Very nice we enjoyed our stay but elevator needs fixing and jacuzzi was really black 2 days straight but the other days it was good once all the kids were gone.

The pool area was in bad condition. There was foam and scum in the hot tub that you could see the dirt there were children playing. There was no water fall on. It was very dirty. The door was open. The outside area was a mess. It was not a luxury stay by any means and the pool was cold. We didn’t check in until after 2 o’clock in the morning we asked for a 1 o’clock check out and they wanted to charge us an extra $20 and pushed us out of there which I would assume coming in late that getting a 1 o’clock check out would not be a big deal, especially when the hotel was in horrible condition and practically empty.

Check in was ok except for the long wait due to only one person working behind the counter and a rather large family checking in for over 25 mins. The elevators were either broken or extremely slow, so a lot of time was spent waiting for elevators or having to take the stairs which I did with a bad knee several times. The pool and hot tub were both dirty and unkept. There were no towels in the pool area and so many families kids were running through the hotel soaking wet and the elevator floors were drenched, with nobody cleaning the water up. My room had no towels in it and my comforter was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was so much grit and dirt on the toilet it was ridiculous.

On the minus- no free WiFi (gotta join their club). Pool waterfall that looked cool in the pics was broken. Pool towels were frayed, small and scratchy. Old tub bath. BUT, overall value was good. Staff very nice. Pool was open late (until 12!) and just for adults after 10. Breakfast was really good - omelette station! Room was comfortable. Good location. We recommend.

Where do I start? Room was not ready at 7pm for checkin, never cleaned. We waited 2 hours in the lobby to checkin. Room keys did not work most of the time and we had to go back and forth from the front desk 7 times in 2 days to reset our keys because we could not get in our room. Fire alarm evacuation at 1am, everyone out to parking lot because a kid pulled he alarm likely. Pool was over chlorinated, no towels. Breakfast closes early. The pool area is very small and the chlorine levels seemed very high as when I walked in my eyes immediately began to sting and I started to cough. Hot tub was constantly overcrowded. Breakfast was decent day 1 but 2nd day it was very different, not as much care taken into the setup and not the same quality food offered as on day 1. Elevators were very very slow and took forever. Overpriced food in the restaurant. Very limited channels on tv. Overall very disappointing stay and will not be back.

Absolutely awful pool and jacuzzi. You can smell the chlorine way out in the lobby. Then when they finally tuned on the waterfall, it made my kids sick. They immediately started coughing and one of them needed a breathing treatment . The ceiling in there is moldy and it’s dripping leaking into the pool!!!!!! The elevator shakes and wobbles and is the slowest I’ve ever been in. There’s no room service to bring you anything, you have to wait forever for an elevator to go down and get things yourself. And our bathroom door wouldn’t even close!

This hotel is disgusting! Everything was filthy from the moment I walked in and only got worse the more I looked. Trash everywhere, dusty , smelled bad , mold in the shower and sink area in the room. The drawers in the room had luggage tags and receipts from someone else. Blood on the sheets! The water didn’t work in the bathroom, only trickled. Over all everything was dirty, dated and dingy! The staff were rude at check in and when I had to go down 10 times because the key kept failing to open the room door. Pool was gross with brown crap floating in it! Overall the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I paid a premium thinking I could trust the Hilton name. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay and pass on this motel (definitely not a hotel lol)!!

Where should i start! The room floors were sticky. The room was laid out nice but there was tape on the walls where previous people had a poster hanging up (housekeeping could have easily seen it and taken it down), there were holes in the walls, lamp shades were broken, burn holes in the carpet, and the tv had a black spot and a line through it. But what made me mad was i checked in 5 people and there was 1 towel. When we went down and asked for more, we got major attitude and was told they would bring them up to us. At MIDNIGHT i went back down and asked for them and they were going to give me 3 i told her we had 5 people and again with the attitude. All i wanted to do was shower to get the chlorine off of me so i would stop itching. The breakfast this morning was amazing! Overall i will NEVER stay there again!!!!

Room was very dirty , There were white stains on the couch. Duck tape holding the carpet down by the bathroom. The carpet had stains through out the living room area. Friday morning we went to eat breakfast at 8:20am most of the food items were almost empty. The soda machine was not working all weekend. THe cook to order station was very good but the rest of the food was not very good.Eggs were very runny and the potatoes were dry and over cooked. the sausage were very over cooked and hard. I usually stay at a Embassy Suites because of the breakfast but this was the worst one by far.

Hotel is very outdated and not at all clean. The upholstery on furniture in the rooms was so old and dirty that we didn’t even want to sit on the sofa or chairs. The pool and hot tub were disgustingly dirty that a couple came in with their small child who had a floaty but they looked at the pool and left. The best thing about the stay was the omelet maker at the free breakfast in the mornings. I would not stay there again.

There were roachs!!!! The elevators weren’t working properly. The staircase smelled like urine. The toilets didn’t flush properly. I absolutely love the Embassy Suites. This one was the worst ever and shouldn’t even carry the Hilton name. The sheets had stains on them. It was the worse. I will NEVER stay there again!!!

I have stayed here in the past but boy this place went downhill. Reception was excellent when checking in and checking out and they do offer free buffet style breakfast every morning. The negatives though. 1. They ran out of towel in the pool area and for the rooms so couldn’t even shower everyday. When I called they informed me they would put me on a “waitlist” for towels. lol. 2. the drawers to the dressers were broken and not all the plugs worked in the room. The sliding door to the patio would not open unless you pulled it off the track, so I just gave up. 3. You can’t use the HDMI ports on the TV. My daughter tried to bring her Nintendo switch for us to play in the room and it would not allow us to use. 4. A nasty ass bandaid was stuck to the back of the picture above the couch. Tells me they do not clean properly. I probably would not recommend anymore.

The mattresses on the beds are sunken in. The couch as well. We were in room 152. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. Not sure what happened on this trip. Butcwas not good. Not enough towels in the pool area to accommodate the pool guest.

Elevators weren't working properly. One was shut down completely. The place is starting to look run-down in the rooms and in the lobby. I remember when hotel was new....great place then. This hotel needs a complete refurbishment.
Elevators weren't working properly. One was shut down completely. The place is starting to look run-down in the rooms and in the lobby. I remember when hotel was new....great place then. This hotel needs a complete refurbishment.

On the minus- no free WiFi (gotta join their club). Pool waterfall that looked cool in the pics was broken. Pool towels were frayed, small and scratchy. Old tub bath. BUT, overall value was good. Staff very nice. Pool was open late (until 12!) and just for adults after 10. Breakfast was really good - omelette station! Room was comfortable. Good location. We recommend.

Need more staff. Only 1 person at check-in for a Saturday afternoon. No cleaning staff to pick up towels left in hallway by several rooms even left there overnight. The door was really hard to close thanks to the door hinges was breaking on the door and front desk did not offer to change rooms. We only had one towel and 2 washcloths when we arrived and it was 2 adults and 2 kids. Went to the front desk & they said none was clean but they will send some up. Next day still no towels,went to the front desk and they had some in the back & gave us some. The pool was ice cold and waterfall did not work, something was wrong with the water system they explained. The only reason that we went to the hotel was for the pool. The whirlpool was open but no room since the pool was ice cold no one was in the pool but 12 ppl in the whirlpool with a 5ppl max was the reason. The staff was nice and polite, love the free drink and snacks feom 5-7pm but i was just disappointed that It wasn't like the first time we came in June.

We somehow got marked as a no-show despite arriving around 7:30pm Monday, December 8th. We had get our room keys fixed multiple times because of that. My spouse went to the front desk and wasn’t asked for an ID before getting key access to the room. On Tuesday after our keys stopped working again, we went to the desk and I showed them my ID and that’s when we learned we had been marked as a no-show. The woman at the front desk was very kind and said she got us all checked in. Also because of being marked as a no-show, we had two separate times when someone walked into our room while we were there. The first time was another guest and he walked in while my young children were watching tv on the couch. The other time was on Wednesday, December 10th and was a staff member. I was alone in the room resting. I’m disabled so I wasn’t able to get to door between when she knocked and nearly entered. She said our room was supposed to be vacant (after we had thought we were checked in for a second time.) We also didn’t have access to the WiFi for our entire stay (assuming because we were never properly checked in.) We had also asked about having the waterfall turned on in the pool several times and in the 3 separate times we swam, it only got turned on once. We had a lovely time overall, but this was the weirdest experience we’ve ever had traveling.

Our check-in experience with Employee #1 was rude, dismissive and non-responsive. However, there must have been a shift change at 3 pm, and Employee #2 was WONDERFUL, listened, made our 50th anniversary stay great.... The property is aging, but I suspect all businesses are still trying to financially recover from COVID years.

I called and asked the front desk for help, she laughed and said "im the only one here. not going to happen" I understand that you may be short handed, but there is a professional way of saying that without being nasty and rude. So room service was nonexistent, anything I asked for in the evening, I was told no. So i stopped asking for anything. Other than rude night shift lady, the stay was pretty good. The younger gentleman on nights was great, he offered to turn on the waterfall when I was in the hot tub which was sweet of him. The bartenders and cook staff were great, I loved everything I ate. I felt 0 neeed to go out to eat anywhere but there. The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was clean, I had all the ammenities I needed there. It was quiet, up until Thursday. They had a pool tournament going on, super loud, i had a really hard time sleeping and I was further away than most rooms. I feel bad for those who are there on business Thursday. I am sure they didn't sleep either with the noise- my suggestion is to make sure there are no events going on prior to booking. I gave up trying to sleep at 4 am and checked out early and left. The best breakfast ever. Cozy beds. Overall decent stay.

When I booked from hotels.com it said $50 deposit once I got there it was $100 I showed the guy but he said it’s nothing he can do ?? I should’ve just went to holiday inn.. once we got in the girl at the desk with him was talking to a guy for gods knows how long without helping.. she was black with dreads in her hair. The guy had on gray. She must’ve got him a free room or something because he was there for the longest when we got into the room. The tub was dirty. I never called. I just left it alone the next morning, I went downstairs to eat breakfast. I left my wristband. She stated that I will have to pay for a new wristband if she gave me a new one, and I said the elevators aren’t working and it took me almost 5 minutes to get down the stairs. She said we’ll wake up early. I said excuse me she was so rude but what it was his she was waiting to talk to her friend in a gray again I don’t know how long that man was there. I don’t know if he was at her whole shift or what, but it was a terrible experience. On check in, I asked about room service and the clerk said they did not offer it. When I got on the elevator the entire elevator door said, "Eat in your room with our room service". So, which is it? The refrigerator in room 438 did not work, it was hot inside it. On Thursday morning, I went down to breakfast and the cook did not show up so all there was to eat was carbohydrates. No one else knew how to cook an egg the staff said to me. Not exactly conducive for a diabetic like me. So, no breakfast was available for me. When I returned from my sister's funeral, housekeeping had visited and threw all the used towels out by the door. And not only my room, but several other rooms on my side and several on the opposite side that I could see. I am very disappointed the in level of service at this Embassy Suites

From start to finish great service and friendly staff. Our room was clean and ready for our stay. The pool area was well kept and clean. We came during a snow storm. Access was easy, clean and well maintained. 10/10 would stay again. The kids loved the atrium and the balconies gave it a special effect. Only disappointment for us is that we had to leave before breakfast started. It smelled so good.

There were also some black markings on the wallpaper between the night stand and the wall closest to the bathroom. Perhaps water spots? Most annoying was that the shower curtain didn’t fit the width of the rod so no matter what water leaked on the floor.

The hotel appears a little run down but you could tell at one time it was probably one of the nicest. Staff was super friendly and helpful and it was very quiet. The location was beautiful - a nice quiet business park near a Dave & Busters and nice Mexican restaurant. Right next to the highway, but you would never know it when your on location. Even though it was a little run down it was still very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay. Food was great- we loved made to order omelets in morning. Nancy was excellent in the breakfast buffet. Hot tub and pool were used. Loved the drinks at social time. Our room didn’t have its hair dryer and one was brought in minutes to us.

The room was nice and clean, even though we did find someone’s shoes under the bed so that was a little concern about how often the floor was vacuumed. The breakfast with the omelette station was Amazing! Guest service was fantastic!

The breakfast was great and loved the egg and omelet station. Front desk personnel very nice and helpful. Hotel very clean in regular areas. The problem were the rooms. Furniture and carpet were old. This Embassy Suites was more run down than we are used to seeing. We had to move rooms twice due to broken furniture in the first room and then wet and smelly carpet in the second room. The juice and coffee machines at breakfast were out of service. Carpet in the hallways was worn, and at least one elevator was out of service during the entire stay. Just not what we are used to seeing. Disappointed.
