general manager helped so much and was so friendly. breakfast is always delicious. not a better back yard area. pool is always clean. 24/7 starbucks coffee. have been here many times during saratoga and have always had a great experience. manager very very helpful, staff was wonderful. make sure you tip, stop being so cheap. staff works hard.

We really enjoyed our stay at Homewood this time. People are super nice, customer service is excellent. We happened to run into a complimentary dinner and wine because we stayed on a Wednesday. Food is amazing. Breakfast is complimentary as well. It even has a jacuzzi besides a pool, and our daughter had so much fun there. Also, there is an EV charging station in the parking lot, couldn’t be better. Since we used Amex platinum card, they upgraded us to a huge suite for free. We love Homewood in general, and this one is beyond fabulous. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Albany.

Rooms are spacious and clean. We used the pool and gym. Both very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was really nice. A lot of options of fresh tasty food and Starbucks coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The elevator was broken I am a disabled woman bad knees I had to take an hour walk to 4th floor then the air conditioning in room did not work we had to leave at 12 midnight and stay at my friends one bedroom apartment

Most hotels that offer airport shuttles have parking for during flight. We drove two hours to be told we couldn’t park there for our trip and still had to drive to airport. Very misleading.

Worked great for us a we needed 3 separate beds. The suite was big and had more amenities than we needed for our short stay. The indoor pool was great and kids enjoyed their swim!

When we got there one of the beds sheets were dirty, crumbs and dog hair. Then there was dog hair all over the carpeting. The staff were good about it and vacuumed and changed the bedding and gave us a discount.

Our bathroom was filthy. We had dirt, hair and a dead spider in the tub, blood or coffee on the tub walls and a filthy floor in the tub area. There were scraps of paper on the floor behind every door. Breakfast was fantastic though!

This is my second time using this property as it has amenities that serve my family well. We were able to barbecue and host 15+ people in the court yard. Once we got to the beautiful room EVERYONE complained about the condition of the bathroom, so much so that we were unable to stay the night due to the mold.

Do not get room 528. Fan above bed got so loud, squeaky, stopped working. Feels like the mattress has a sinkhole on the left side. Shower had hair around the drain. Smelt musty. Slept terrible. Told someone about it and never received help.

The carpet was filthy. I was disabled after surgery and spent 4 days in the room barefoot. Each day when I showered the dirt that came from feet was like a mud cloud. I preferred a recliner in the room and should have specified before hand. We normally stay at Staybridge but had heard your TV selection was better but it wasn't. NO NY teams own channels was disappointing. We also requested rooms close to elevators or 1st floor, since I could hardly walk, and had to walk long hallways, so long I couldn't get to breakfast each day, it would have worn me out. The staff was A1 and helpful the whole stay, and that was a big plus.

We were at the property from Tues. May7th until Fri. May 10th. We had traveled to Albany for a funeral. Upon arriving the room was clean everything was fine.We left for the wake on Wed. and came back to the room in the evening and nothing had been touched. Beds unmade, wet towels on the floor and no clean towels. I called the desk and was told that the cleaning staff was gone but they would send up clean towels. Went to the funeral on Thurs and when we came back to the room again nothing was cleaned. Called the desk was told it was 4:31 but they would get someone to at least take and replace the towels. A young lady did show up after 5:00 and did a great job. At every call I was told that if we left the do not disturb sign out they would not enter the room. I told them we didn't even have a sign to put on the door. All in all a not so great expedrience at Homewood Suites. Way too much money to pay for the room for the lack of service.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, I needed to do work in my computer and I could not connect to internet. Front desk personnel was not able to distinguish the problem either. Thus made for a very stressful stay because now I’m way behind for my work day.

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughters. Homewood is one of my favourite Hilton brands and I've stayed at this particular location before. My room was clean but I did notice hair in the shower. My primary issue however was that it took over five minutes to run hot water in the shower. This didn't happen last time so I'm thinking there must have been an issue with the water heater in my room or on my floor (5th). This hotel is in a great location with lots of dining options in walking distance. I'm still a fan of the Homewood brand, but the kitchen and living area are a bit outdated.

The receptionist was incredibly rude. My keycard kept shutting off, and they wouldn't give me a new one without an ID (it was in my locked room. After an escort to my room, i was asked to bring my ID back down to the front desk. And she didn't even check it! The TV didn't work in the room nor did the toilet. The room was drafty and cold. There was a loud party all night in the room next to mine. Finally, the sidewalks were covered in thick ice. I would never stay there again.

With the ice storm coming in the prices were jacked up for those travelers seeking shelter. Upon arrival they charge $150 incidental fee despite not having a restaurant or even $150 worth of snacks one could buy. They charged five star prices with two star services. Front desk staff, as expected at a two star, are just place holders typing on a keyboard, with no interpersonal skills. At least pretend to care when charging four to five star prices. I tried to realize this is Albany and what we got is what is expected in that town I just wished the hotel manager could see, from an outside prospective, how bush league their hotel is. If you are reading this review take a look at the management comment, if they do respond. If it is the same corporate response as is on all the other negative reviews, then you know I’m right and that the customer is not their number one priority.

Outstanding hotel. Room was spotless and well-maintained. Friendly and responsive staff. Competitive rates for what you get. Would definitely stay here again. Location is very close to the airport, perfect for folks who are flying through Albany but there is some air traffic noise.

Good location, lots of restaurants and shopping on Wolf road. Only down side is the equipment in the kitchenette, cookwear is few and would need to be refreshed or up dated. If you don't expect to use the kitchenette, the hotel is clean and calm. The breakfast has a good selection. Scrambled eggs or omelet with cheese, fresh waffle, Starbucks coffee and lots more.

I was really impressed by the “social hour” on wed nights from 5-730. I did not see that advertised online and was so happy when I realized I did not have to go somewhere to buy dinner! Also Jazmine at the front desk who checked me in was so great! Great coffee! Breakfast was a buffet and delicious!

Greatly appreciated the airport shuttle.y Room was spacious and nicely decorated, comfy bed. Breakfast was not so great- understaffed and highly processed foods. It was mostly only starchy options for vegetarians and it took a long time to see empty items refilled. There were no organic options available.
