Staff is fairly new and still learning process of checking in. Training is common in any business, but would like to see a manager in attendance to see that checking in only takes one interaction. Additionally, there were multiple vehicle break-ins during my stay. I had heard Dublin was a good area and break-ins can happen anywhere, but not sure I'd stay here again.

The only thing I did not like was the coffee and I’m a coffee drinker. The pool was nice. It’s outside, which is unusual at most hotels. I love the area in Dublin. It’s close to the Columbus zoo/zoombezi bay! Nice mini vacation. Beds are very comfortable, king size bed gives a small livingroom feel.

Highs: -Spacious Room -Very nice and responsive staff -nice gym - all machines in good working order -nice lobby -plenty of parking Lows: -Pillows are kinda small and not so comfortable -Breakfast: just wasn't good. Watery eggs, flavorless steamed sausage, undercooked hash, terrible placement of items that causes lines -only one elevator working... took a long time. Still, a solid hotel and I would absolutely stay there again.

Drove in from another state and arrived late. Upon arrival staff was nice. Got to the room to inspect and wipe down surfaces. Pulled back the sheets and noticed they had not been changed. Could not call the front desk with the phone in the room. Finally reached the front desk who did offer to switch the room but it was so late I just asked for fresh sheets. I cleaned and sprayed the bed, which is my normal routine. I just knew because of the issue the room would be slated for cleaning the following day, left the hotel returned that evening only to find out the room was not touched. I realize some hotels only clean after check out if the stay is two days, but this is unacceptable. Hyatt place Dublin Ohio will never see me again unless they fail to resolve the issue. If this does not occur I’ll will return with a news crew.

Our 1 night stay was ok. The upkeep could have been better, we noticed the bathroom door wood was peeling apart making it difficult to close. However, it was roomy and comfortable. Could have been cleaner

The staff I met was very nice. The mug in the room was visibly dirty, with orangeish brown stains. I brought it to the attention of staff and she replaced it, however that led me to believe that shortcuts were taken to clean the room. That is a huge issue because I have my Child and grandchildren with me in that raises health and safety concerns. Based on a 3 star hotel, I also expected more comfortability. I would not stay here again or recommend to a friend.

Clean, quiet, and welcoming. The spacious rooms and city views offered a peaceful retreat, while the outdoor pool was a refreshing bonus. Breakfast was fresh and filling, and with McDonald’s and shops just a short walk away, everything I needed was close at hand. A restful stay in a convenient location.Would highly recommend!!

Our particular room was odd, very difficult to open a suitcase for even one person. Great sitter no area, lovely room but bath, closet etc difficult for one person let alone 2 …sliding closet door was about a hanger widith, but door only went back maybe 6inches to see what we tried hanging in it… Just odd not functional room- which may have been because we’d ask for no feather pillows or down comforters, and they didn’t have message from Expedia…

I enjoy Hyatt Place. It was very easy to stream from my drive to the TV. Room was great and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast selection was excelllent. I’ve been looking for a hotel I can come back to in the area, and this is it.

We always stay at a Hyatt anywhere we travel. But this Hyatt the beds and room was small and very very uncomfortable. Also looking out our window all we saw was a branches from a tree. Excellent service from the employees though.

When checking in Agent charged my card to another room then charged my card again for my room. Both posted on my credit card. Jamie said she removed it. So frustrating. Manager not available until the next day to assist. Not much help. Gave me points. So aggravating. Would love to write an email to corporate office.

I told 3 different employees about a problem in our room each made a note and said it would be addressed. At the end of the day upon our return, it was not addressed. The next morning at breakfast they ran out of eggs! It could have been perfect but alas, it was not.

We arrived at 3 38 and we were told there was a queue for check in we were number 6. We drove 4 hours and had reservations for an event and our room was not ready until almost 2 hours later. So we were disspointed they said because people checked in late which from my experience with hotels they need to take in account and check if they dont need the room before letting people check in late. Not going back.

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had: The scrambled eggs were fluffy! And they had tortillas to make a full breakfast burrito. Presentation was nice with the eggs in a pot (rather than the big stainless steel pan) and the tortillas were in a small covered tortilla dish. Nice, homey touches.There was a yogurt bar with frozen fruit selections and an oatmeal bar. And all the other regulars - cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast, etc.

I liked the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. They have a microwave in the lobby and a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast consist of hot and cold options. Free parking and well lit. Restaurants within walking distance. Walmart not too far. I would stay here again.
