I was shocked when I registered at the lobby. Online it said $83 but was charged $182.59. I told him that it said $83. online. He replied that was to reserve the room. On my statement it said that the Folio was $100. What in God's name is a folio fee? The place was worth $83. It had no amenities, no quick breakfast, residents that were staying a lot longer than a few nights ( a man came out of a room and asked me if I had cold medicine tablets). It seemed that maybe this Red Roof Inn had been shut down and that they were trying to start it up again. The toilet didn't flush properly. I tried to charge my hearing aids and cellphone on the outlets on the motel light. My cellphone didn't charge. The one light didn't work. I just needed a place to lie my body down for the night after a long day of driving. It was that but not much more.

Well given that every hotel in the area is subpar at best for the money its not bad. Every hotel price gouges on the weekends NHRA is in town for the races and it destroys actual drivers and families and we get stuck with the worst rooms at the highest prices, dingey is a good way to describe this room. Stop overcharging people or more people will start staying at the track and less in dirty old not upgraded rooms with ZERO perks. Do better

Service was okay. Staff was very kind and polite. It was very quiet at night as well which is a plus. However our door didn't lock properly and the room was extremely dirty. It didn't look like it was cleaned in several weeks. Our bedding had several stains on it and there was dust and gunk everywhere. In the grassy area at the bottom of the stairs near our room was a bunch of trash, someone's lost pair of underwear, and a few piles of poop. This place was honestly disgusting and I hope that they change for the better and keep it more clean.

The room was ok. The bed was a very small Full. The bathrooms were extremely small, air didn’t work, staff was rude and not very friendly or helpfully. Would not recommend, I would spend the extra 10 to 20 to stay at different place. It was our first time to the area and the first thing we pull up to is a man yelling and screaming and cursing at someone in a parked car.

This deserves a negative star, started with customer service very arrogant and rude be was at the front desk with an attitude. They will ask for a deposit fee before you access the room that they say will be refunded upon check out which has never happened before with any room I have booked with Expedia and I had to read the rules and regulations and it was not mentioned on here, to add with the room being poorly maintained and bedsheets and covers were stained the bed to is metallic and keeps making noise even with a slight turn.Honestly this is the worst hotel I have booked ever!

Room wasn’t cleaned well, it was filthy. We had issues with room next to us having people come banging on their door and then fighting in the hallway. Called front desk and was told there was nothing that could be done. Fridge had stuff spilled all over the inside and didn’t keep cold. Surrounding area was not great or very safe. People were doing drugs in the parking lot, people constantly jumping the fence to get into the parking lot. We will never stay here or this immediate area again.

I will not be staying again unless it's a last resort, because it's not a 5 star hotel, but even if you book on line, they charge a $100.00 damage deposit, which is bd even if you are a VIP ,I have stayed in 5 star hotels that didn't charge a damage deposit, and it's bad because if you have enough for room and trying to get away, this is not the place because if your paying $75 keep in mind you actually need $175 ,which you get right back, but if you use your card you have to wait for your bank, which means you money is tied up,,which can be bad if your passing thru Ohio then got to wait for money to get back on your card sono ,food, gas ect.unless you have extra to hold you til your bank release the funds, dont recommend for people with budgets, just spend money on 5 star ,and towels and wash clothes are not the best neither, SMH
