Everything was great about our stay. The only thing that I would like to complain about was the lobby/breakfast area didn’t seem to have AC. It was exceedingly hot and humid to the point that you could not enjoy the great breakfast offered

The room was clean and had everything I needed. My only complaint was being unable to get hot water. Both at the sink and in the shower, I got barely warm water. The breakfast buffet was nice, much more variety that in most hotel breakfast bars.

BEDBUGS…need I say more. The staff was great and switched my room after finding bedbugs crawling on my pillow. The manager did comp the room, but now we have to go through preventative measure to make sure we don’t bring these home The room they switched us to was dirty, urine all over the toilet, and mold in the shower, which was leaking. Both rooms were missing essential items. Such as toiletries, pillows and cups.

Property was overall ok but not as nice or clean as expected. Hallways smelled like marijuana smoke and exterior of property smelled like cigarette smoke. Room very plain and nothing special. You get what you pay for I guess. I would not stay here again.

Perfect location, we were there for Baylor University graduation and we loved it because we were away from everyone else! Nice, very clean and quiet. The staff was amazing as well!

Front desk person was great. We were allowed to check in super early which was another positive. However, we had a cleanliness issue around the bottom of the toilet. Did not catch that till the next morning I don’t think it had been cleaned on the floor at all or at the base. That is the reason for the three stars on the cleanliness.

This location was run down. When we were eating in our room, #208 a cockroach ran out on top of the tv chest and also another onre ran behind the microwave. We called the front desk and they asked us for pics. We went and showed them and they moved us to a second room on the 3rd floor. when we showered, the shower rod did not work and all the water went on the floor. we spent an hour mopping the floor with their towels to avoid issues. It was too late to move on. Bad experience.

The day we checked in we had been to 4 different rooms. There was water leaking from the light fixtures and the last room we were in my son laid on the sofa bed that was soaked in urine. The hotel took a little over 16hrs to clean the couch and swap out the mattress. We were given 50% off prior to the urine mattress issue which was fine. But my 12yr old son laid in someone's urine because the room wasnt properly cleaned which is just unexcusable. The management should have done more to resolve the issues. Had it been their child I believe they wouldve responded differently. I'm supposed to be receiving 15,000 points from the hotel but still haven't received any. It is very unlikely that we will return to this hotel.

Check in was super easy. Front desk staff was courteous. Beware that currently Apple Maps does not send you to the correct location; I was sent to an empty field. Be sure your address matches the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located just off of I-35, which have access to anywhere in the area pretty quickly, minus high traffic time. It was quiet. My room was on a corner near the freeway, and I was not at all bothered by the traffic noise. The rooms are outdated, but did not have any old smell and did not feel dirty. This hotel has been well kept over the years. The bed was mediocre, could probably use an updated mattress, but I slept ok. Parking lot could use more lighting. There was an assortment of breakfast items that were ok. I didn’t use any amenities. Overall, I would recommend for a short stay.

Booked based off the “excellent” guest rating of other hotels.com users as well as what appeared to be a value. Not sure where everyone else stayed but our stay was far from excellent. Room was quiet for being next to I35 but beds were old and uncomfortable, room was humid and looking at rust on fixtures it appears it’s been that way for awhile. Lots of damage and poorly repaired damage. Our shower curtain rack was hanging on by 2 of the 8 wall anchors and it was hanging about a 1 foot lower than it should. Tv remote buttons were broke. Pool was very cold and contained a lot of human hair in drains. Outdoor furniture cushions were thrown everywhere and torn and staff just walked right by it like that’s how it’s supposed to be. Staff were friendly but not very welcoming or concerned. Breakfast options were limited, coffee was horrible and tasted like drinking brown water. I won’t be staying at a Fairfield again and frankly not sure if I’ll trust hotels.com ratings again.

Door was unlocked when we got to room. We pushed door and walked in. The deadbolt was out preventing the door from closing. Finally got deadbolt retracted to close door. TV did not work. No WiFi. Called front desk and clerk was supposed to come up after lime at lobby cleared. After an hour we gave up and put Do Not Disturb sign up.

The location is great the coffee pot didn’t work in our room, the sheets to the pull out sofa bed were stuffed on the inside so clearly not changed. Beds are not premium they were super hard.

Fold out couch executive suite was only a twin bed, advertised as a full-size bed. The mattress was absolutely horrible. It was wrong 222 and the mattress on the fold out has to be replaced.

The staff was great when thwy were around. We tried calling 3 times and went up to the desk once without any interaction. Smoking was allowed directly next to the door and the smell filled up our room and the entire hall. The hotel is close to the freeway, and you can hear everything. Not a location I would stay at again.

They were more than accommodating for us. We needed handicap accessibilities, and they went way above and beyond to make sure we were able to comfortably stay and keep our loved one safe. Honestly, we never encountered one person, on staff or guest, that was not kind. Everyone seemed to all be kind and happy. We will stay here every time we come to visit.

Ok. 2/10. We weren’t informed about breakfast so when we got down to eat at the breakfast area at 9:50 we were informed that breakfast was over at 9:00. Never experienced that breakfast closed that early before. Room smelled funny. Positive was clean bedsheets and towels.

Nice comfortable room. Clean. We used the gym a good bit and all of the equipment worked. Some if the dumbells were missing but anything that isn't nailed down someone will take. We went to breakfast at 815-820ish. Most thing were empty and by 830 the staff was putting things up. 845 people were coming down to a closed buffet at was supposed to be over at 9.

Hotel was very nice and smelled clean when you walked in. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was nice. Had issues with shower door not staying closed, the room fridge wasn't cold and breakfast wasn't good. No waffles, no toast. Bagels, English muffins, cereals, sausage and scrambled eggs. Eggs were super salty. Couldn't even eat them. So yea place is nice and I would still recommend to friends and family.

Only ice machine working was on first floor. Breakfast was subpar. In website it showed waffle maker, eggs, and variety of danish. None of these were out for breakfast. Very dim lighting in our room.

The staff was friendly and marvelous! The hotel was clean, our room was spotless and the gym was also very clean. There were free weights, ellipticals, treadmills and a box for jumps. The ac was working in the gym and there was a restroom. The breakfast had REAL eggs instead of powdered that's served at lots of places. My hubby and I would definately stay here again!
