The pool doesn't exist. They MUST REMOVE IT FROM THEIR POSTING. THE OWNER HAS NO INTENTION TO PUT IT IN SERVICE BUT TRICK PEOPLE WITH IT WHILE people are booking.

Pool area was dirty. Hot tub wouldnt turn on. Fire alarm went off at 6 am

Only one ice machine that was broken. The opaque curtain was all torn up. Sequins on floor of room as if it was never cleaned after last guest. Size of room was great and I like that the flooring is not carpet.

Needs work room was freezing coffee/hot water machine was broken. The tub and sink were painted and they were both peeling. Parking lot has large pot holes

You book a room expecting a pool and hot tub like advertised. We got there checked in and got ready to go to the pool that's when we found out it's been closed for a while and no idea when they'll have it fixed. We booked it for the pool and hot tub and wouldn't have knowing this. We should've been informed and given a discount for the inconvince. I left a message at the hotel and never heard anything back. Very disappointing

We came so that we could swim. We picked the place because it had a pool and breakfast. The pool was closed. We were pretty disappointed. A lot of money to stay for no pool

The place was beat up and run down looking the parking lot was in need of repair replaced. Everything looked worn out

There were no vending machines or ice machine…the breakfast was cold. Hotel in is need of repair. Pool is out of order. Wouldn’t stay again especially for the price.

We stayed one night then left to go to a new hotel. Room was dirty paint pelling of into bathtub sink had blue water stains coming from dripping water, pool are was closed no water in the pool even, breakfast was questionable to eat food looked days old, we were the only car in the place very sketchy. We left right away the next day.

We actually ended up with 3 rooms. Not one of them were in working order or clean. The lobby bathroom was never cleaned the whole time we stayed and was disgusting. As for our room our bathroom was dirty as were the others one actually had cleaning rags in it. The tubs and sinks looked like they had a spray on them to coat the old one but it was peeling everywhere and again wasn’t cleaned. Our curtains were falling off the hooks and we were missing lampshades.

We’ve stayed many, many places and this was one of the worst. Leaking and dirty bathtub, missing toilet roll holder, dirty sink, dirty floors, broken a/c grill, what appears to be blood stain on the curtains. 2 separate light bulbs not working (end table and bathroom), furniture outdated and damaged. DISH network with no DISH access, coffee pot and microwave covered in dust, freezer looks to be nearly covered in ice (not defrosted in who knows how long). I have never been in a room with so many issues. This was one of those stays where we were simply there to catch some sleep after a long day of events in the area. Will never reserve this hotel again. (Other rooms viewable from parking lot had broken screen windows, holes/torn curtains, from porch area of hotel entrance just throw together with furniture. Honestly give this place a 1/10, and only gave it a one because it was right across the street from a restaurant, if not for that, this place deserves a 0. Hotel check in staff were polite and friendly, but it was pretty much too little to make up for much of anything else. We were told at 2:00 PM that our room was still being cleaned and would be ready by 3:00. At 3:00, when room was ready, one could tell there was only bed made and towels replaced, other than that, nothing was cleaned. This place is/was a s*** show. Stay far away from this hotel. Nothing “Quality” about it.

The room was not cleaned, crumbled cookies on the desk, dirty counters, hair in the tub, dog hair on the sheets and on the mattress. The room next to mine was never cleaned so mine was obviously the last one before the end of the day! Too bad because I’m a really good tipper if it’s clean!!!!

This hotel was by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no ventilation in the room. The floors were laminate. Moisture was so bad that water was pooling on the floors. It made the floor very slippery. The TV was tiny and barely worked. You could tel the room was not cleaned very thoroughly. When I called the front desk about the issues, I was told they were booked up. When I checked out, I told them the issues and the manager told me I should have called them because he would have moved me. Seems like a breakdown in the communication. We did not dare try the breakfast just based on the overall cleanliness, we assumed the food area was not a safe bet. Would not recommend anyone to stay here

The beds and room were clean. Few towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Few TV channels on small TV. I almost fell off the chair with wheels that was in the room. The chair rolled too easily on the hard floor. No doughnuts for breakfast, just some waffles. Hotel was overpriced for what they provided.

Stayed here for a girls' night with a friend. During our stay, we grew more and more disappointed with this hotel. Specifically, the cleanliness (or lack thereof) left much to be desired. The entire room looked like it hadn't had a good cleaning in months, at least. The shower curtain was moldy. The back of the bathroom door was covered in various mystery fluids. Every single corner of the room (especially the bathroom) was just disgusting. Pieces of the window were broken and the windowsill itself was nasty. The TV was older than any other hotel I've seen, there were only a handful of channels available, and the TV wasnt programmed properly, so only maybe 20 of the 70 channels worked. The mini fridge was broken, the handle of a dresser was broken and left hanging there. With the price of this hotel being close to the other chain across the street, i definitely should have chosen the more expensive competitor. Honestly, even the "cheap motel" would have probably been a cleaner/better choice. We plan to make this trip annually, and will NOT be returning to this hotel.

The halls smelled terrible. Our top sheet appeared to have feces on it and we requested another room. The second room the shower should have been cleaned and the mirrors in both bathrooms were full of water spots. The threshold in the second room for the bathroom was not attached. Layed about 5 inches from door. Also no coffee

Unfortunately I booked while on the road and did not see the property ahead of arrival and made the mistake of a non refundable too. I booked it because of the ‘kitchenette’ and need to freeze cold packs for travel. Instead it turned out to be a dirty sink, unclean microwave and small frig. The room in general was poor for cleanliness it had pet hair & stains on chairs/sofa so they we’re unusable. Staff was pleasant.

Needed a last minute place to stay and this was a solid okay option. The walls are thin & the room doors are loud, so I was woken up frequently during the night by slamming doors. Old food was left in our fridge and the cabinet doors were falling apart. The night staff person was very friendly. But I couldn’t find a desk person in the morning to check out with, so I ended up just leaving my room keys on the desk. They have a breakfast and normally my expectations are low. All I really need is hot coffee. Somehow, the coffee tasted like bacon? If you just need a place to sleep and can find a good deal, this place works.

It was a convenient quiet property. The plumbing in the room I had could use attention. The water in the shower wasn’t warm enough, the shower faucet didn’t shut off completely, and the toilet needs to be secured to the floor. I like the room layout and decor.

Upon arriving, we waited about 30 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk for check in. A better system is needed when an employee needs to step away. There are parts that are being nicely updated (like the flooring in the rooms), but there are other areas that are either very rundown, not renovated well, or just dirty.

The hotel itself has a strange odor and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We let the front desk know as we didn't want to get charged for smoking in our room . There is not a pool available. The website says there is a pool and there is a picture but the pool is closed. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable

I don’t usually do reviews unless it is warranted. This property should not be a Quality Inn. It is a former Country Inns and Suites. The desk clerk was not welcoming. When I asked about the pool I was told it wasn’t open. Don’t think the owner has any intention to fix this. The room was dark. Small TV. Only 6 channels. No ability to use streaming services. The room was filthy. Dust on headboard. Tub is completely cracked and pealing. Worst of all I pulled back bedding and the sheets were stained and evidence of tobacco or something like it on the sheets. Health and motel inspectors should close this

The room was spacious and clean. We personally didn't like the vinyl plank floors. The bathroom was quite small and didn't have enough towels or towel bars/hooks. We could find no information about the time frame for breakfast, when we went to the breakfast area at 9:00 there were no eggs or sausages. We were told they couldn't provide any because breakfast ended at 9:00. Also, the coffee was like water and we couldn't get the juice dispenser to work.

The hot water was not hot. The room had a smell to it. Did not have a fresh clean smell. The floor was dirty and dusty. TV'S need to be upgraded to HD. Would not be my first choice to stay at again. Hotel rundown looking.

No front desk personnel in the morning. Used bottles of shampoo/conditioner, and lotion left in the room from previous guest had to guest to turn on tv night person unfriendly

Horrible. Worst servive ever. Pool was closed and wasnt even warned.

The staff was not friendly. They were very loud very early in the morning, yelling across hotel to each other. Waking us up at 5:00am. We played a card game in community room because the pool was broken, and she told us not to make a mess for the people in the morning, like we were children.

Was woken up by loud music at 3 am tired to call tk have staff deal with it but no answer. Went out to figure out where it was coming from and it was from a blue tooth speaker behind lobby couch from the staff. Do they know they come in earphones are well?

Pre-paid room, but it was given away prior to me checking in. Spoke to Managment who it appeared was trying to double book a pre-paid room. Was unable to get a room so slept on the couch in another person's room. TV's in room did not work, there were holes in the wall. No pillows available for the pull-out. The room was ~ $225 after taxes and one of the worst places I have been. Will never go back and recommend others don't either.

There was a smell to the room when we first arrived. Opened the window, but it had no screen. The refrigerator didn't work and had some mold growing in it. Ten minutes after checking in someone came to the door doing a visual check of which rooms were occupied and which were empty. Even after that we were woken up at 11:30pm by someone trying to get into our room as the hotel gave it away again to someone else. Definite problems with their system and management.

We were there for a family weekend and enjoyed our stay. It is easy on and off the interstate

It was in a convenient location for what we were doing and the room was comfortable, but the floors were not clean except for the main areas. A shirt fell off the chair by the desk and it came up like a dirty dust rag.

We only stayed here because of LOCATION. It’s close to Cedar Pointe and restaurants around the hotel. This place needs a facelift.

Dirty room. Tub did not drain. Floors dirty. Breakfast gone early.

The one gal was really nice, but pool is down for the winter but wouldn’t know it until you get there. The breakfast was awful. Cereal was stale. Eggs were cold. Sausage was look warm. And that was about the extent of the breakfast

Poor communication between Hotels.com and Quality Inn. Reception told me I booked 2 queen beds while my itinerary clearly said accessible king. She was able to give me room I was asking for but the mattress still sucked. Breakfast was better than expected. Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal...

The property offered a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast area was very dirty, spilled breakfast cereal, food remnants on the counters, the juice machine well was nearly overflowing. No juice cups or coffee cups. Eggs and sausage was put in the warmers cold and left to warm up while it was available to be served.

Had two rooms for two nights, very outdated. The bathroom only had two bath towels and one wash cloth, that is it. No hand towels. The complementary shampoo and conditioner was used (it was more than half gone) The pool is broken!!! The free breakfast is gross, the eggs were slimy and the coffee machine is broken. The beds could use an update, not very comfortable.

The clock in the room was never changed with daylight savings time so i was late for what i needed to do that day and when i got to breakfast there was only crusty eggs and not much else to eat. The bathroom mirror still had spots from the last guest and the microwave was not cleaned either. The pool was closed and was not tild about that until after i checked in. Very dissapointed
