Pretty disappointing experience, especially considering I paid for an executive suite. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, with hair still in both the toilet and shower. The body wash dispenser was jammed and would not dispense properly, and the bathroom only had half a roll of previously used toilet paper with no backup rolls available. There was also active construction taking place during the day at 9 am, including constant hammering and noise near my executive suite, which completely ruined the experience. I sleep later in the day and got almost no rest during my stay because of the construction noise. On top of that, there was something on the bedding or pillows that caused both me and my partner to have a significant allergic reaction. Her eye became extremely swollen after sleeping on the pillow, and both of us were sneezing for days afterward. To make matters worse, the escalator from the downstairs area up to the restaurant was also out of service during our stay. Between the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, construction noise, bedding reaction, and broken escalator, this was nowhere near the level of experience I expected from an Omni property, especially when booking an executive suite. This was my first stay at an Omni, and based on this experience, it will definitely be my last.
