudly, the bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom was filthy blackened tiles, a clogged bathtub, and a hair dryer covered in grime. Only two out of three lights worked, the iron was broken, and the ironing table was useless. The curtains were coated in dust, proving this room hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages. It’s shocking that a hotel would rent out such a neglected, dirty room to guests. I will never stay here again and demand a refund for this nightmare, honestly.

The staff was nice, but the room we stayed in was not well cleaned at all. There was a massive stain on the side of the mattress, noticable handprints on the headboard of the bed, a milky splatter of some sort on the TV, and soap residue and a pube on the bathroom counter. The room reeked of weed when we first arrived and, after seeing the condition of the room, wiped all surfaces down with disinfectant wipes. We booked the room for two nights, but went home the second night because we weren't comfortable staying another night.

The sheets were dirty with stains on them in the first room the bathtub has not been cleaned the bathroom was not cleaned they had to switches to a different room even in that room it was still stains on the sheets on the covers

The water heater was not working for the half of the hotel I was staying in. I stayed 5 night. By my last night, water wasn’t even coming out of the hot water faucet. Best shower I had all week was at the local Planet Fitness. The bathroom could have been wayyyyy cleaner, along with the hallways. The smoke detector in the hallway beeped all day everyday during my whole stay. The front desk and general manager didnt really seem to care about the water situation or that their hotel really needs some work and repairs. I was offered reimbursement where they were going to give me reward points. Please, I want my damn money back! That was the worst 5 night stay I have had anywhere yet

don’t be fooled by the photos the room is dirty and it stinks, handprints all over the headboards we arrived at 1am from a 12 hour drive that’s why we just sucked it up and didn’t complain the room smells like someone that don’t take a shower long term has been leaving there, chips are still on the floor, no tv remote, worst choice hotel I’ve seen so far in terms of room quality

I will probably not use Expedia again. Apparently it canceled my reservation without telling me for some reason. Fortunately the staff at the facility was able to get us into a room. Unfortunately the room was dirty. Blood stains on both bed spreads. Sticky and dusty table surfaces, lamps and telephone. Rotting banana in refrigerator and rotting sandwich in microwave. Carpet sticky. Bathroom was fairly clean, but door and handle sticky. Mattresses were comfortable and sheets on bed seemed clean.

The room had living cockroaches and bedbugs! Received bed bug bites! Filthy room- stained sheets, old food left under a chair. I booked this room for someone else and I requested the person at the front desk to NOT give the occupant a receipt with my personal information on it, but they did anyway! Huge safety concerns. Dirty stained carpet, sheets, towels and shower/ bathroom! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP

Everything staff clean rooms and lobby

First room had a broken balcony sliding door (1 inch gap between glass and frame), Second room had leaky tub valve, and dirty floor. Sewer smell coming from bathroom sink. Good room layout, but needs maintenance and updates

Booked the Jacuzzi room for an anniversary date night. Had we not brought scented candles and febreeze with us, I probably would have checked out early. I don’t understand why all rooms with spa tubs are non carpeted. There were gnats everywhere, the massage table needed to be reupholstered, and the furniture and carpet was dirty and stained. The jacuzzi was clean, but the jets were very weak. Oh and if you don’t mind noise on Saturday nights, then have at this place! There were parties going on in every other room here.

The room was clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms on the inside of the building have balconies! Im 5'9" and i fit under the shower head but my boyfriend at 6'2" had to duck. It was overall a good night.

Property presented ok butbthe sliding door in the room and small size showed itnwas outdated.

I rented a spacious room for some R & R with a jetted tub and after filling up jetted tub I found out the jets did not work. There were no other rooms available with jetted tub so couldn't be transferred.

Exactly what I paid for...cheap! I needed a cheap and relatively clean place to stay during the work week and this hotel met my needs, however, the noise level in the building was extreme. For anyone in a similar position, this is what you're getting into. Cleanliness: The bedsheets looked fresh, the counter, toilet and shower were clean. At least one towel was fresh although the other had several short, curly and mysterious hairs on it. Basically, anything that I actually had to touch seemed clean. The walls, the furniture, the curtains and most non-essential items were stained or dirty. Bed: They only provide a very thin topsheet and a nearly equally thin bedcover. I don't know if other options could be requested. Noise: The combined result of both the hotel walls and the hotel guests made a continuous night's sleep a near impossibility. The walls are so thin that at one point, I heard the sound of a man in another room hacking up a loogie, spitting it in a trash can, followed by a child's voice shouting "ew!" Sound carried so clearly that I could literally hear the spit hitting the plastic liner of the trash can. With noise control such as this, you can imagine that the sound of doors slamming at 1:00am, a guest pounding on a friends door screaming "FBI OPEN UP!" and a mother yelling at her child to be quiet, are all loud enough to wake most sleepers. Breakfast: Cereal, waffles, pastries...no protein options at all except for maybe peanut butter packets and yogurt?

Had to be moved from original room due to it crawling with roaches. According to the desk clerk, that the last owners didn't take care of the place and they were still getting fumigated. Moved to a different room at the opposite end of the building. Wi-Fi didn't work and couldn't take a shower because they're was some kind of leak so they shut it off.

3 night stay… friendly staff … Nice hotel… safe area, good lighting in parking lot … Nice size clean rooms w/full bathroom …room has patio door, 2nd floor has balcony…which is a nice bonus you don’t have to feel closed in… (bought pillows because those were uncomfortable)..

Noise outside

The bad A/c didn’t work the hair dryer burned up and could have caught on fire. The handle on the toilet was just kinda of hanging there. The toilet seat was loose and you and felt like it would slide off when sitting on it The good The manager was a nice guy and definitely overworked. The beds were very comfortable

This is the type of establishment where you get what you paid for, however I didn’t even get that!!! Apparently there is an unwritten, undisclosed POLICY which no other hotel I have ever visit follows, that they will only give you clean Towels if only and I mean only you turn in the ones from your room. I mean, these are towels that has been used by thousands of people. And they are under the assumption that people are stealing them. well, that may be the case given some of the suspects that I have seen walking the halls. But average guest doesn’t need to steal towels. I just wanted them to clean our bodies and be replenished when needed. So by not providing towels, I had to reach out to a family member to see if it was ok for my husband and children and I to use their home to refresh ourself for the day. When this is something I should have been able to do at a hotel that I paid three nights for. I mean, that’s basic service of a hotel, provide towels for our stay. It’ll be nice to have clean towels every day that we paid for, or when we asked, it’s basic service and this was just a topping on all of the other issues, soap scum in the tub with Hair, Trash left behind the TV stand from previous guest, confusing me and my husband, with another guest, making assumptions that they spoke to me when in fact they didn’t, they spoke to another guest. I said all of this just for you to be aware if you have the cash, find a hotel that will give you the basic service… like towels!

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in.

I booked for two nights and on the second day staff came in my room stolen my laptop and all my clothes plus my girl friend clothes and shoes I called the police management give the police a hard time but when the police department got the camera video they made an arrest it was a hotel employee and I received my property back but everything was wiped clean off my laptop..... The employee did not have a green card so he can not be charged

While staff was very nice, I didn’t realize that we had to request someone to clean room/replace towels. Requested late first night but next day told they couldn’t do it but got towels, toilet paper and Kleenex from front desk and emptied the trash.

Waited way too long to get checked in and checked out.

Multiple requests for clean towels were not honored. I was told to take my dirty towels to the laundry room to get clean ones. The ladies in the laundry room said they didn't have any. There were food bones and crumbs on the floor. The shower curtain had stain at the bottom of it.

Desk clerk Johnny was the best. Super friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, bathroom could have been a little cleaner, I noticed a few areas that didn't seem to be wiped down. We had a first floor room with a courtyard view and it was quite noisy in the mornings, you could hear people pushing carts back and forth, I'm guessing it was the staff with laundry carts. Otherwise a comfortable 2 day stay.

Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a very industrial area. Some questionable clientele but I would say that is par for being near Detroit. Staff was very on top of things and professional.

I had a horrible experience with my stay at this hotel. It’s an unsafe place for women by themselves. It was altercations in the hallway and parking lot. The staff brushed it off as if it was normal behavior. I had booked the room originally for the weekend but unfortunately I checked out 2 hours into my stay.

The Quality Inn is a great area to get away but not be too far from home. The area is filled with eating restraunts and shopping. This is my second time coming here and they are 👍 good.

The Quality Inn in Livonia is so shabby. It reeked urine and just felt unsafe. Choice hotels who are all over the world should be ashamed that this Quality Inn which one time had potential is just ran down! DO BETTER CHOICE HOTELS

Initial room was not secure. Patio doors were broken and would not lock. Couldn't get a different room until next morning. Manager was very apologetic and gave us a different secure cleaner room. Police there twice during our 4 day stay due to fighting. A lot of yelling going on by intoxicated tenants and the trash was all over the parking lot. Never will we ever stay there again.

Some suspect people around the property upon wakng up, BUT the staff were absolutely great and the service matched. For the amount of money spent, the room was to standard. Good quality budget room. Breakfast was absolutely superb as well!

It was fine. Breakfast had a waffle iron. I think it's always good to have something hot. Place was in need of some updating. Crowd was a little sketchy.

Only bread and waffles are provided for breakfast. Don't expect eggs and sausage.

The whole place had a bad smell. The rooms were extremely dirty. Breakfast only provided breads and sweets no protein available.

I came to the room and some stuff still from the previous customer 4 days and no one come or ask to clean the room poor breakfast
