Stayed 1 night

I genuinely cannot understand how this property carries the DoubleTree by Hilton name. Yes, the suite is large, but that don’t impress me much when it smells overwhelmingly of sour milk and musty carpet—and the smell was still just as bad the next morning. The property feels straight out of the 1970s: popcorn ceilings with water stains, stained curtains, old carpet and extremely dated furniture. The bathtub is peeling and rusted, the toilet seat is stained, and the toilet barely flushes due to poor water pressure. I opened the sliding door just to escape the smell and nearly pulled it out of the wall. At $176 a night, more than several nearby hotels, this was incredibly poor value. I travel extensively and stay at Hilton properties regularly, and this is easily one of the most disappointing. The 8.6 Hotels.com rating is baffling. This hotel needs a deep clean and major renovation. I would not stay here again.

Exceptional breakfast and kind, helpful, and welcoming staff! They accommodated my request for a quiet room. The AC was broken and they changed our room quickly. Older but well-maintained property.

The hotel was a bit outdated but the service was good. A good price point for a day traveler.

Shower drain was clogged with hair, makes one ask if they even clean the shower. Took them over 12hours and 2 calls to front desk to get it fixed. Spider webs between curtains and dirty carpet behind drawers, def needs a deepclean. Calcium buildup on faucets and showerhead. Wont stay here again with a baby. Its ok if youre by yourself.
