The staff were very friendly. The room; although dated, was spacious and the furniture and sheets appeared clean. The breakfast was a great plus, very clean area and had several options. The only issue to be addressed is the pool. It is extremely small and had too many water and rust stains; that deterred anyone in my group from utilizing.

This was a standard off the highway Holiday Inn. We did not spend much time in the room because we were there to have experiences. This hotel worked out well for that purpose. The beds were clean. The bathroom was fine. We were hoping to take the kids to the pool for a quick swim, but it was closed for cleaning for our entire stay. 2 nights. That was disappointing. The other suggestion I would have is to add drinking water. There was no where to get drinking water. No small bottles in the room or cooler with a tap in the lobby or breakfast area or even water for purchase.

We stayed one night following midnight Mass for Christmas, as we didn’t want to drive several hours so late at night. Older hotel, showing wear, but very clean. Door lock did not seem very secure (room 307) but we used the inner safety latch a put a chair against the door. We did not feel like the hotel or surrounding area was unsafe, but if we had not had such a late check-in (3 am) we would have requested a different room with a more secure door. Beds are not the most comfortable, but okay for one night. Room was quiet. Bathrooms are spacious with good lighting, and fantastic shower heads. Water pressure was very good on the third floor. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The pool was small but clean and warm, and fine for doing morning laps for just one person; would be hard to swim if there are more than two people. This hotel is also right across the street from a fantastic diner, Chris Family Restaurant.

We had a great time here. This was our second time staying, and plan to stay here again when we are in the area. We love the pool for the kids and the breakfast is great for us. Hotel is clean and staff have been very friendly. Great locations Con: Parking can be tough as the parking lot is small (it is a strip so you may have to walk a bit to the hotel).

The welcome was perfect. The room was relatively clean but shabby. It could use some painting, and removing the carpet to put in wood flooring would smell better. The beds were really comfortable! The room overlooked the road, so it was noisy. We appreciated the small refrigerator and the coffee maker with coffee provided. We looked for the pool, but it wasn't filtering at the time, and a lot of "deposits" were floating on it. The breakfast was excellent! Perfect for a stop along the way.

Very loud hotel ie; cars driving by, slamming doors, etc. Breakfast was lackluster as most of the most food was unavailable, broken pancake machine and limited seating. Parking lot was terrible, had to walk over a 100 yards to get into this place. Meanwhile the workers parked in the dropoff area right outside the main door.

Right away when you walk into the lobby, the hotel is hot and humid. I have little kids and their feet were black from a few minutes of being in our room. Aside from the floors being filthy, the curtains were black on the bottom from the mold coming out of the HVAC unit under the window. The pull out couch was disgusting with stains all over it. At no point during breakfast on Sunday or Monday was there enough seats or food. Not to mention if we did sit down there’s no way to be able to enjoy your meal with the breakfast area being 85 degrees.

The staff was very friendly and addressed my concerns regarding issues with the toilet . Their breakfast has a lot of options - the kids enjoyed,The suite I stayed in was spacious but the hotel definitely needs an update. My room was not clean . Carpet needed vacuuming - the floor was sticky in the bathroom and kitchenette area . The lamp shades had dust and were cracked . The couch and chairs with fabric had stains . The tv kept glitching -I couldn’t watch a full show without an interruption. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights and did not spend a ton of time in the room as we were there to enjoy Dorney park - which is not far from the hotel .

Let me first start with the bathroom. When you book a room at least for a night stay, you'd expect the toilet to be cleaned and towels without hair strands. I've requested new towels at reception and to my surprise, they didn't have any bigger towels, but rather gave me towels for the feet.... reception could not provide the correct towel as they did not have "access" to room service..... Since then we felt disgusted. Our room had a sticky area on the floor by the TV... ..... ..... Sigh* more reasons to be disgusted.... we went to sleep early just hoping to have the next day come faster to GTFO of the room.

I was very disappointed with our stay at this IHG. The person at the front desk at our check-in on Sept 26, 2025 was pleasant. We got to our room, dropped off our luggage and headed out to visit with our sick uncle. When we got back at about 10:30 pm, it was then we realized the uncleanliness of the room. The bathroom sink had a stain, appeared to be dried up spit, the rim under the toilet bowl was black, shower area was not as clean, couch in the room was dinged and dirty, and chair was scuffed. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was not a problem I told the person at the desk when we were leaving, he made notes to let the manager know and said since we booked with Hotels.com, we would have to let Hotels.com know of our experience This was the first IHG we had a very bad experience.

The staff was all extremely nice but the condition of the hotel is very outdated. The walls and ceilings are all cracked in the room as well as hallway. Upon entering my room there was dry yellow pee stain on my toilet seat which means it was not cleaned . The property needs full renovation and better deep cleaning.

Entire place was dirty and stains everywhere including lobby, hallways, elevators and room. Broken lamp shades in room, crumbs on floor, spreads on bed didn’t match, chipped wood, entry door had something dripping down it. The hotel was old but clean and nice. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. The hotel room was very noisy due to road noise. I normally can sleep through most anything but I was awakened constantly by loud mufflers and engines all night long. There is nothing wrong with the hotel or staff. The problem is the location. I would stay here again if it wasn’t for the noise.

Room on 3rd fl at end by ice machine,huge,((2 bed suite with extra living area)),$190 on sat I paid…rooms is NOT a average 330 sq ft room…more like double,2 tvs helped…..big room peps if you got 2 kids….this was a full size kitchen with a small fridge and microwave…executive suite prob same but has full size fridge and oven….anyway,room was big furniture okay not the most modern but hey it’s a hotel not a resort…room size was resort size thou…serious. Was as big as my Vegas suite at MGM….only thing missing was full fridge and oven…and of coarse modern look but FAMILY OF 4 has plenty of room in sq ft here

I was there from 8/8 to 8/10 and all I can said is the hotel needs a serious upgrade. There was a lot noticeable patch work all over the hotel that were sloppily done. You want to go cheap on labor you get what you paid for. I been to other Holiday inn Express hotel and I haven’t seen one like this. Let me tell you about the shower in room 312, the shower knob was hard to turn and the water pressure was bad. I turn the shower to cool the water down but it didn’t cool down, the next turn that I made turned off the shower. lol. I know people find it convenient to been close to certain attractions but you if you willing to overlook these things you are more then welcome to stay here. Also the internet suck big time!!! The positives of the hotel were the staff, breakfast and the pool that my grandkids enjoyed. There is a lot of potential for this hotel is they can fixed it up correctly.

Had a horrible experience with our check in. Our room was given to someone else that was booked by someone with the same first name. We were told they checked in with our name, e-mail, confirmation, etc. It was my birthday. We were sent to a room half our size then finally put in the room we paid for. We thought we were going to have to call the cops for fraud but then the girl admitted she didn’t check any id and had just given this other person our room. Horrible experience!

I am shocked that this hotel has good reviews. They are renovating (fine) but the doors to the rooms where they are renovating are wide open and work stuff like drop cloths, paint cans and tools are haphazardly laying in the hotel hallway. The room was okay but there are definitely some shady spots of brown in areas of the shower, rugs and windows. It is right next to a 2 lane road and cars and trucks loudly fly past all evening. However, this doesn’t cover what happened to us. It was midnight and I was finally falling asleep with my children in the room after a long day of travel. Suddenly, the door opens and a man with his bags is walking in!!!! Apparently, the manager (Hal) accidentally assigned another patron to the same room!!!! I have never had this happen to me. It was extremely frightening. I would have picked up and left if it wasn’t in the middle of the night and my children were sleeping. I will never return and encourage you to find a different accommodation.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, specifically the general manager Kaylee. We noticed pooling water in the bathroom on the floor, Kaylee quickly offered another room. One of the rooms offered smelled HORRIBLE, like cats and old smoke. As soon as we opened the door, the odor smacked us in the face. We closed the door and returned to the desk to change rooms again. We went through several rooms before deciding to just stay in the original room. She offered extra floor mats to control the water. The housekeeping staff was also very helpful. Breakfast was decent, but it got more sparse during our stay. Despite advertising bacon and a placard indicating bacon on the wall, no bacon was served any day of our visit. The pancake maker wasn't functioning, and refrigerated goods were not restocked well. The kitchen staff kept the area clean but could have used some help with emptying the garbage as it overflowed during service hours. The pool was closed for cleaning all day. This put a damper on the stay because we planned a pool day that didn't happen. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay but could definitely use some improvements.

For the second year in a row, we stayed here on our way back from the auto race in the Poconos. We love the convenience of the location right off the interstate. The check-in was a breeze, and the room was clean and comfortable. You can't beat the buffet breakfast with both hot (pancakes!) and continental options. We love the indoor swimming pool, as well. All in all, we were very pleased once again, and look forward to future stays!

Although I only stayed 1 night, it was great. We got there early and had no problem checking in. It was fast and friendly. Th rooms are clean and have a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker with k-cups. The free breakfast was great. They had a lot of variety, and the coffee was delicious. The staff was constantly replenishing the hot food and immediately cleaned tables and floors when someone finished. I did not check out the pool, but I did see a family in there. They seemed to be having fun. Overall, it was a great stay!!
