You can tell this hotel has a love for Dogs u can smell it! The breakfast is very Mediocre, The coffee has no lids, Rooms are just ok clean but kind of old and run down. Hotels.com this should not be a 3 star property, better then a motel 6 or 8. But not up to par with a comfort inn or holiday inn express, the pool was a plus, but opens till noon. They WILL not open it a second before that.

Our stay was good overall. The pool was warm and even had some toys for the kids, which was a nice touch. The hot tub was actually hot — a definite plus since that's often not the case at some hotels. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean. However, the property could use some maintenance. While the exterior is attractive and well maintained, the interior shows signs of wear and tear, with a few things in need of repair.

When we first arrived, check-in was quick and the lady at the front desk was very friendly, but that’s where the good experience ended. After going out for food, we came back and my daughter wanted to swim. When she asked for pool towels, the woman at the desk was rude and handed her very small towels. The pool area itself was in awful shape — dirty water full of leaves, no chlorine running, and only a couple of jets in the hot tub worked. The concrete looked poorly patched and neglected. Later that night we tried to pull out the sofa bed for my daughter, but it had no sheets, was ripped, and covered in stains. It was so bad she ended up sleeping in our bed. The in-room TV was tiny and outdated, especially for what we paid. We expected better quality for the higher price. Breakfast offered more variety than some motels, but the food wasn’t good and didn’t make up for everything else. When we checked out and mentioned the issues to the manager, he didn’t seem to care at all — like he already knew and didn’t plan to fix it. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Between the dirty pool, broken sofa bed, and poor management, it’s not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone until they make serious improvements.

Not the most professional check in. Only hot item on breakfast was potatoes, no meat or eggs and that was every day last day no pancake mix no anything hot. Pool furniture torn and several pieces unusable. Didn’t clean our room first day, I had to set trash in hall and go get towels for next morning. From then on room was cleaned each day.

Basic hotel. It was nice that it allowed dogs and had grass areas. The pool was ok, but the spa didnt have much water in it to have the jets on. There was some maintenance things around the property that could use some TLC but not a big deal. Breakfast didnt have eggs which was disappointing. Bed was comfortable. So the most upsetting part would be that the fire/smoke alarm went off at 2:00am the first night and again at 3:45 pm later the same day. That extremely affected the quality of the stay because I booked the room for me and my two boys for a nice alone time weekend with dad. My oldest who has autism was terrified when the alarms went off both times absolutely effecting his stay because he was afraid the building was on fire and didn’t want to stay because he didn’t feel safe. I myself can only do so much to comfort him only to hope it wouldn’t happen again but sitting there affecting my stay because now o don’t know if the alarms are gonna scare my children again because they are repeatedly talking about what do they need to do in case of a fire. On top of that we were on the 6th floor with only one elevator working which was another nuisance.

The hotel is conveniently located. The room is large and comfortable. Handicap accesible. It looked neat and clean until we opened the fridge and there was moldy food inside and a bad smell. There is a lot of road noise from the busy road outside.

The hotel room was as specified but when my wife was getting ready for bed she noticed this critter on her pillow. Bed Bugs Middle of the night her and her companion, a 74 year old woman, was led to a different room that luckily was bug free, however the issue prevented them from going to be that night. They stay the second night in the new room but when asked about the issue the staff said that any complaints had to be made through Hotels because we booked through 3rd party. I called Hotels and went through the process on their end: This location stated that they will not issue a refund or a discount because there is no record of a complaint and even so moving my wife in the middle of the night after a long trip is compensation enough. If my wife didn't make a complaint because of the unfitness of the room why did your night staff move her to a different room, and was taking pictures of the bedbugs in the room while they were moving luggage out of the room. We had used this location previously many times because it is close to hospitals and Doctor's offices but never again. The bed bugs were one thing, but covering up a complaint is something else. Never again.

I made the reservation for 3 days since I had previously stayed here, but it was terrible this time. When I arrived they gave me a room that had the pillowcase covered in blood and the same sheets. I had to go to reception and ask for it to be changed, and they wanted to give me the sheet and pillowcase so I could change it myself. I asked for a different room and they gave it to me, but it was worse. The room smelled like cigarettes and the bed covers were also dirty with yellow stains. I also asked for the bed converter to be changed. They told me they would do it but it still had yellow stains. I couldn't breathe well in the room because it had a very strong cigarette smell. I had to extend my stay for 3 days, and within those three days, I found a cockroach in the bathroom when it was supposedly cleaned. I don't think I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a terrible experience. also the people next to me they al mornings make a lot noise, i was on the last floor and was a really bad experience

They need to spray the whole hotel. It was embarrassing and disgusting seeing bedbugs on the bed then having to move to another room. My partner and I wasn’t happy at all. I even showed the employee the bedbug and he didn’t take it seriously. My partner and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping and ruined our whole evening. Here is the pic for proof

I was very shocked when I arrived for my stay to find that it did not match the reviews or pictures. I got a little nervous when I initially entered the hotel because the lobby was a bit run down and smelled of cigarettes. The elevator I had to take to my room and the hallway outside my room smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. My first room was very dirty (stickiness on the floor, dirty shower, dust caked on light switches, etc). The front desk was extremely nice (my only positive to my stay) and switched my room immediately, apologized, and even upgraded me to a bigger room. My second room was a bit cleaner but not by much. I can deal with some uncleanliness, smells, and run down things as long as the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately the bed was miserable. I was supposed to stay three nights and after barely getting any sleep the first night (from the uncomfortable bed to hearing every single time the upstairs flushed their toilet), I decided to call my stay a loss and find a different hotel. I have never been disappointed by a La Quinta (I’ve stayed at them in many different states) so it was a total shock and still is. I don’t know where all these positive reviews come from because cleanliness and comfort was not my experience at all. Again, the front desk when I checked in was extremely nice and I would give five stars if I was just rating her. But I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Very clean, great location great staff, property is in need of some cosmetic attention. But the one reason I can’t give this place a great review is the lack of water pressure. The electronic key cards failed as often as they worked. Staff was very good to try to make them work. Cold biscuits had (good) gravy one of the three days we were there. Mattress needed to be turned. My side sagged - hers didn't. Pool wasn't open until noon. Wall paper seriously peeling off the wall. Room and public areas were clean. Breakfast was on time and coffee did not run out. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

First time staying here. Main reason for selecting this hotel was it had a hot tub and it was fine but dont expect it to be like a Jacuzzi it was a round area for 5 people with hot water. As for the front desk people there was a lady there who had no answers to any questions. The person who checked us in was great and the maids we by far the friendliest people in the place. It is pet friendly but you get put on the second floor. Which was ok but we preferred to be on the first. The second floor was ok smells like piss which was to be expected. the room its self was fine. But there was one room there whose dogs barked all the time. At 3 am when you get up and go outside the dogs would bark. over all its a 3 star place and the beds were hard as a rock so if you prefer firm or extra firm your going to be happy. Make sure you eat dinner before you check in. It was about $40 for a 5 guys burger and fry. and about $30 for a little ceasars pizza.

The hotel is on a busy highway. Traffic all night long and noisy. We were on the traffic side so maybe the other side isn’t as noisy. Stingy with towels. Had to bring one to the desk to get a clean one. King room only had 2 bath towels.

Check-in staff are very friendly and helpful. The property looks very nice upon arrival and you can tell there's been a lot of updating. The room I received was clean and comfortable. There was a couple issues that need attention. The door jamb is damaged as if someone has tried to break in. The outer trim has been separated from the wall and hasn't been repaired. The tub drain leaks so no baths for this room unless you leave the water running. The TV is small for a king size room and the picture is out of the 80s with lots of snow, staticky lines across the screen with some channels completely unwatchable. The in-room coffee is generic and not very good as well but that's just my opinion.

Staff was nice and helpful. The room was big and nice, had difficulties with the lock working upon checkin. Eventually replaced by staff. Breakfast marginal, the bread, biscuits, and bagels all stale. Granola and other options for toppings for oatmeal were stale. Coffee maker in room needed to be replaced.

I enjoyed most everything about my stay except the hidden extra charges on my bill. They asked for $20 for incidentals, and they even gave me a receipt saying they were refunding it to my credit card... Only problem is, they DIDN'T. So a room that is passable for $92 plus tax becomes not worth it once it's $136 that won't be refunded to me.

Great place to stay! Be realistic about cut off time for breakfast, it’s definitely not 9am, Get there before 8:30. Bathroom needs better ventilation or install a fan in there.
