Absolutely unsafe. Notices of city involvement due to delinquency. Extreme fire hazards. Screwed in windows. Only random amenities available that are offered. Had to take our own trash out. Smoking free facility with obvious smoking going on and even fire alarms. Only staff member that did was good job was Zachary. There was mold everywhere. Stained linens. Moldy air conditioner. Unlocked outside doors.

The manager was very rude, there was no seating in the pool area but the guy that worked the seat that night was amazing and I would only stay again because of him

The worst hotel ever, I know is the cheapest one around the area, but anyways should be maintaining certain standards…The hallway smells like cigarettes all the way, my 1yo daughter found dirty Q tips at the room floor, the sofa bed was against every existing cleaning concept and the pool was nasty, green full of mold…for last but not least someone threw up in the middle of the hallway and no one clean it! Thank God we went for 1 night only…Do you a favor, spend a little bit more in other place for God sake.

The first room we were given the TV did not and the phone did not work so I had to walk to front desk. They gave another room. The TV worked but the phone did not but I was able to fix it. The floor was filthy. The carpet needs a cleaning. The Pool area was not organized. There were no lounge chairs to sit in. The drinking fountain did not work. The phone was not marked that it was for emergency only. The temperature in the hallway was freezing.

Very minimal. Front desk answered the phone once out of 4 calls. Staff was friendly during interactions. Beds were clean. Rooms definitely did not have a cozy feel. The room appeared to have been around the block a time or two. Grab and go breakfast was original flavor oatmeal and muffins, coffee and tea, hot chocolate packets. Pool was locked. No where to sit outside.

There is no breakfast. They have a grab and go with only muffins and coffee. We had to go to McDonalds before our daughters soccer game and she ordered a chicken bisquet and received a sausage bagel with ketchup and onions. No ice machine and the gym only has treadmills. They do have a laundry room and that was useful and worked just fine.

I love the fact that (a) to get to your room, you have to enter through either the hotel lobby or side doors. (b) there was an elevator on property (c) the handicap ground floor rooms are very large. (d) there is a washroom on the ground floor next to the lobby. (e) there is a gym on the ground floor next to the lobby. The hotel is close to I95 and fast food restaurants. I travel either solo or with my retired mom so one thing I did not like (and I know it's not the hotel's fault) is the fact that some of the guests looked suspicious which was made me feel a bit uncomfortable. For example, the first day we arrived for our three days stay, guests in two different cars sat and literally stared as we unpacked our van and headed to our room. We also didn't see any security guard throughout our stay, but we did keep in contact with the front desk agents who were very pleasant and helpful.

Uncomfortable bed, ancient kitchen appliances, lousy wifi, freezing common areas (too much AC), minimally equiped, pool small. Not the best place for my wife and I. We choose for the price and we paid too much! in mid February. Book early (somewhere else)....

Meh it was ok. Nothing luxurious. The rooms smelt musty. The top of the bathtub surround was gross with a layer of dirt. Muffins and oatmeal were the only breakfast items. So don’t plan on a continental breakfast. If there was ever an emergency and windows were the way to exit, you wouldn’t be able to. Cuz they were screwed shut!

Room rug was filthy and smelled of urine. Moved the bed to pick something I dropped and there was trash under the bed. Pet owners don't clean after their dogs and the surrounding areas were full of poop. The staff was courteous but never at the front desk.

Our room was dirty we had dorty stained towels when we got in room no remote had to go to counter 3 times for a remote that finally worked.. crumbs on the towels in bathrokm hair in the bathrrom on bed and dirt and crumbs on window sil near ac

The facility needs an overhaul. The rooms have an overwhelming stench of humidity. The carpets are moist and sticky. The appliances were rusted and moldy. The beds were comfortable.

The worth night ever. Toilet flushing did not work, windows are screwed and could not opened. Dirty room. Cockroaches in Bathroom. Staff with no motivation to work. Two rooms booked, but become in different floors

The floor of the room was really dirty.. Awsome!! And they havent clean the kitchen garbage. And there was a cockroach ot two ?!

Can't take pictures of the smell. Unbelievably dirty. The left over marijuana in the room was bad. The floors and carpet sticky. The bathroom falling apart. The bathroom fan covered in grime and so loud that it drowned out the TV. The TV was so old and small. The bed appeared to be clean, but I was worried about every other surface. Didn't unpack because everything was disgusting.

This room was very dirty. I found an old bandaid in the chair. There was a bug squished to the wall in the bathroom. The toilet clogged with any flush. I will not stay here again. Very disappointed

While front desk was really nice all around, the cleanliness of the rooms were unacceptable. Beds and linens were clean which is the most important to me. I stayed for 5 days and paid in advance so cancellation and refund was not an option since I booked through Expedia. Price for West Palm Beach was the best compared to other areas and places, however still over priced in my opinion. I did have to purchase my own Lysol wipes and Fabreeze freshener because the room smelled muggy and moldy. The air conditioners definitely need some cleaning. After I freshened up my own room I was more comfortable. Cooking stove and refrigerator worked as it should. The cleaning staff can definitely do much much better in cleaning because they do the bare minimum. I did find a few live roaches, but we are in florida. The only place i saw them was in the bathroom at night time. I just kept the light on the whole night and I stopped seeing them 😖. Everything overall needs updated and attention.

This was our best option for last minute travel and on a budget. After purchasing brunch items, our stove was not working. Staff were quick and efficient in rectifying the problem. I'll definitely recomed Extended Stay Am Suites. Excellent staff, very clean and budget friendly

First, I have to acknowledge Zachary, the desk manager, he was awesome. His attitude , helpfulness and positive smile is the only good thing I have to report. Second. This hotel was a disgrace. It was dirty, in disrepair, and run down. The kitchen had nothing in it , no glasses, plates , pans, etc. we had to ask for a toaster. The coffee machine did not work. NOR DID THE ROOM PHONE, so we had to call on our cellphone to ask for help. The sove was disgusting, and did not work properly. Only one burner worked barely. Refrigerator was turned to off, so we lad to turn it down and wait for it to cool before putting any food in it. The in room coffee machine was broken as well. Kitchen cabinets were disintegrated and dity. The carpeting was filthy, and made the bottoms of our feet black. The noise level was atrocious, the window did not seal and we were right alongside I95. I had to get earplugs at Walgreens to sleep. We even had to make our own do not disturb/ privacy sign and tape it to the door. I would have moved after one night, but most places nearby were already booked. Avoid this dump. The site will not let me upload the photos I have documented

Needs to be upgraded broken appliances

The kitchen was very old and in poor condition with 4 burners, only one of them worked, there was little water pressure in the shower, the sink was broken and there was dirt under the bed.

Good space

Room was clean and well laid out. Probably needs updating soon though. Staff were friendly and helpful, kitchen area was functional although we did not use it besides the refrigerator.

Night attendant was super helpful

What a terrible experience. Rick the front desk assistant was extremely unfriendly up to our arrival. Minutes later we asked for 2 more pillows and blankets as we were a reservation of 6 people, Rick claimed that there’s was nothing available. I had to call immediately to Expedia which they help us solve the issue, yet we lost 2 hours of a back and forth between the hotel been unresponsive. Never staying with this chain of hotels.

Overall, our stay was ok. The hallways had a bad odor every time we walked through, our room smelled horrible of smoke even though it’s supposed to be no smoking. And lastly, there were little black hairs all over the bathroom. The beds were fine and looked clean along with everything else. It just appeared that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. We reserved our room several months ago and had not been contacted by the property but when we checked in, we were given a different price to pay along with a different room we did not choose. The new price was about $65 more than what I was told. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if they would have notified us of the change. I will say, the lady did talk to her manager about the situation and agreed to give us a refund so that was nice. Staff were very friendly but not the cleanest place.

Terrible guest services. We asked for an extra blanket 3 times and never received it. Tv did not work. Every day I asked to have it fixed and no one bothered. After having little ones at the beach all day, a tv would have been nice. We checked out a day early and the desk clerk refused to give me a receipt said it would be emailed. No one was ever at the front desk. I travel a lot and always try to show respect and kindness for the service workers but no one seemed to care at all at this place. Will never book with them again. Our stay was from Sunday-Friday and it was an all atound tertible experience

False accused me of an incident and didn’t get my deposit refund and the full funds of booking the hotel because they didn’t let me stay

It was a cheap stay close to 95. The rooms are outdated. The bathroom is upgraded. That is nice and Overall I will not be returning.

Pretty good value for West Palm Beach.

We checked in at 7PM their was no one at the front desk to greet us. We had to ring a bell and wait. The room had a horrible odor that did not go away. The blanket/comforter had large yellow stains all over it. We considered leaving but it was getting dark and we realized we were NOT in a good area. So needless to say we did not stay the entire length of our stay. We stayed 1 night and got the hell out of there. We would NOT recommend this hotel or its location to anyone.

The facility was quiet, and convenient for my one night stay. I would choose this location again.

Tv was broken upon arrival, then. Then no remote available. Grab and go breakfast don’t exist!?!? When asked was told items were on back order?!? Unacceptable as I chose this location in part because of breakfast available!!!

What was good. The room got nice and cold and the beds were comfortable. What was not great. Their idea of breakfast included is dry prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal...thats it. I get there is a kitchen but wow. All the kitchen utensils, supplies, etc. you have to ask for. So if you needed a cup all of a sudden, forget it. We used the pull out couch...good thing we brought blankets because all they could supply us with was sheets. Not to mention the hallway smelled like pot. Won't stay there again.

The room was nothing that was advertised, it was bare and looked like a cheap motel. The faucet in the bathroom kept running all night and there wasn’t any stopper in the sink. The room and so called complementary breakfast were hrossly misrepesented The pull out sleeper sofa was broken and had dirty mattress not fit for a dog. There no linens for the sleeper sofa. We had to go to the front desk for them. The shower was badly stained and hopefully clean. Fromt desk staff had to be summoned by a bell on the counter and made it clear it was a bother to ask for hotel information and help. Terrible experience.
