July 29, 2025 I stayed two nights at this hotel. Plus-- was the refrigerator was the right size for the room, and it worked. This added convenience to the trip. Bathroom sink faucet worked. So, I was able to wash dishes. There was a small table and chairs in room, that I used. The TV worked pretty well. There was a cable connection. The bed was not too bad. I felt I was rested, when I woke up in the morning. I was able to pick up the hotels wi-fi signal while in the room. Which was a convenience. Con--was there was some on and off noise at times. I was informed by the staff. That their ice machine was out of order. This being an inconvenience in the summer.

The stafff was beyond rude and our jacuzzi suite had no hot water for our entire stay. We spoke with staff multiple times and there was never a resolution. At checkout I requested a refund and was told I could get $30 and If I didn’t take it I got nothing . He then proceeded to tell men idc call the cops , trump or Obama and then refused to refund anything

This place was very old and nasty. If I had not been exhausted I would have asked for my money back. Room had dirty walls. No amenities. Bed did not have any pillows with pillow cases. Only had pillows with shams on them. Black mold was everywhere in the bathroom. Checked bed for bedbugs. Thank goodness I didn't see any and did not see any roaches or mice. This place looked like a place you would rent for an hour. Surprised I didn't see any prostitutes at the front door. This place should not be listed in your inventory and should be condemned. No one should ever stay there. Please don't make a reservation for this place, you will be sorry. Nasty, nasty, nasty. .

I booked 2 nights in the Colonie Inn. I did not expect much as it was an inexpensive hotel, but when I got there the state of my room was frankly shocking. I had not toilet paper in the room, and the sheets looked dirty, so I had to request they be changed. Even so, the room had bugs in it, mold, and there appeared to be food stains splattered on the mattress and the wall. The carpet was so dirty I had to keep my shoes on, because my feet turned black. I could not stay in the room a second night. It was too disgusting. I checked our early. They refused to refund me for the night I did not stay.

I was disappointed by the dirty room and conditions of furniture. Even though the room was given as a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room and cigarette burn holes in the bedspreads.

I stayed in a handicap room. The walk-in shower had mold in the corners between the walls and floor. Bathroom sink did not leak but had huge cracks in the bowl. Air conditioning motor was loud and noisy, waking me up from sleep. I raised the temperature on the thermostat three degrees so it would not come on again. Did not see any hot food at the free breakfast. Regardless, there was a sign saying breakfast was $3 for single room occupants. I went to Starbucks.

I booked a regular room and was assigned to a suite upon check-in. There is an on-site parking with plenty of space. The room was comfortable, with a fridge and microwave. However, cleanliness could be improved. The staff was extremely helpful: I was unable to turn off the water after showering and they were able to assist right away. Overall, it was an affordable place to stay for one night. I am happy with my stay and would consider staying here again. Note: I did get some shady vides upon arriving. This looks more of a place where regulars stay long-term. There were some people screaming on several occasions throughout the night in the room above me. However, as a solo woman, I did not feel unsafe in the comfort of my room.

The hotel staff knocked on my door prior to 11am and then proceeded to try to open my door. They would have walked in on me in the shower if I didn’t have the door bolted. Being a woman staying alone in a hotel room already has enough dangers without staff members entering rooms for who only know what he was hoping for.
