Our overall experience at this home was nothing short of amazing! The location to the beach couldn’t be better. Very close to Historic section of St.Augustine which we frequently visited for dining. We had such an easy time communicating with David. The private pool and spa were definitely the highlights to the home which our family enjoyed daily. Highly recommend!

This property is amazing. 1/2 mile walk to the beach, located in a great neighborhood, and not too bad a drive to historic St. Augustine. Accommodated 3 adult couples comfortably. Love the spacious home in quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out! Location is great for privacy but easy access to historical areas (within 5 miles!) and within a short driving distance to free public beach access. My grandkids LOVED the pool. The adults loved the hot tub and sitting area outside. Highly recommended and would definitely go back and choose this home every time!

Our family loved the house, especially the pool and the huge primary bathroom shower. The property was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the owners were great. We were notified early of anyone coming by for pool, lawn or heating/air maintenance. The house is only a short walk to the beach and maybe a 3 minute drive to the 4x4 beach entrance. Overall it was a fantastic trip and we will definitely book again in the future!
