Stay was great, check in-out was so speedy. Room was clean, pool & gym were great. The restaurant was open everyday until 10pm. The cubbies in the lobby were great (sitting areas with tv). I will admit the toilet flush wasn’t the greatest. But that’s my only complaint!

I recently stayed here during a visit with my mom, who’d moved into a nearby assisted living community. I could not have chosen a more convenient spot! The weather was cold and icy, but the hotel was warm and welcoming. Starbucks offered coffee and the usual sandwich selections. But the fireplace in the lobby, and a screened balcony in my room to let in fresh air was the ‘cherry on top’. I’ll stay here again on my next visit to Dublin.

The customer service here is superb. Everyone is so nice and its very comfortable. The place is very quiet so it's great if you need to relax and for quiet time. They have a little diner/bar if you do not want to go out. Their pool is actually open and the fitness center is 24 hours. This location is great if you want to get away from the hustle and hustle of OSU.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. Big TV which was great to watch the OSU game. Room was comfy. Clean. Gym was great. Plenty of parking. Only downside was that my room was close to the freeway which was noisy at times - so request a room on the other side of the building.

Our TV didn't work the first night, so we had to pack up our whole room and go to another. With 3 kids it was alsot. The carpet floors were pretty grosse. They were sticky dirty. The pool was ok. The beds were comfortable the people working were very helpful and kind.

During reservation it was stated that there would be service to the room every other day, but then they tell us it's by request only. Refrigerator didn't work and when I told the front desk about it, they offered a new room, but that fridge didn't work either. The HVAC unit was so dirty. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the bathtub was dirty with stains. This is not what I thought the Marriot would be like. It's more like an Econo Lodge Motel. They could not help us, credit or discount us since we booked through Expedia. I will never stay at another Marriot again.

I wouldn’t say dirty but it was just not clean as I want. There were spots on the bathroom floor and also could feel that the tile surface and carpet have not been cleaned thoroughly. Otherwise the hotel was in decent condition and the property has great potential. I wish they updated the room as much as the lobby.

The rooms need a major update. The carpet smelled, the furniture felt worn, and the mattress had indents/lumps from all the people who had stayed there before… stayed for 2 nights and moved to another hotel.

Courtyard is well situated close to lots of shopping, restaurant and a whole food market to pick up dinner. The Inn is in a quiet and peaceful area by the HWY. The hotel as a whole was very clean and welcoming. The staff attentive and pleasant The lobby has great guest space to watch TVs and have a drink, I would not recommend the Bistro's limited menu availability, many fresh items where not available and even our burgers were both cold extra large bun topped with 'a' baby leaf of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato with a small beef patty. The side salad is lettuce greens and dressing, not a salad. Our king room on the ground floor had a small fridge, microwave, sofa, large TV with patio doors onto the courtyard. It was comfortable and we heard no noise from other rooms. . The Bed in room 110 was past its prime with distinctive indent in the matress and should have been retired a while back. I would ask if/when the mattress where last replaced before I booked again. Bathroom shower was updated to a shower with glass doors, no bath.

Our first time at a Marriott Courtyard. This address was just renovated a few months ago and it showed. The bathrooms seemed new; the floors were nicely tiled and all fixtures were new and modern. Our room was very nice and clean. One complaint, and it is significant, was the low toilet. Most (ADA compliant) modern toilets have chair height of 17 to 19 inches (measured to the top of the toilet seat) which facilitate ease of sitting and standing up. This is especially important for older people. Standard toilet heights are 14 to 15 inches high but these toilets were so low we could hardly stand up. If it were a year ago when my wife had her hips replaced, she would not have been able to use this. Coffee in the room was flavorless. Overall, we liked the facility and staff and we would surely return.

The quality of the mattresses, bed linen and bath linen were awful. My bed had an obvious dip in it. I tried avoiding the dip. But the remainder of the mattress was so poor, I had a terrible night's rest. I requested to switch rooms for the second night. That mattress was awful, as well. The quality of the towels and washcloths were awful. It felt as though they were purchased from a lower quality hotel. I do not recall Courtyard Marriott's being so low quality. I definitely would not stay here again.

The staff was amazing and my room was very comfortable and clean. I had ease of check in as well as ease of check out. I would recommend this property to anyone and most definitely will be staying again. My only issue is you do not get a full receipt for your stay if you pre book and pay in advance.

I wish they had free water bottles in the room or offered a pitcher where we could get the water from the dispenser in the lobby. The main attraction was the restaurant in the lobby but there wasnt enough foot traffic to have it open for long hours. It was a very clean and well decorated hotel. My purpose for being there was recovering from surgery so my needs were different. I did like the food market. The desk staff were very accomodating.

We had an incredible time. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was cooked to order in the restaurant for breakfast. The room was clean. Everything was in the room that I asked for. It even said welcome, and had our names on the TV screen. We are definitely going to stay there again The past 40 years of traveling around this country this is the top three best stays. Thank you for the staff at the courtyard Marriott in Dublin Ohio.
