What guests think

Across recent reviews, Hotel Victoria Express is praised for clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, a secure gated parking area, and a covered pool, while a well-liked on-site bistro and evening coffee with sweet bread add pleasant touches.

Common frustrations include a frequently out-of-service elevator and inconsistent pool temperature. Several guests also report noise carrying from hallways or the parking area, and occasional issues with billing or breakfast-inclusion communication. Rooms are generally comfortable but some feel dated, with sporadic Wi-Fi or maintenance complaints. Expect a comfortable, good-value stay with convenient amenities and a few operational quirks.
