$5 a night parking charge not disclosed, $100 hold on credit card during stay and will take 5 days to return. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Fire alarm was hanging by the wires in the ceiling above the bed. The black out shade in the living room did not work(only sun shade that is partially see through worked). Bottom floor window has full sight of living room and bedroom so privacy shade should always work. Pool was clean and fencing around pool was new. The basketball court was small but allowed my daughter and friends a place to play. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of options. The room from our other friends had to be switched as it was a smokers room and all rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking. It stunk horrible and we could smell it from right outside the door. They did change the room for them and it was a lot better.

The staff were all friendly. I was completely disappointed in the deceptive advertising of a restaurant/lounge that showed pics of all kinds of food. There is no restaurant/lounge at this hotel! It literally does not exist. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I will definitely never stay here again.

I liked the area but honestly it wasn’t anything I would recommend or stay at again. I got this place because I was wanting to swim at the pool it was in the 90• during my stay and the pool was closed the two days I stayed. Staff did really seem to have any answers that made any sense. It was full and it didn’t look like anything was wrong with it. The just said it wasn’t going to be open. I heard other guests talking about it it also.

The room 631 that we were assigned to was comfortable and well equipped. It had a full sized refridgerator and stove along with a microwave. The king size bed was comfortable. There were areas that were dusty and when the air conditioner was running there was a musty oder. The room was also on the third floor and there are no elevators in any of the buildings so if you have problems with climbing stairs you may want to ask for a room on the first floor. The breakfast was very good but only served between 7am - 9am. The employees that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. All in all it is a nice place to stay but be aware of the lack of elevators.

How do you say you have a gym or work out room on premises, when you only have 3 filthy broken treadmills and two bikes? There was not one dumbbell or kettle bell, mat, bosu ball etc. 3 filthy broken treadmills does NOT a gym make. Also, I had housekeeping knock on my door at 11:00am to clean the room and I told her to come back in an hour (at noon) when we would leave. She never came back (even though she said “yes, ok”). The room itself was ok (we stayed in the 1 bedroom suite) but it had a lingering odor that was very stale. I’m sorry to say, I wouldn’t stay here again. We were in NJ to visit cousins over the 4th of July weekend.

The staff was nice, but the room had a strange odor. The blanket was a little dirty with stains and the pillow was not proper, gave me rashes on my neck. Room was spacious though. 2 out of 5 stars.

We have photos of how dirty this place was. Walked into room and smelled of smoke. Tried to get another 1st floor room but none available Would not walk on carpet without shoes as it was disgusting. Honesty can’t understand why Hyatt would allow their brand on this place. Never ever again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the rooms smell like stale smoke, absolutely filthy and every aspect of the room from the carpet to the furnishings were worn and in poor condition.

Upon arrival we learned they over booked the room that we reserved, so they upgraded us which was nice. The staff were friendly but not very informative. We were not told breakfast times until we asked multiple times. When we made it to our room my first impression was it was nice with plenty of space but upon further inspection it wasn’t very clean. There was blood on the shower curtain in the second bathroom, the carpets throughout needed a good steam cleaning as they were stained everywhere and sticky. All of the cabinets in the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen needed to be wiped and cleaned inside, as well as both vanities in the bathrooms. One of the doors on a kitchen cabinet was hanging on by one screw. The sheets and blankets were clean and smelled freshly washed and the beds were comfortable. The pillows on the other hand were stained and smelled horrible. Also they are feather pillows and offered no support. We had to make a noise complaint for the guests above us twice. They partied until about 3 am and their kids ran back and forth until about midnight. I love the idea of the apartment style room and it fit our family very well but overall the cleanliness could have been a lot better.

Disliked cleanliness. The bathroom was gross. Hair in shower. Finger prints all over the doors and walls. Dust and spider webs in every corner of the room. Dead bugs inside of the picture frame on the wall. Our room smelled like cigarettes. I do not recommend. I wouldn’t stay again.

I have stayed at this Hyatt House before and loved it however this time around i have to be honest it was not that great. Although the staff was very plesant it does not change what im about to say. This time around was not the greatest. When i arrived my room had a stinge smell from the old carpet room smelt old.My bedroom linens were dirty with stains on the bedding which is not appealing to the eye. Bathroom shower has rust and soap scum on the tiles. Walls need paint job as there are stains and dirt on walls. And to add to one of my worst nights was tuesday when it rained from the ceilng in tbe bathroom of stinky rusty water. Dont get me wrong maintenace came and asseted the issue it was just it added more stink to the room. I spoke to the manager upon my check out day letting him know my concerns. He was nice. In the end i will say this im a hyatt rewards member and i have stayed at other hyatts coming from staying at this one once before It needs some updates and touch ups to. A little more cleanliness and updates.

The kitchen and living room area were very functional. The lighting in the reading area was poor. The air conditioning was hard to manage and it was either too hot or too cold. Overall, it seemed that the Hyatt house bought an inferior property and tried to make it look like their brand. We'd rate it 7/10.

We arrived to the property around 6 PM on Friday and at the front desk while checking in we were never informed that our room was downgraded because of an issue with the original room being booked. We had 4 adults staying with us and they placed us in a 1 bedroom with a bathroom in the only sleeping area. Our friends that were joining us checked in around 9 PM and they were the only ones staying in there room and only required one bed and were placed in a TWO BEDROOM that we were told was unavailable. They were told their room was upgraded because they no longer had one bedrooms available. We went back to the front desk and complained since we were a larger party and required the larger room and was told it wasn’t available. The place isn’t terrible but their communication with their guests is terrible. They charged us $30 more than what I agreed to on Expedia and also charged $220 deposit when it stated $100 in the original email. We arrived to the property around 6 PM on Friday and at the front desk while checking in we were never informed that our room was downgraded because of an issue with the original room being booked. We had 4 adults staying with us and they placed us in a 1 bedroom with a bathroom in the only sleeping area. Our friends that were joining us checked in around 9 PM and they were the only ones staying in there room and only required one bed and were placed in a TWO BEDROOM that we were told was unavailable. They were told their room was upgraded because they no longer had one bedrooms available. We went back to the front desk and complained since we were a larger party and required the larger room and was told it wasn’t available. The place isn’t terrible but their communication with their guests is terrible. They charged us $30 more than what I agreed to on Expedia and also charged $220 deposit when it stated $100 in the original email. when asked for towels was told to come back after an hour, because there where no clean was available. Which was not a problem, but I went back 3 times before any where available and when I asked if someone would pick up the used towels, he gave me a plastic bag and told me to bring them back. There where people playing very loud music and banging above my room, well past 2am and no one told them to quick down. Also someone was playing basketball at 7am Sunday morning making enough noise to prevent me from sleeping. To add insult to injury, the staff was not very friendly.

Unbelievable. Hotel was overbooked for a soccer tournament weekend. The hotel cancelled our reservation late in the afternoon and claimed it was due to an invalid credit card. Odd because the same exact explanations was given to another family. Now we have two families stranded living hours away. Horrible business practice and zero support finding a new hotel that isn't $400 a night or an hour away.

Nothing is perfect but overall a nice play to stay. Staff are all very helpful and respectful. I had an issue with the 1st room and they quickly helped me get a 2nd one without any issues. Amenities are nice. Breakfast is decent. Pool is nice. No pool towels available so bring your own. Beautiful property. Overall very nice. Will come again.

Went to check in at 6:30 pm and was told my room was given to a large group with a “weather issue” that needed a second night. Man was very unapologetic or helpful with what exactly was going on. I will never attempt to stay at this property again.

The staff was so generous and creative and kind. I didn’t see ahead of time that the property was walk-up only. We needed two bedrooms to accommodate my elderly father, my husband and me, as well as the pull-out for our 9-year-old. My father can’t walk up steps. The front desk experts gave us each a suite and allowed the total costs to be equivalent to the two-bedroom. This was the kindest response to a customer mistake I’ve ever experienced. We can’t wait to return to the area to stay at Hyatt House in Mt. Laurel, NJ!

Ian and the rest of the staff were amazing. There was a little snafu during check-in seeing as we booked a two bedroom suite and needed the first floor. My mother is mobility challenged so they rearrange some things and gave us each our own room. this was so helpful.

Just a quick overnight stay to break up trip. Hotel has great location easy on/off to NJ Turnpike. Love having the seating area with sofa & chair. Comfortable bed. Heating system easy to use & quiet! Gentleman who checked me in was helpful & friendly. We will stay here again.

Very unique set up. Looks like an apartment complex. Once you know your way around (They provide you with a map) it’s pretty cool. Convenient location between Philadelphia and Atlantic City which allowed us to travel to both in our short time.

We love it here, this is our 2nd stay and won’t be our last. The accommodations are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is first rate, the only issue I have is there is only a 2 hour window for eating, and I would like to see that extended at least an hour and at least on the weekends. Some of the bed mattresses definitely need to be replaced; my first stay the bed was excellent, my second stay not so good and our pull out bed was a no for me after 1 night of a 4 night stay. I slept on top of the couch the rest of our stay. The kitchens need to be more thoroughly stocked with proper cooking/baking pots & pans, and utensils for eating as well as for cooking. Basics such can and bottle opener were missing and Kitchenette towels, sponges, and extra trash can liners were missing on our second stay, so we made a few visits to the front desk and they opened cans & bottles for us when we needed- so a bit inconvenient. I ended up buying some items like a cookie sheet, sponges , etc The front desk told me they are actively working to restock these things eventually, so they are aware. Overall, we are very happy with our stay here and will be back. I’m picky about cleanliness and environment and it’s definitely clean and modestly furnished - it has a good feel to it.

Front desk was awkward, no eye contact. Seem to bot like to talk. Dis not hive info about bfast times. Bfast attendant started clearing out by 8:45 no refills as early as 8:30. Very poor service. Room kitchen had 1 plate and 1 fork. This place is not good.

Breakfast didn't open until 7 AM, a little late for early for business people with early appointments and travel. Staff were not the as professional as other places. And, I still haven't received a final statement from my stay as promised the day I left on 7/10 when the "system" was down. I would hesitate staying there again.

The staff were all friendly. I was completely disappointed in the deceptive advertising of a restaurant/lounge that showed pics of all kinds of food. There is no restaurant/lounge at this hotel! It literally does not exist. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I will definitely never stay here again.
