I received an email for a room upgrade and when I arrived they said they were sold out. went too room and found a used bar of soap in the shower, room had a foul smell.I asked for a late checkbout which the front deak person said she added it for 12:30 yet at 10 am the cleaning staff entered the room and at 11 they were banging on the door yelling its check out time on arrival the pool closed early the first day for maintenance, the second day it opened after 8pm and opened late on Wednesd!y due to maintenenace...breakfast was ok

I rarely leave reviews, but our stay at the Quality Inn was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share. First off, the pool—which was one of the main reasons we booked—was closed, with no prior warning. We were also rushed out of our room in the morning, despite being told check-out was at 11 AM. Housekeeping knocked on the door well before that and made it clear we needed to leave. Breakfast was another letdown. We were told it would be available until 11, but by 9:45 the attendant was already cleaning everything up, leaving very little to choose from. The room itself was messy and clearly not cleaned thoroughly. We found a bag of Nerds Clusters and a lone malt ball on the floor, along with random stains on the comforters. It just felt dirty and neglected. This was not the experience we expected, and we definitely won’t be returning. One star.

Cleanliness is the biggest issue at this place. Hallways smelled, room wasn’t cleaned properly, the pillow cases were visibly dirty, one of the bed had hair in it and the sheets were clearly not changed, and we found a centipede in that bed. The other bed was less visibly dirty, so we slept in that bed. Floors were disgusting and bathroom cleanliness was average.

This is a somewhat tired property. While the bed was very comfortable with very nice linens, the bathroom was disappointing with visible black mold in the shower. After running the shower for a long while the water only got lukewarm. The staff was attentive at check-in. And parking was easy. Breakfast was weak. I decided to pass. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Saw roach crawling on pillow the morning I checked out. Didn’t leave the best impression and then I couldn’t stop wondering what may have crawled on me while I was asleep. Housekeeping also knocked before checkout and asked us to leave the door ajar. Not sure if he meant when we left or while we were still in the room.

Experience was horrible. Man at the front desk was not friendly at all and is older then Father Time. Took forever to check in. We got to the hotel late in the evening on a hot, over 90 degree day. Air conditioning was not on at all. And the AC systems barely work. It was easily over 90 in the rooms and didn’t cool off while we were there. Beds comfy. Shower pressure was just ok. No elevator.

Overall, it wasn't a horrible stay. Just listing what was wrong/ didn't appreciate. No elevator, the AC barely worked, the power went out (not their fault and came back on quick), and if you're facing the gas station, sleep with sun glasses on. The non existent blinds did absolutely nothing and had a light beaming into my face all night. The bed and pillows were comfortable though.

Very thin walls, so could hear everything that was going on in the hallways at all hours of the night. There were also sketchy people in the lobby and hallways with trash bags walking around. Did not get great sleep here because it did not feel safe.

Booked a King size bed, immediately received an email from hotel manager saying we will get 2 queens. At check in got a room for 1 queen. TV did not work until the night manager came in at 11. Bathroom door did not close properly.

Tho hotel over all was just fine but there were no curtains in our room just a thin semitransparent shade that allowed people to ser in and allowed the very bright parking lot lights to illuminate our room all night long. Very difficult to sleep.

We were checking in Late due to travel disruptions but we earned the hotel earlier in the day. We arrived at 12:15ish am and no one came to the desk to check us in until close to 1:45. We walked the first floor looking for staff but no one was around. We were told there would 24 hour check in. Beds had what looked like old blood stains in on area and a cigarette burn in another. Finally, towels had brown stains and what looked like makeup stains. The towels were likely washed but, the strains simply make them feel dirty.

Our tv did not work. The room smelled of old cigarettes, online we booked for a king size bed and end up getting and e-mail from them saying they have changed our room to 2 queen size beds. But when we got to the room it was one full size bed. The person at the front desk was elderly and told Expedia that there was nothing he can do because the manager wasn’t there so we were stuck with the room we had. No refund just a sorry for inconvenience. I stayed up the whole night the people in the next room was partying all night.

We booked a room with a king size bed but when we checked in we were given a room with 2 queen beds on the first floor and there was no shade on the window. We were told they do not even have king size beds so not sure why we were able to book that. We were then given another room on the 2nd floor that had a window shade but the toilet was not clean. We went out and were told it would be clean when we got back. It was not. We did not want to move again so we cleaned the toilet ourselves. The tub filled up with water when showering which was disgusting. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had the privacy sign on the doorknob but someone still entered while we were out the second day of our stay and literally just put the blinds up and turned off the AC. That was just disturbing. The area was not great either with lots of sketchy looking people hanging around outside. All in all I do not recommend this hotel. I have tried to add pictures to this review but it will not allow me to.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!! The old man at the front desk kicked me off the property, called the police on me, and treated me as a second class citizen for a room I paid for through Expedia. He refused to accept my ID. He was yelling and screaming at me at the front desk. He humiliated me in front of other customers and refused to provide the owner’s information. No one should be treated the way he treated me. I was left with no where to spend the night because everywhere else was too expensive. I demand a full refund.

It took an hour to check in. Their system was down and there was a Spanish speaker. They had given him a room with one bed. He has reserved a room with 2 beds and they couldn't change his room . They were able to check in (slowly) people who had reservations. A woman who I believe was the owner left the front desk instead of helping people checkin. The breakfast was less than average and got very messy The beds were surprisingly comfortable.

My wife booked the place because of the advertised breakfast which was supposed to have good options. Guests can make two kinds of waffles, but there is no meat protein available. Be careful of the coffee machine. It is easy to select the lower button which gives you cold coffee. Press the upper button if you want a hot beverage.

Check in went well and check out went well. In our bathroom there was a tissue stuck to the wall to the left of the sink. It looked like it was plugging a hole. I didn't want to touch it. Breakfast was minimal. Not much offered but was slightly better than when we stayed during covid times when it was grab and go.
