A lovely place to stay and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the area. Lobby has afternoon snack. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate all day. Would stay there again. Convenient to walking to town. Right next to St Ann’s church on the map.

Just a short 7 min walk from Dock 1 to the inn. Easy check in. We rented their bikes and rode around the island. Rooms are older but that is the charm of the property. A free continental breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30. Check out is at 11 am. They will hold onto your bags so you can explore before you leave on the ferry.

Great B&B just outside of the main area of town. Not far to walk at all for my family of 3 teens- between 5-8 minutes. Very clean and well-kept. Great breakfast with nice choices of fruit, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and a hot option- ours was a yummy sausage and cheesy biscuit. Porters meet you at the dock to take your luggage and then bring it back when you return. The lobby has lemon water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate all day, which is a very nice tou h. We would stay here again.

A terrific place that is a close walk to the downtown area but far away enough to miss having the daily crowds near by. Place has everything you need in the room and out. The flowers are gorgeous and bike rentals the cheapest we found on the island. $20 for 4 hrs. Just a perfect place to unwind, read a book, or visit. Breakfast was basic but all fresh food for most part. Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our 2 night visit at the Inn. It is just off from downtown so very quiet but easy to get to everything. The Inn has several buildings so you may need to do a short walk to go to the lobby for the free breakfast, etc. but it isn't a big deal. The room and Inn were very clean and the garden was beautiful. I would definitely stay again!

The rooms need a bit improvement, the portable airconditioning was a bit loud at night, and the first night we did not require anyone to come in to clean the room. However the next day we allowed the housekeepers to clean the room and they did not change the bedding it was obvious with white linen that the sheets were not changed=, i thought that it was protocol to change them and we had left a tip. Breakfast though was a very nice .

What a great experience at Harbour View Inn. From the moment you claim your bags at the ferry dock, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The Inn is so quaint and beautiful. It is very close to down town and the view of the marina is awesome. Our room was a lot bigger than we imagined, which was a nice surprise. The tv didn’t work, the windows didn’t have screens in them, the dresser was broken, the toilet was broken. We spoke to the front desk about these issues and for the price you’d think these things would be working or they would provide a compensation for the inconveniences. The hotel breakfast however was AMAZING 13/10 for the breakfast

pictures online showed every room picture with an AC wall unit. Got to hotel none of the cottage hotel rooms had AC. Hotel provided box fans, but rooms were hot and stuffy.

The outdoors gets lots of attention. Owners need to evaluate the condition of furniture. Chairs with stains and falling apart need re-covered or replaced. Other than that it was a good stay. Maybe let guests know that check in means you prefer them to check in no later than a particular time. We received a call that at 6pm, we were way past our check in time.

Staff was very helpful with everything. Our bags were taken care of all the way after putting them on the ferry. Never carried them again until getting off the ferry to our car. Breakfast was fabulous. More than we could ask for. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing. When we arrived to check in, they had no record on their end of any reservation under my name. I showed them my confirmation email from Expedia and they found us an empty room that actually turned out to be an upgrade from our original booking and told us to go ahead and settle in while they work out the issue. Very polite and respectful. We will definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Harbour View Inn! We stayed in the cottage house. The building is old, so some of the floors were slanted and floors were squeaky when people walked down the hall, but it was nicely decorated and comfortable. It is not right in downtown which we liked even though we had to walk a little more to go back and forth.

For $300 a night, it shouldn’t have had any issues, the TV had a bright white strip on the top where the screen apparently isn’t aligned correctly. Toilet didn’t flush right, kept having to open the tank and reset the bobber. Breakfast wasn’t to appetizing to look at, one giant pot of stuck together oatmeal, and the fruit was nicely chopped but the blueberries were soft so not all good. The coffee in the office area was amazing. And the gardens and outside areas were very well kept. Also one last con pillows were very small, and you can’t watch tv in bed as the tv was only where the couch was. And no fridge is in the room. However we did find out upon leaving that we could have asked for a mini fridge.

This hotel was amazing!! Staff were pleasant and helpful. Had a room with a beautiful garden view and patio. The breakfast was delicious with a different hot option each day such as omelette, sausage biscuit. Lobby had hot drinks available 24 hrs/day which the men in our group took advantage of, lol!! Bike rental thru the hotel was half the price of other vendors. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful inn. The employees are so friendly and willing to provide assistance no matter their position. The rooms for the island were larger than expected and their breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.
